I was recommended to come here by a friend and we all enjoyed our meal here tonight. The best quality Lebanese food I have had in London so far and the service was absolutely outstanding. I will be back for more! I will have to check out the restaurant in West Hampstead next time! Thanks for a great evening!
Great meal and perfect service. Would definitely come back
The best lahem ajeen (لحم عجين) or fatayir (فطاير)
The dough is unbelievably soft, thin, light and slightly chewyy however hay combo goes?
Wether you're getting the one with meat cheese (feta or mozzarella) spinach or thymes they're an absolute delight.
As far as price goes- it's relatively cheap so you could take up to 3 or 5 of almost £20 and we usually take halves 'cause it's so filling!
The BEST Lebanese I've tried. It has become my kryptonite on evenings that I don't want to
cook.
The chicken shawarma is slightly dry so I recommend the baby chicken with rice, the rice is AMAZING, as is the bread, and the halloumi bread, and the falafel, and the garlic sauce... Hell... It's all amazing (and it's not to heavy on your wallet).
In fact... Writing about it has made me hungry, something tells me it's lebanese tonight...
Genuinely the best Lebanese food we’ve ever had. The bread were so freshly cooked and smelled amazing. Hummus was incredible and the lamb was delicious. Price was amazing for the portions.
Cannot recommend it more highly to anyone.
Great restaurant. Felt at ease and were served as soon as we walked in. The service was excellent and the food was amazing.
You get good portion sizes so we had to take some things home, and they were happy to answer any questions we had.
Will definitely come back to try more!
Food and service never disappoints. My favourite Lebanese restaurant in London. Parking around the area is easy with free parking on Sundays and pay n display right outside. Was fresh, tasty, delicious food. The bakery cooks fresh on order and the Lebanese pizzas are great. Kids also enjoyed the fresh bakery items.
I usually order online and the food is always good. I wanted to eat at the restaurant today and the food was amazing. Generous portions and authentic taste. The Lebanese Foul dish is excellent here and the Balila. Try the Sujuk with eggs but only of you are eating at the restaurant, egg dishes are usually better when it's still hot.
Little Hidden Gem , excellent quality of meat, Attentive service. Best is to book in advance.
First visit with a group of five friends. The fresh fruit juices are a refreshing start. The complimentary plates of green olives, chillies and good freshly sliced tomatoes arrived quickly. My personal choice of manakish with labneh and thyme was very tasty with a generous filling. Accompanied by a generous portion of tabouleh. Service was friendly and helpful for us to make quite a wide selection of different dishes. Particularly enjoyed the freshly baked bread dipped into a super tasty green bean and tomato dish which came with fluffy rice and vermicelli. I found the music a bit too loud because I have hearing problems and if the music is too loud I find conversations difficult to follow. Nevertheless we spent a lovely time together and we will certainly visit again.
The food is really good and authentic. The staff were very receptive of our positive feedback and gave us a dessert on the house! I highly recommend coming.
Been having breakfast at this place since 2017 still amazing never changed. Best fresh Lebanese food. Highly recommended.
The Cedar in Queens Park is a cozy spot with a friendly vibe, offering tasty Lebanese dishes. The family-run place has a welcoming staff and a variety of menu options for everyone, including vegetarians and Halal eaters. Standouts include the Kafta Meshwiye, Hummus, Fattoush, Tabbouleh, and Halloumi. The portions are good, and the prices are reasonable. It's a nice place for a relaxed meal, and their award-winning service makes the experience even better. In a city full of eateries, The Cedar is a comforting retreat for authentic Lebanese cuisine.
Yes sir. Hidden gem. I fully recommend. I loved the place. Great value for money and excellent tastes. Fantastic hummus tabuleh and also another kind of pizza that is Lebanese and was super fresh and hot. If in the area I will revisit
