The Golden Lion - London - Photo album

This is a nice little pub quite near where I stay over in London. Had had a drink here but never dined here before but saw an update on Google maps and the website that said kitchen was now open until 10pm on weekdays. When I arrived at 8.45 I was told the kitchen had taken last ordered. As soon as
I visited yesterday afternoon. It’s a lovely pub. Lots of history I reckon (should have asked around), but the assistant manager Reese was a lovely person. He actually made sure the pub was welcoming and friendly. Please keep it up.

Lovely, authentic pub in Central London with gallons of history. If you're into film and theatre this place is a must! Oscar Wilde, Orson Welles, Vivienne Leigh - all have enjoyed this establishment's offerings so it must had something going for it back then and the ptesent day staff are also courte
