Nice neighborhood pub close to the Queen. Busy every day of the week with crowds of people drinking around the pub patio and off street. Free glass of champagne on your birthday too....

Had dinner and drinks here on a Sunday. The menu is different because they offer Sunday roast. The fish and chips were perfectly cooked. Also had the sourdough and Camembert. Very good. The drinks were priced about right and they poured fairly. I could not use the app to order drinks because it wouldn’t take my phone number. The bartender said he preferred we ordered through him anyway. Nice place.

Really nice place located a 5 minute from Victoria train station. Warm, welcoming atmosphere, traditional British pub decor done smartly. 2 Nice little terrace areas, one smoking, one not. Didn't stay for food, just had a quick drink soon after opening time, hence why it was quiet but it had soon filled up by the time we left. Friendly, Helpful and efficient staff, especially the young lady who served us, thanks.

Lovely, lively pub close to Victoria Station. A very good chose for the 50th Anniversary of dear friends. Great balcony and bar upstairs an friendly service.

We ate at the Phoenix twice during our week in London, partly because it was only steps from our hotel and partly because it was recommended by the "foodie" on the hotel staff. We enjoyed the fish and chips and other dishes along with the pub atmosphere. The restaurant seems to be most popular as an after-work hangout as it was far busier on a Tuesday than on a Saturday. Recommended.

Love being able to order food and drink on an app and for the order to be brought to my table, saving me the hassle of jostling with lots of other customers at the bar! Also, I get to spend more time talking to my friends at my table. Décor and atmosphere are great too!

Very nice pub. There was a large group of us who had Sunday lunch here. The pub had very good air conditioning upstairs, on what was a very hot day. Food was served promptly. The roasts were especially good. Not much space to sit outside if you are in a large group.

Drinks were good. Food great. I would have liked more g/f options. Service very friendly and helpful, but food was a bit slow to arrive. Atmosphere very good, but became difficult to chat with people who we'd never met before. I'd go back.

Very olde pub with great older feel interior. Great location with a lovely atmosphere. Good selection of beers and spirits. We had a sunday roast which was delicious and cooked to a very high standard. Friendly staff and nothing too much trouble. Will definitely visit again when in London.

I recently visited the Phoenix Pub in Victoria, London and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The pub has a great selection of drinks, with an impressive array of beers, wines, and spirits to choose from. I particularly enjoyed their selection of craft beers, which were all delicious and well-priced. The food menu was also fantastic, with a great variety of traditional pub food. I highly recommend the fish and chips - best I've ever had! The interior of the pub is also very charming and cozy, with comfortable seating and tasteful decor. There are plenty of TVs throughout the pub. The pub also has a lovely outdoor seating area and roof terrace, which is perfect for enjoying a drink in the sunshine. Overall, I highly recommend the Phoenix Pub to anyone looking for a great pub experience in Victoria. The staff are fantastic, the drinks and food are delicious, and the atmosphere is unbeatable. I can't wait to go back!

Had a family Sunday lunch here , such an amazing time and beautiful place. The team catered for our large group plus a dog, and everyone loved the food. The two guys running the upstairs bar were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Will be back again and would definitely recommend.

Firstly, it's a pleasure just to see another non Green King pub in the wider Victoria area! Whilst it gets quite busy with the office crowd, bar waits don't appear to be that long. The efficient staff keep things moving along...

Malachai and the rest of the team were really patient as this was our third attempt at holding our meeting at The Phoenix. The staff were nothing short of superb. Food excellent. Brilliant location. We will be back and I recommend others to visit this place.

A busy pit stop with friends on a Thursday evening. Great staff and when the bar got busy we used the app to order which was quick. Lovely burger and chips. No negatives at all.

It’s a nice pub but busy after work and sometimes the service reflects this. We ate here before seeing a show at the Apollo and the food was good and staff mainly pretty good. However getting drinks proved more challenging than it should have been - there were some nice sounding non-alcoholic options listed on the menu but on inquiry, two out of three were unavailable. This seemed to take a long time to establish whilst waiting at the bar and not all staff seemed to know how to make them or what was required. Still would recommend, generally they have a very range of food and drinks.
