A lovely lunch out with the colleagues. Portion sizes for the pie was smaller than expected but very delicious. Warm brownie at the end had to be the highlight of the meal!

The Queen's Head in Brook Green, just on the eastern side of Hammersmith is a most delightful "village" pub, on a green no less, all green and leafy. Unfortunately, no cricket match to complete the scene. A lovely spacious pub with plenty of beer, both cask and keg on offer to slake ones thirst. Staff were welcoming and efficient. A delightful beer garden to the rear. A most pleasant place for a "pub" meal including, I suspect a Sunday lunch (just confirmed from the bar). A special, modern traditional pub well worth finding. A most enjoyable pint too!!! P.S. The place is huge!

Beautiful pub inside and out. Excellent food quality and portions. Great beer selection! Finally a Fuller's pub that does have great Fuller's ales selection rather than just London Pride on draught. HSB is the best!

When I normally visit Hammersmith I’m always drawn to the pubs on the river, and so this upmarket, traditional pub on Brook Green was a great find. Apparently rebuilt in 1812 and recently refurbished, the interior is much larger than the frontage suggests yet it still has a cosy feel to it. The garden too is surprisingly large. Fuller’s ales are well kept, with a good range of other drinks including guest ales on offer. Haven’t tried the gourmet food yet but it looked good.

Good pub with a surprisingly big back garden! The tables were spread apart due to COVID guidelines and that probably made the place feel chilled even having a few busy tables around. Food and drinks came really fast after we ordered digitally. Service is very good and helpful. The burger wasn't amazing but was good (I wish they put more of the "secret sauce" in!) and the portion of fries was definitely small. Good selection of beers and cozy elegant atmosphere inside (just very cold with the air-conditioning on).

My wife and I just had the finest chicken burger we've eaten so far in the lovely garden at the Queens' head. I used to live nearby 20+ years ago and over the last few days as a mixture of studio work and family we stayed locally. We lunched at the Queens head on the last day and I was thrilled to find it even better than i remember - Smart, clean, bright and with the wondeful garden I'd spent many a Friday night / Sunday afternoon in as a younger man. That though is just furniture, what makes a pub is the staff and they couldnt have been friendlier or more welcoming. Then came the food - I have been lucky enough to travel ( and eat ) all over the world, but the buttermilk chicken burger with bacon jam and home-pickled red onions was right up there as a true highlight - one of those things that just stops you in your tracks and makes you realise how wonderful a simple food can be in the right hands . I ended up shaking hands with the owner and then excellent chef who made it - I perfect way to round off a trip down memory lane. If you read this, don't hesitate - this pub is excellent on all things that truly matter.

Amazing Pub with a large outdoor seating area at the back. You don’t expect they have that garden area when you passing by.

This is a nice, big pub. It always seems to be quiet when I've been there on a Friday evening and the staff are friendly enough.

Absolutely incredible. The manager was amazing and funny, and let us use his phone to see the menu since mine couldn't scan the QR code. He was so kind and reguarly came to check on us, the lady who waited our table with the bumble bee tattoo was also wonderful and super attentive! The food was superb, I ordered the prawn cocktail for a starter and the salmon with new potatoes for a main. The place had a beautiful atmosphere and was full as it's clearly a great place but did not feel crowded at all. The garden is also gorgeous with beautiful fairy lights that feel really romantic. I loved it! Note before: The menu on the website is different to the menu they served, as I’m guessing they change it up seasonally. The two below dishes are not on the online menu but you can find them using the QR code when you get there.

On my visits to London it has become ever more difficult to find a pub that serves lamb for Sunday roast, a must for me when I'm in the UK. Yesterday, a Sunday, I stumbled upon The Queen's Head at Brook Green which was refurbished last year. Not only do they offer a lamb option but it was the best sunday roast I've had. Ample quantity of perfectly cooked meat, roast potatoes, mix of vegetables, all awash with as much gravy as I wanted, and the essential mint sauce. Then followed by a crumble with custard. Custard becoming ever more seldom offered in pubs, I've noticed. A real wood burning fire and very helpful staff make this now my fave pub in West London. The standard menu looks good, too
