Food was really good as usual, as expected of Nando's! One issue issue was that staff accidentally gave us one wrong food (I asked for something else but I guess they misheard) however this was not a big problem for me and my friends! :)

Nando's never disappoints. This branch in particular had a revamp and it looks fantastic. The customer service was good and efficient. The food, as always, was well seasoned and with generous portions. Overall, it was a lovely lunch.
I had a good time dining in @Stratford Nando’s and that was purely down to the great food (I ordered a sunset burger meal) and wonderful service from Akhila who was super helpful (always promptly responding to my requests) and friendly.
Great food (as expected from Nando's) in a beautiful, surprisingly intimate setting and topped off with above-and-beyond customer service. It's probably the best Nando's that I've visited, mostly thanks to the great staff here and their considerations.
Edward!!!!! What a star. Literally the best service ever received at Stratford Nando’s. From the minute I walked in till I walked out he was amazing. Super friendly, super helpful, he provided me and my family with all we could of asked for. All employees should take a page out of his book!

Have been coming to this Nandos a lot more recently due to the service and warm welcoming by the team and especially Aalia. She has been lovely on all the occasions we’ve been to this restaurant. I hope Aalia get the recognition she deserves for all her hard work.
Very good service from the Door Security to table, pleasant staff. Till customer service was great, friendly staff members. Food was great, USA EXTRA HOT Chicken was delicious mouth watering.
This branch of nandos is on point first off its Halal plus there service is quick and efficient, food is always fresh and tasty,
Plus the plates are clean,

Ricardo was fanatic very cheerful and gave a big smile when greeting us . He is an exceptional member of staff
I am newly disabled and the staff spoke to me directly plus one member of staff wheeled me out of the restaurant. Hospital staff don't interact with me as well as the staff at Nandos.
