Whenever I'm in London, I always get my sandwich in there for the train journey home. Very good value. All food made to order. The owner and staff are very friendly and nice. Highly recommended.
Wonderful Cafe, the staff were incredible and so nice! My omelette was amazing, probably one of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend it if you are in the area.
Stopped by here for breakfast on my way to see attractions in London on my first visit to the UK. I enjoyed the English breakfast I had! The employees were friendly and kind.
Great place for breakfast and lunch.
Lovely staff and really good value for money.
Great food, even better prices and service. Perfect spot for a quick lunch
Lasagne,Ham Brie & Cranberry Paninis are very delicious the cranberry paninis is the best one I have ever eaten.
Have been coming here for a couple of years now. Takeaway is excellent. Breakfast is a good portion size. Great selection of sandwich fillings for lunch and great pastas for dinner. Highly recommended.
Our favorite traditional Breakfast in London. The lunch looked great, too. Service was terrific and they clearly worked very hard to keep the long line of hungry people moving quickly.
Excellent service. Best jacket potato! Delicious place to sit-in after visiting Somerset House. Lovely staff as well.
Precious gem in a bustling tourist area. The place is clean and the staff welcoming in an unpretentious way. I had the chicken escalope with mushroom and cheese and rice for £9.80. Food came piping hot and was tasty - perfect comfort food for a cold day. I told a friend that it reminded me of the ki
I’ve walked past this place on my way into work for years and always thought it looks like a great spot for a proper bacon and egg sandwich - and I was right! Friendly service, good quality bacon and a perfectly runny fried egg all wrapped up and ready to eat with a good squeeze of ketchup. The othe
Lovely little café/ eatery in a brilliant location.
Pasta of the day was lovely and a very generous portion for the price! Sweet treats are abundant and all great. The range of options here is amazing. Service is always very friendly and the family are always grateful for the business. Always people
Stumbled across this absolute gem yesterday while looking for something to eat with my daughter.
We need some food before going into the Lyceum theatre.
Given the amount of restaurants in this area, this was perfect for us, we just wanted a light lunch and it didn't dissapoint.
Had bagels and panini
Great little Portuguese independent cafe with high quality sandwiches, hot food and pastries, including Portuguese custard tarts of course. The chicken escalopes are are high point.
A very lovely cafe. Staff are nice and super speedy. And the price is fair enough! Recommend prawn cocktail and salmon!
Having just spent 3 weeks in London, I visited the Crown Cafe on the Strand almost daily to either dine in or takeaway because the prepared food was delicious and very reasonably priced. What also had me coming back was Fernando and his team who were delightful, caring and went way beyond expectati
Fantastic service from very friendly staff. Easily one of the fastest cafes I’ve been in in London so far. The food was fresh-cooked and extremely reasonably priced - £1.90 for an egg and bacon bap is hard to find in London.
Hands down the best lunch spot in the area. Food is fresh with loads of options (even for veggies) staff are friendly and the general atmosphere is just lively and welcoming. Price is also very reasonable for the area. Gem all round.
