The tastiest food, the nicest wine and the friendliest waitress. Perfect!
Two thumbs up!
Great food, amazing service. Will return when I am hungry again
Excellent service and food! Many thanks to Kate, our amazing hostess tonight! You made our evening very special! It's was such a pleasure to talk to you and get to know you. Looking forward to seeing you again soon! ❤️❤️
Perfect atmosphere, food is one of the best !
Luv this place and people....
A nice restaurant predominantly serving Eastern European nationalities.
We order Megruli Kchachapuri (kind of local bread with hot cheese), which was excellent; Khinkali (kind of oriental dumplings) missing a bit of seasoning; Ojjakhuri (pig with lot's of potato) and Chqmeruli (chicken with garlic). We also had a very nice red georgian wine called Saperavi (Merlot). All together for £85 and quite a commute.
Great new food find!!!. I love little family feel places! Literally when you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile....... food is excellent & I'm never let down with the new things I try.
I recommend the Chakhokhbili, any of the soups, kuchmachi,badrijani.....
.I highly recommend this place to anyone, looking for good food and environment!

The decor is great!!!
Every dish has very distinetive and unique flavor. Highly recommend the Shashlik. Lots of stuff for a Vegans that are all tasty . Ajapsandali was also my favorite.....delicious!
The service is wonderfully attentive.
Everything was unbelievably good and hopefully I will be back soon with a small group of friends, so we can sample even more of their great food and wine.
Excellent Georgian food. I spent last summer in Tbilisi and I've been hankering for Georgian food ever since. This place serves up extremely good Georgian fare. The badrajani (smoky chargrilled aubergine with walnest paste and pomegranate seeds) were as good as any I've had in Georgia. The khachapuri was excellent. The mtsvade is also highly recommended, and the ajapsandali. Excellent food. Good service. Highly recommended.
Superb restaurant. This place is absolutely fantastic. A real surprise on Caledonian Road. Great decor, and an exceptionally friendly host that's delighted to talk about Georgian food and culture. A real treat from start to finish, and reasonably priced.
The food is delicious. My girlfriend was concerned that there may be too much emphasis on meaty, bready dishes, and while these are certainly there if you want them, there are a great number of superb lighter dishes.
Highly recommended, and a must if you live in the area.
Great food !!!!!. This was a nice dinner place! I hadn't had Georgian food since 2008 when i been in Georgia. So i was expecting excellent home-cooked (at least a home-cooked feeling) food , which is definitely what i got.
Khachapuri: Yummy. This was exactly what i had in Georgia ! It was delicious !!!!
Chakhohbili: i liked this stuff ! My wife really enjoyed the Shashlik whit plum sauce.
They had some very tasty dessert as well.
Great food, great wine, very good service !
Eastern invasion. Okay, for a break from the monotony of Londo restaurants try this place. Do not be fooled by the surrouding areas, this guy has a pretty decent set-up going here. Okay importnat bits now.
The food here is nothig short of amazing. So well seasoned and the portions are HUGE.Four of us dined, two courses each. Sans wine, the bill was £90. Good value for money. Each dish was simply a cornucopia of flavours.
The waiter/owner knows his food and just trust him to recommend or explain any of the dishes to you. I can easily see myself working my way through the menu
Excellent food 19/02/2010. What a lovely place to eat, the best in fact, great food great service, We were not sure about Georgian food, we never tried before but now I would say it is my new favorit food and place... Cant wait to go there again.
I would say if you never tried before, you should...
EXCELLENT FOOD...
Mrs Viktoria. I come from Russia (Moscow) and I know Georgian food very well, but Iberia was the best. They have very fresh and well prapared food, high quality. We tried Meze for two with Khachapuri, It was the best i ever tried before. I wonder if they can make like this delicous in Georgia?
Lobio in pot was also very delicous...
From main we tried Damplings, Shashlik and Iberia special were super.
Finlly Russia`s favorit Georgian wine. Saperavi I loved it...
Also we had Vilentins special present from the Restaurant pelamushi heart. Made from grapes...
Over all this brand new Restaurant became our favorit Restaurant. We will visit again 100%
Excellent Restaurant. My husband and I ate at Iberia a couple of weeks ago, just to try out the local "fancy" restaurant. It did not disappoint. The staff was very friendly. The food was excellent. It was fresh and well presented. It is different from anything we had before and yet had hints of a number of different culinary styles.Try the dumplings (they take a while but are worth the wait). There was a starter which was a cheese bread. It was a bit heavy but delicious. The Blinis were also fantastic. The wines are also very good. I highly recommend the restaurant for anyone interested in a unique experience. You will not regret it!
