Typically English shop for tea, where you can find a good variety of teas as well as tea cups, mugs and tea-pots.
Lovely staff and we drank some incredibly delicious English tea. After that we tried it, we bought all the presents to our family here. The prices of tea leaves are around 7-9 £ per 100g. Thanks for everything 😊
Much better bar service than the Covent Garden branch! There is no comparison. Staff always took great care of me. Please, keep it this way! There aren't many tables, but it is never very crowded so it's highly likely to find a place. I suggest the scones with clotted cream and jam/marmelade.
I was in London for a day on business and wanted to bring some English tea home to the states. Both clerks were incredibly helpful and patient with my “American Ignorance” to their culture. The young man who primarily helped me was very informative and assured in his suggestions - I was confident in
The best English tea experience so far! They have most likely the widest selection of different tea blends in London. You lose the sense of time when you’re in this shop, being taken away from the rush of the Piccadilly to the wonderland of colourful tins and boxes, heavenly scents and beautiful chi
Really friendly staff enticed me in with some free samples of ice tea (which was outstanding). The prices are quite high, but you get what you pay for. The lady who served me was very knowledgeable and keen to share her passion for tea - thoroughly recommend and will be coming back soon!
Very good service and traditional English tea set.
Love the white hot choc especially! Thank you to Olivia for being so helpful and patient with me!
I was delighted by the service provided by the Chinese guy in the store. We were disappointed by the service rendered by 65/67 Regent St senior assistant earlier as she refused to provide us with a box to house the 2 tea sets unless we buy 6 tea sets. She could only wrap them with tissue papers. We
The front of the store offers their teas with some samples. They have a nice little serving area in the back. It's got tables and it's not too pricey for a pot of tea (about 3 cups). They have a large selection and provide helpful details if you ask. The staffing was friendly
Hot Chocolate is the most Chocolatey you have ever had, white chocolate one is also Truky amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful, lots of things to try if youre passing by as well. Everything tastes great!
Not only a teq shop, also a nice place to stop and relax. Wonderful coffee and drinking chocolate, and an incredible variety of tea. The new treats are a great addition: tasty, not very expensive and they give a big piece.Totally recomended.
came down to London to visit a friend ended up walking past so popped in. Sara was really helpful so ended up buying a couple things extra than I intended. Always top quality products will alwayd recommend
What a great experience! Got some great tea...and probably the most energetic, positive Staff Supervisor EVER (She's a STAR!!). Thank you for making the drab experience of buying Tea fun! :)
The Hungarian girl was extremely helpful and she's got a great knowledge about the teas. She helped a lot to find the best choice. Thank you!
What a fantastic tea place. If you sit in to drink, you get a stop watch with your pot of tea to ensure your tea is brewed for the correct amount of time. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. A must for any tea lover.
Small, but pleasant place for tea. Very good selection, can have a cup of any tea they sell. Attached to the shop so if you like the tea you can purchase a tin.
Must stop! Such friendly service, great prices, tasty tea!
The most amazing teastore at London! Absolutely lovely staff, I recommend to everyone
