Open plan kitchen which means the place smells fantastic. Plenty of room and great staff. There is lot of choice on the menu and the drink list seemed pretty decent too. The food itself was great for a chain. My calzone had a light bechamel sauce with chicken and ham topped with crispy Parma ham on top. My partners pizza had pesto and roasted vegetables and came on a great crispy base. I am really impressed that they have a fantastic gluten free menu and vegetarian options too. This place is expensive but for a chain it's better then the usual Italian places.

Zizzi is located on the top floor of the 02 centre, and is a decent size with modern and stylish decor. I like the way that their open plan kitchen lets you see the chefs hard at work and preparing your pizza. Their menu has a solid range of Italian food, and my friend likes to go for the pizzas while I'm lured in by the pastas. I've had the linguine arrabiata there - the n'duja sausage is really tasty and the deliciously creamy mascarpone offsets the spice really well. I've also had the king prawn linguine which was pretty good as well and had the right amount of chilli. My friend also likes to spice up his life a lil', and usually opts for the diavolo pizza.