New Georgian restaurant in London. This very new restaurant on Caledonian road, between Angel and Kings cross, is located 2 minutes away from Bansbury, one of London's nicest areas. Restaurant is very new and it is still upgrading its design and soon probably it will be one of the best Georgian restaurants in the UK. Food was great. We Had Khachapuri - Cheese Pastry and Meze- selection of Best Georgian starters. Main i had Khinkali - Georgian Dumplings (they were great), my friends had some stew like dish which they said was good as well. Overall rating is 5 stars; I will go back and enjoy this delicious famous Georgian food.
Great spot for some delicious Georgian dishes. Very attentive service and cosy atmosphere. The pear lemonade was a revelation, and all the dishes we had (aubergine, baked bread, dumplings) were a 10/10.
Would recommend and definitely plan to come back to try more stuff!!
It's my first time eating Georgian cuisine. It was a little salty for my taste, but it was delicious. Since serving food took quite a long time, you are recommended to visit with plenty of time.
Great place with amazing cuisine. Always like to visit a Georgian restraunt when in London, so glad we chose this one. Keep it up!
First time to try Georgian food, so I'm not in a good position to talk about the taste
But it takes quite a while to get the first dish in busy time, so be prepared with some snack before you go
Edit:
Went back for a second time and it was still great.
I was so impressed with this restaurant and with our waitress!
Food: 5/5
I've never eaten Georgian food before so I can't vouch on the authenticity, but the flavours were great. We asked our waitress for recommendations and ordered everything she recommende. Everything was great! Big portions too.
There wasn't a thing I wouldn't order again.
We ordered aubergines in walnut sauce, cheese stuffed bread, bean stew and dumplings and everything was delicious and flavourful - I couldn't get enough!
We also had a honeycomb cake but I forgot to take a picture. The cake was also very good, not too sweet!
Service: 5/5
Our waitress was an absolute gem. We got seated in a small table close to the door and she moved us in a bigger table away from the door. She was absolutely lovely, and recommended excellent dishes to us.
All in all great experice, my impression of Georgia food so far is that it's the perfect comfort food I would definitely recommend visiting in autumn/winter and coming with 4 people at least, so you can try different dishes because the portions will fill you up, we couldn't finish everything on our home.
We'll be back to try other dishes and hope we'll have the same waitress and a repetition of this great experience. Well done!
Awesome food!! Quite surprised with the flavours! We had borsch, aubergines, spinach, and the bread and cheese plus the honey and condensed milk cake. Everything was excellent and the staff is very nice, they are very helpful but at the same time they leave you your space.
Very tasty Georgian food, both Adj. Hachapuri and main courses. We appreciated as well the authentic decor, it gave a special atmosphere. We’ve been already twice and it didn’t disappoint again! Family-run restaurant.
Wonderful service, delicious food and all-round good ambience. Perfect for groups of all sizes. Would love to visit again, thank you guys for a great night!
By far the best Georgian restaurant I've been to in London both in terms of food and service. I recommend the cold mixed starters, pear lemonade, beef stew and of course the cheese bread! The place has outdoor seating, some of it heated.
Enjoyed my meal here. Khachapuri is a must for any Georgian meal. We also had the beef stew and cold salmon dish. Prices are quite high but can’t complain about quality and authenticity of the food
Since I have dined here, I'm confident in saying that I have never eaten anything better. The starters, authentic drinks, mains, right up to the desserts were full of flavour and every single part of it was beautiful. I would happily travel to and from London just to dine here.
Little, cosy restaurant with lovely details. We really enjoyed our khachapuris and khinkalis!! The only meal we did not like was salmon pelmeni, as the fish tasted raw and plain. But that didn't spoil our experience. The staff were also friendly and food came early. Overall a very good experience.
Very traditional Georgian food. My favourite dish was the ostri. Ladies working there were lovely too and recommended a good Georgian wine.
Iberia is the best Georgian restaurant in London! I visited them so many times and every time was pleased with amazing food. Two weeks ago I celebrated my birthday there. They managed to handle 20 people. Fantastic staff, food and Georgian wine. Highly recommend 🍷🍷🍷
I don't usually give 5 star ratngs but Iberia has done it very well. I do not normally like georgian food but this one was great. Definitely awesome and awesome hospitality. I love it so much that I will keep coming back here to eat georgian food. This is recommended to try and to keep coming back here!!!
The food was delicious (as expected from a lot of comments). People working there were so nice and excited about food, which made me excited about eating too :) Thank you, I will definitely be back.
The food was delicious. Great that they have lots of vegetarian options. Also the wine was perfect.
In general the service was good, though, it looked like they forgot about 2 dishes and I had to remind them.
Amazing food, well cooked and plentiful! Price wise, well, it's about exciting your taste buds and not wallet but still very affordable and very very tasty! Best to come prepared with an empty stomach and try a bit of everything!
