This is one of the best restaurants in the world. Not only the food is amazing but the staff is INCREDIBLE. There's a lady called Pendar who is the golden star in customer service, followed by the amazing Jimmy. Plus the prices are super affordable. How in the world is there a restaurant with this amazing service? Since the first time my husband and I went there, we are treated in a very polite way, with a very generous smile and with a kindness that I've NEVER found in any other place. I'm a customer service trainer myself and I must say that Pendar hit all the 5 stars and she definitely did the extra mile. Same as Jimmy, always knows what I want and all the suggestions he gives are super good. If anybody is looking for a good restaurant, this is THE ONE. AMAZING STAFF, AMAZING FOOD AND SUPER AFFORDABLE. Thank you especially for tonight. Pendar, you made everybody feel so special. Hope your managers realise how amazing you guys are.
Great place to eat especially if you want to try authentic Korean food. It's a little bit pricey but the quality of food is great and is freshly prepared. I highly recommend Yangnyum chicken and Dwenjang jjigae (hearty soup with soft tofu). We also ordered Jajjangmyeon (black bean noodles) and Tangsooyuk (crispy fried pork).
Great food, that never let's us down. Staff are very attentive too. Hot pot bulgogi and the spicy fried chicken is my favourite dishes there.
Absolutely fantastic meal, got the BBQ set 2 and everything was amazing. Left feeling comfortably full and would absolutely return again. Staff were attentive without hovering, bathrooms were immaculate, and the entire restaurant was very clean. I even saw one staff member just wipe the floor because it felt a little sticky under their shoe.
This was actually my first Korean BBQ experience and it was wonderful, would absolutely return again!
Think of perfectly crispy chicken wings glassed with superb Korean sauce without being soggy at the same time - SUPERB. Spicy rice cake , powerful, Jab Chae one of the best, Chicken bulgogi flavorful. Good value for money tasty plates. Each with a different flavour. Very polite service by staff. Good value. Simple deco. Shop targeting taste and value. One of the best Korean restaurants in London. Offers barbecue on tables. Definitely worth a visit.
I visited this place based on a friend's recommendation, and it turned out to be a great decision. The staff was welcoming, and the atmosphere was cozy. I tried a few dishes, and each one left a lasting impression. I'll definitely be returning here.
One of my fav Korean places. I go to restaurants in New Malden which is known for being a little Korea town but the bibimbap here is always the best!! One of my favourite to eat here and the Naengmyeon (spicy!). The BBQ meats are pretty much the same as what you get in other places but defo worth getting the BBQ sets. 10/10 (recommend booking for dinner or booking on weekends as they are usually busy).
Parking is available in some spots outside where you can pay to park for 2 hours (mostly permit only) OR free after 6 or 6:30pm (double check on google maps though).
A great local restaurant with a huge variety of options from mains / sides / starters & BBQ. We opted to go for one of the BBQ set menus & a side of veg noodle soup. Portions are very generous and the beef was marinated very well & tasted exceptionally nice!! Service is very efficient & fast. It does get slightly busy especially during usual dinner times. Definitely recommending this place!!!!
Best bibimbap I ever had! It's my favourite Korean restaurant, I've tried many other places around London but I always come back here. The service is very fast and super friendly.

First time having KBBQ in London and couldn’t have went to a better restaurant!
We ordered the BBQ 5 House Special which included the meats to grill and a choice of bibimbap. You can also ask them to change the grill plate when needed.
We also ordered a mul nenmyun which blew my mind. Though it was a cold dish and I’d never tried before, I didn’t know what to expect but the flavors were great.
The seafood soondubu jiigae was amazing, also came with a small side of plain rice. The tofu was was so smooth and melts in your mouth!
The fried chicken was the absolute star of the evening. We ordered a full se and got half spicy and half soy sauce which also came with your choice of 2x soft drinks. I was expecting it to be really spicy but it was a tolerable amount of spice for me. It was nice & crispy and I can honestly say it’s the best Korean fried chicken I’ve had so far!
They also give you complimentary sauces, side salads (the sauce for the salad was the best part for me 😂) and wraps for your bbq meat).
Service was great and the server was patient with us when we were still making last minute decisions!
Each person ended up paying around £25 which I think it’s pretty decent. It definitely does fill you up!
Great food and great prices, for 2023. Seafood pancake was amazing and crispy.

Superb quality food, great service. Friendly atmosphere. Definitely a great place to eat. We were served by Pendar, she was very helpful, very patient, and very accurate with taking and delivering our orders.
I'm sure we'll be back again soon.
