I'm confused as to how this place only gets 3.5! I'm visiting London from Australia and this is by FAR the best burger I've ever eaten! Even better than the USA's In-n-Out burger!

Bubbly, keen and friendly staff, burgers made quickly and well.
Nothing extravagant about the burger just quality meat grilled well and with top notch ingredients that deliver a very satisfying burgering.
Cajun spiced fries awesome as always but still I reckon they are far too generous with the portion, when u ask for a small it's for a reason, trashed more than half of them. When I want alot of fries I order a large, I can't imagine what their largest fries portion would be like.
If you are gourmet burger hunter, here is the right place for you. I cant say best of Americas but it's as good and delicious as In-Out Burger of USA and Honest Burger of London. But there is one big difference: Spicy fries is amazing; you should order your fries with spice! Don't forget to take some peanuts (free).

Fantastic burger, heaps of tasty Cajun fries and a lovely Brooklyn lager. Cost more than I would have expected but it was certainly a cut above other fast food burger joints.
The pictures don't define the burger. When I first saw the burger pictures at five guys, I couldn't believe that these are America's best burgers. Wrapped in aluminum, the whole in a carton bag; looks pretty average to me. Went there and ordered a bacon cheeseburger and added jalapeños and grilled onions(toppings are free and unlimited). I can just hope that they open a branch in Beirut in the future, because we just need a proper fast food chain, not like the ones we have who mostly make fake food. The fries; amazing. Can't really say anything on the food because it simply tastes awesome. The generosity can't go without saying too, the (regular) fries come in huge quantity, plus the additional fries they put in the bag; that's magical.
Really cool place, where you can get your own hamburger with whatever you want to have inside.

Central place with loads of seating places. Quick service considering how busy there is. Good food as in every five guys. Toilet cleanliness not great, should be improved. I would go back there for quick meal while in Central London
A very pleasant experience have been to this Five Guys multiple times and I’m yet to be let down. Ordered the food fairly quickly and we only had a short wait. Food itself is great and I recommend it if your a beef burger lover. There is crayons and paper for younger children , nice clean toilets and a nice amount of seating. AND THE TABLES WHERE CLEAN !!!

You always know what you get with Five Guys. This one is no exception. My favourite dirty burger, so I have been to a lot of five guys. Quick service, friendly staff and great burgers. Lots of seating too.

McDonald's who!!! This place is feet away from the golden arches. Second time here, staff are amazing and work in tandem the way a team should. Informative and clean, plenty of seating.

Typical layout for the area, a bit of a Warren with nooks and crannies for seating. However, clean and well maintained . Food as you expect from this chain. Hot and freshly prepared. Plentiful portions. Some find it pricey and compared to McDonald's maybe it is but I think the quality and freshness is worth the extra. They certainly were not short of customers even though McDonald's was around the corner. So that says it all.
