Lovely shop, cakes and staff. The cakes are always fresh and good. The staff is polite, available to help and focused on their duties. They know what great customer service is.

The selection of cupcakes here is mind bogglingly good - it's so hard to choose. The cupcakes aren't cheap but they are pretty special and make a terrific treat. I chose the Rocky Road Cupcake and was not disappointed. There are some neat little tables outside but the cupcakes are beautifully packed up if you want to grab and go.

Love the Xmas one. The ice topping and the white choc star were spot on. The muffin bottom bit was a bit dry!!

I've never actually been, only ordered it for work in London. Everyone raves about it and says it's their favourite Monday delivery! Will update once I'm actually in the UK and tried it, but I absolutely trust that everything's so yummy😊!!

Ordered half a dozen cupcakes from this site however the order came out wrong, was devastated however they offered a refund and £15 pound gift voucher. Other than that the red velvet cupcake was the best I have ever had! The cream cheese frosting was the best thing ever. They also offered small tiny cupcakes for those who are on diet. There are just many different flavours to choose from.

The cakes at Lola's are devine, especially the vegan chocolate fudge cake. To top it, the customer service I receive every time I order is excellent. I spoke to Fatima today who went over and beyond to call me as soon as my order was ready. So far I have always had excellent service by any staff I have spoken to at this branch as well as Dara at the head office.

Whenever I’m in Selfridges I pop down to the foot court and grab a scrumptious chocolate cupcake milkshake and a handful of mini cupcakes. They come in a variety of flavours including lemon, chocolate and red velvet and are a really nice size - not too tiny but not so massive you can't try more than one flavour. I usually opt for the mini cupcakes simply because a can never decide on which ones to get and this way I get a lots, and it’s still relatively guilt-free.

Lola’s have a lot of different types of cake; a whopping sixteen standard flavours at last count and a couple of specials to boot. The cakes also come in two sizes regular and tiny. I tried three tiny cakes and each was as delicious as the last. Lola’s also sell their unique cupcake milkshakes, a whole regular size cupcake of your choice blended up with ice-cream! I was lucky enough to sample a taster of the red velvet milkshake when I was there. It doesn’t look pretty but boy does it taste good (kind of reminding me of ice cream cake funnily enough!) although I imagine a whole cup of it would be quite sickly!!

The red velvet cupcakes are the best. And the red velvet milkshake is to die for. But the only thing is that they don't have many stores. The one that's closer to me is like 45 mins away. I wish they had more stores closer to northwest side.
