A very nice ambience and the food is awesome. While I was there they had an unlimited deal for dim sums priced at 19.95 pounds which had a wide range of food to choose from and I thought it was worth the price.

Good quality Singaporean/Malaysian food in a sophisticated setting as the restaurant is tucked away inside the Copthorne Tara hotel at the back of Kensington High Street. Been here several times but the restaurant has very recently had a makeover and it appears a change of staff as well…. The service is very good when there are not many people inside, but as soon as the restaurant became much busier with several tables full, the staff appeared to struggle to serve everyone efficiently so perhaps they could have done with an extra staff member. The laksa was very tasty, although the portion seems to have become slightly smaller than before with fewer number of prawns and Beancurd. The choi sum vegetables were good.

This newly renovated restaurant within Copthorne Tara Hotel is one of my favorite Asian restaurants in the Kensington area! Would recommend the crispy duck and sesame prawn toast for starters, and the Penang char kway teow and laksa for mains. This restaurant is a great source of comfort for all Singaporeans in London, and you’re bound to find at least one Singaporean dining within at any one time, adding to the full experience!

We went to Bugis to have dinner during our hotel stay and must admit it was pretty decent. The food was good and it was just what you needed after a busy day going around London. The service was especially the service, Bebe our server was really friendly and made our dining experience better.

Had a lovely meal with my partner. Great service and food was delicious. Salt and pepper prawns were bomb! Chicken and beef are halal also!

Wonderful place to go for some authentic generously portioned Malaysian/ Singaporean food. I had Hainanese chicken rice today and it met all my cravings. What more they met my request for a smaller portion of rice and instead of breast meat gave me the thigh cut. So fully enjoyed it!

Real taste of Singapore. The lunch express is really worth which come with a main dish and a small cup of drinks (A choose of coke, diet coke, lemonade and tap water) I suggest to choose the LEMONADE. There's 10 option of the main dish. For me, hainanese chicken rice is a must to try which come with bowl of rice, chicken rice, steam chicken and singapore chicken rice chilli with garlic. And the singapore laksa is also really delicious too. (but it is quite spicy and salty) The waiter is very polite. The restaurant is well renovated with grand decoration.

Awesome place to grab an authentic Singaporean Chinese meal in London. I don't actually know of another place that does it this well. But, do tell the chef how authentic you want your food to be :)

The food was good, with the ingredients being fresh, and meals coming out hot. The mee goreng had ample amounts of shrimp and vegetables, with the noodles being nice and chewy. The laksa broth was fragrant and tasty with the noodles also being chewy as they should be in this dish, with good amounts of seafood and egg in the soup. The nasi goreng had good flavor, with the egg that tops the dish being fried properly where it was still slightly runny. The sambal king prawn dish had good size prawns, with ample vegetables mixed in, and good flavor. And the chicken rice had a good amount of chicken plated, with a accompanying soup and rice and sauces. The only thing that I would say is that the desserts could be improved upon, and made more accurate to Malaysian or Singaporean desserts. The banana fritters batter was not as crispy or light as it should be, and the sweetened black rice dessert should have been cooked a little bit longer so that the rice was chewy and not still hard. The staff were pleasant and friendly and tried to make our experience a nice one. It is a good restaurant to try when you are staying in the Copthorne Tara Hotel, or if you are just looking for some Malaysian or Singaporean food.
