s soon as you enter the glass elevator (which rushes up to the 39th floor in around 30 seconds) you feel incredibly exposed as all the sides have glass, but such a cool experience with breathtaking views.
Well managed skyscraper with beautiful view from any angle.
There's a huge aquarium at the ground floor reception.
High speed lifts with glass walls/ceiling/floor takes you to the desired level.
Love the harpist/pianist playing every Monday morning.
Cocktails were a little expensive, but well worth it for the view you get while drinking them. Staff were friendly and super knowledgeable about the drinks menu, well worth a visit if you can get past the doorman downstairs...
Front of house staff was very welcome, great for first dates (note drinks and meals can be costly), beautiful views, nice atmosphere, nice selection of cocktails and they always seen to have great DJs
Great view. Duck and waffle was OK, foods not amazing, pretty average but price is reasonable too.
Great views and cocktails from 40th floor bar. Watch out for dress code police outside if arriving later in the day (who go for a certain 'look', rather than having any idea about contemporary high fashion).
I love this place for a coffee, and does it have a view
Open 24h, restaurant, coffee and cocktail bar
Very worth to try at least once
Having booked months in advance, I managed to get a reservation for 2 at 8am on a Thursday! This place is very popular so book in advance, I don't imagine they do any walk ups! The views here are spectacular, get there for around 5/6ish to catch a beautiful sunrise! If you take a second to look inside, the interiors are beautiful two, with a nice open plan view into the kitchen.
The food is excellent, with twists or classics a bulk of the menu. Don't leave without trying their namesake, the duck and Waffle is not to be missed and is surprisingly filling. For what you get, the price isn't bad if you avoid the cocktais! We paid £40 including drinks and service (2 Ducks and waffles and tea). The service is pretty good but we didn't encounter anything special, it might be better for dinner. Overall I'd recommend it for sure!
A simply beautiful place to have brunch on the weekend.
The food was great and the staff were so helpful. I can't recommend it enough. And was great blue as well.
Went to the duck and waffle restaurant. Great views over London.
Only visited the business offices here however views are amazing and inside the building there is a beautiful and massive fish tank (which apparently is the largest privately owned fish tank in Europe). There is a glass lift which allows you to see the views as you're going up but I would not suggest it if you're afraid of heights, for this they have lifts on the opposite side which block out the view. None the less it is a lovely experience to see London at that high of a level.
Fantastic views over London, excellent resteraunt on the 49th Floor... The Duck and Waffle
Very nice and friendly staff! #Recommended The drinks were nice (Traditional Cocktails). The food (Snacks) were really nice.
Very nice and comfy place, food is good, view is very nice. Very interesting location.
Visited the 39th floor of the Heron Tower for lunch at Duck and Waffle.
Nice atmosphere and views.
The lift going up the the restaurant is a nice treat.
The food was well cooked. I thought (British pallette) was good. My Asian family and friends who attended the same meal with me reported everything was too salty. Could have been their opinion, but it was shared by other Asians when the meal was discussed afterwards.
Based on this, I will visit again, but not with my wife.
Perfect for business meetings and greetings. Ww had a business dinner and the food was perfect. Very nice and gentle service. Amazing view of the city.
Nice music great places. For drinks and have fun. Great view
