I had reserved a table for my partners birthday.
Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady called Nyasha who was polite and friendly.
She recalled that I had a birthday recipient and showed us to our table with menus.
Eventually when we were ready we ordered with another member of the team who took our orders without writing them down but said he will do his best to remember them.
Once the food arrived I was missing my truffle mayo for my truffle fries but it was soon brought to me once I mentioned it and the food quality was good and well cooked.
Just a shame that the portions are quite small for the price.
We also decided to have a treat of the brownie which mentioned a thick spoon of cream in the description which wasn't actually the case but even still it was made to indulge.
Overall everything was good and we had a nice time.
Nyasha was also kind enough to bring two scoops of complimentary ice cream that had candle alongside her colleague to sing happy birthday to my partner.
I would consider returning to trying something else from the menu.
Despite booking for a Birthday meal no additional effort had been made by the staff to acknowledge this which was disappointing.
Food is always great here as are the cocktails. Our only grievance is the portion size of chips is child-like and at £5 a pop you expect more than a simple handful. Other than that a decent place to eat out.
Been quite a few times. Happy Hour available at the bar only, so if your order a drink at the table with your meal the "Happy Hour" might not be so happy. Tried to amend our booking to an extra person and was told was full, however when we arrived we had the extra seat at the table. Other than that, Good Food, Good Vibes and sometimes has a live band.
Food is delicious as always, though things have changed a little compared my visits back to several years ago, that the lobster garlic butter sauce is too little, and bread has to be purchased and not so good (2 pounds for some sourdough slices which is a bit too dry and no butter comes with it). Otherwise we enjoyed the restaurant well as before.
Good atmosphere. Live music (but only lasted a short while).
The food was ok. Bit pricy (£5 for mash, £8 for a pint of Heineken 0%).
However, the service was good (some much less attentive and lacking customer service skills, but the Greek guy was superb. He took our order for drinks and food for 5 of us without writing it down, and it was spot on. Had no trouble splitting the bill for us either.).
Would the signature steak and lobster next time.
Amazing Food
GREAT service
Lovely Vibes
Very good offers also at the back of the menu which was recommended by the waiter and was great portion to share (Thursday offer of Lobster and steak)
Highly recommended and would definitely visit again.
This is the third big easy I've visited and got to say it's the best so far, you can tell its the original.
The food was served really fast and was piping hot, our server was fantastic and the live music was great.
Will definitely be returning again to smash some more bbq and drinks in my face 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Loved the place went a little bit earlier than our reservation and was accommodated without complaint . Service was quick and friendly, drinks was great , a must Mojito food was hot and fresh flavours were so good . A definite must if you want good seafood and bbq .
Lovely evening with girlfriend, she's been trying to get me to take her get feed fro ages. Food was great atmosphere was good too
Main meal was a bit small, the lobster seemed anemic but apart from that the starter was excellent, and so was my partners meal too. Good choice of drinks also. The atmosphere was cheerful and friendly just like the servers. The bathrooms do leave a bit to desire though
If you love lobster, this is the place to go. Live music adds to the 4 stars atmosphere.
Can’t talk highly enough of this place… there for my birthday yesterday, after a recommendation from a friend, and the experience was fantastic… the value for money was great and all the staff are so, so nice! Big up to #Georgios and #Eva you’re both awesome!
Been here quite a few times over the years. A group of 6 of us booked for an evening meal for a birthday celebration.
We know the menu and on a Thursday 3 of us chose the Thursday deal - steak and lobster with red wine! We also had the Pulled pork burger and the sea food sharing platter.
The service is good, the ambiance is loud and fun. Conversation is a tad difficult if you are seated downstairs.
The only downside for me is downstairs is very noisy and hot! The live band is great, really good fun and interact with the diners! Lots of happy birthday songs and variations of....
Sorry the photos show empty plates! We were too busy eating and having fun to take food photos!
Great fun had by all. About £45 pp including drinks. Good value. I will go back here.
Lovely place to eat. They have surf and turf, baby back rib, steaks etc. Price is well worth the quality and quantity. Had a fabulous time here and the cocktails were delicious also. We will definitely be coming back here. It's a must try.
Worth the hype and good value for money for quality and portion size. The Mac and cheese is to die for! Everything is cooked superbly. Ribs were juicy and has the pit cooked aroma. Jumbo shrimp were actually large and marinated in a garlic butter. The crab shack combo was generous with seafood and the creamy sauce was lush and had real depth. An authentic taste of America, excellent rib and crab shack.
