On the 5th floor of a bookshop, what's not to like. There are couches and chairs throughout the store which were well used by potential clientele. Plenty of room in the bar/cafe when we got there at 1445hrs and we chose to be seated at the windows. Service was prompt, but not everything was on

Excellent view of the city from the vantage point from the top floor of Waterstones at Piccadilly. Latte was smooth but not generous. A great place for a quick bite and to read a book you just bought from Waterstones. One the places I have been going to for years.

I cannot praise the staff enough for a great service especially Muhammed. They can defo improve on the sandwiches, but I loved my fish and chips meal. 5th View is cozy and not to forget a great view. Great place to grab lunch after shopping.
