Nice "Pâtisserie" with good sandwiches, hot chocolates and sweet tartes. A good way of finishing a long walktrip through London !!! Try it !
Patisserie Valerie on Edgware Road is a perfect getaway from the crowded streets full of the smell of Middle Eastern food and Hookah. The coffee and hot chocolate is always great here as are their desserts. One of my favourites is the chocolate mousse. I also recommend the Pecan and Walnut tart. I've never tried their actual food but they do have a large selection of breakfast and lunch options.
The atmosphere might be a little too pretentious for the regular coffee lover and you do pay a premium here for the brand and its central locations. But there's no denying they do create some mean cakes and a good cup of hot chocolate. If you're tired of walking along Edgeware road inhaling the shisha smoke and the smell of Arabic food in the air, this might be a perfect stop for your evening sugar rush.
Had an amazing brunch; food was delicious. Upstairs is a bit cramped but the quiet spacey area downstairs was perfect to enjoy our coffee and food. Staff were friendly and very efficient.
Great food and amazing service! I came two days in row to enjoy their 3 course meal. Soup, meal and desserts were super delicious
I got a break there with a mocha cafe and melfay cake and I like it , also the staff was very friendly
So nice on a cold day, their pastries are a tad bit on the too sweet side, loved their hot chocolate and cheesecake (it was freezing outside )
I came there in the morning and enjoyed their morning selection, came back at almost closing time and they were still as friendly and nice.
Will come back again.
Saw this lovely looking place as i was on my way to an appointment so i chose a few delicious looking sweet treats to take away with me, incredibly tasty and packaging was adorable xx
Nice and friendly staff and sure one of the better cappuccino in London. Keep up the good work and the Royal smile the staff gives you
Had afternoon tea and it was wonderful!! The lady waiting on us was very fast with our tea and food. We were pleasantly surprised at how much you receive for such a good price! We found a deal on Groupon so check on their too! It was a nice warm place away from the cold, with a relaxing French atmosphere.
Delicious breakfast and the coffee (caffe latte) wasn’t just sweetener and milk like what many other coffee places serve
I was in London for three weeks and had breakfast there at least a dozen times. Everything is always good, whether it is the coffee, the full English breakfasts, or their sweets, like eclairs, cakes, or scones. I highly recommend the full English breakfast. You'll see tourists and locals having that too. Everything was always fresh and wonderful, and even though filling, left me wanting more. I made it a point to have a full English breakfast during my stay, and while we can disagree about who does it better, this place was always busy and was a popular menu item.
Amazing salad bit pricey but tasted really yum...
I had a great time here. Fair prices for delicious sweets. I recommend ordering the promotion of scones that comes with cream, jellies and a drink. The scone is very tasty, light batter and the jellies you can take the pots with you if you do not eat it all. The cakes were also very good.
