Good atmosphere and helpful friendly staff. Wines great and food very good except one steak meal which was very tough. Mentioned this to the staff when asked "how was everything", not really complaining, and pleased to find that meal was removed from the bill. We will be returning.

Awesome food and amazing ambience right in the midst of the canary wharf...some amazing dishes top of the line being the spinach balls... Outstanding stuff with a good selection of wines... Went with friends... Thoroughly enjoyed
Great lunch in here, good selection of antipasti, vast array of pasta and meat dishes. Quick and helpful service.
Also during the week they do takeaway pasta with chicken Milanese which is also a great change to the numerous sandwich/coffee shops that are usually on offer for lunch.

A very family friendly place, perfect if you're working in or around Canary Wharf and want to call your family close by for some good dinner. The ambiance is good and the staff is quite friendly as well.

Saturday morning brunch is my favourite meal of the week and I'd been struggling with it here in London. This week B and I decided to go somewhere a bit closer to home to see what we could find.
Carluccio’s is only a 5 minute walk away and near the tube so it suited us perfect as we were heading out for the day.
The place is big and spacious with a nice layout. Off to a good start. I ordered the Carluccio’s Breakfast Magnifica (poached eggs, grilled pancetta, sausage, mushrooms, tomato and bread with a juice and a coffee). Definitely worth the money for what you’re getting.
The staff were friendly and only 10 minutes later we had our food.
The eggs were a bit overdone and didn’t run when I broke them open, but they were still delicious. Mushrooms were cooked very well and I actually enjoyed these more than nearly everything else. Pancetta was a great touch and the sausage was delicious.
Overall it was a good breakfast. Not as tasty as I hoped for, but it’s a good place if near the station.

Our favourite name for this place is "keerai vadai"(TAMIL). it translates to "spinach vada" Where a vada is an indian dish made from lentils and spices and fried. My sister introduced me to this place.
This place was completely full and we waited in queue to eat here. Once we started eating is when I realised the reason. The smell of the fresh bread, the marinara sauce, the perfectly done pasta with its condiments were all out of the world. It was just so good and I have never had this good pasta anywhere else.
Being vegetarians we ordered a few other dishes as well and everything was so fresh and tasted so good.
The service was quick too owing to the amount of people being served. A must visit place if your in the UK.
I would love to keep going back to this place again and again.

This one has great service and is always stocked up with nice pastries and deli food. Can't say this bout all of the others in the chain.
I know everyone knows this chain, but I come here every time my parents are in town, and we love the canary wharf branch. I've been to a few others, and they weren't as good. This branch particularly is very cosy, everyone is really nice, it really seems like an independent italian restaurant. Their food is fairly good, some dishes are even very good. I remember ordering a sole once, and when the waitress saw me struggling with cleaning it, she kindly offered to do it for me. And it is really good value for money, their set menus are really cheap. When I pass by this place it's always vibrant and full with people at all times. I will definitely keep the tradition of going there when my parents come to visit.
Always busy and noisy. For meeting a customer, better a more relaxed place. There are food choices beyond all carbohydrates.The service is very fast, despite the great load. And the team is kind. There are lots of tables for the space and in certain parts of the restaurant could be tricky to sit, with very little space to move for the waiters. Good wine choices.
The lasagna was really good and a large portion possibly good for 2 people to share. Service could have been better as we felt the waiter was pressuring us to make an order and when we were ready to make an order, it appears that he intentionally made us wait for him to return. He also made it quite clear to us that the service charge was not included in the bill. His attitude ruined a good meal.
We had a really good time at Carluccio's! The location is amazing, between quays and skyscrapers! The food was super delicious and the waitress was very kind and friendly! She also offered water for my dog and I really appreciated it!
Amazing this restaurant, it was lovely to eat in front of the lights, the delicious food and the service was superb, joana, Daniela or Arturo made our visit a unique experience. Thanks for everything. Highly recommended. We will return without a doubt. 🙏❤️😍
Fantastic food and service, especially with allergies! Only odd thing is they don’t have any toothpicks? Fiorentina Chocolata was lush, if you love chocolate it would be rude not to have one 😉! Delicious!!!
A cosy snowy morning in Canary Wharf
I work in Canary Wharf and I can’t believe it’s my first time in Carluccio’s in 5 years here! Staff is friendly and I was quite impressed by the food, which is more delicious than 80% of the Italian I tried in London. The environment is great for friends and casual business. Very close to tube and DLR station.
Great breakfast place if you can find a seat in the morning. Excellent choice of food.
Carluccio's if you like Italian food then this is a good place to go! The food is exquisite and enjoyed the food. Recommend the Napoli blend of coffee as it extra smooth.
The breakfast set was good. The service wasn’t really fast, but given how busy they were it was acceptable. The food itself was nicely done, scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked. The breakfast set comes with a freshly squeezed juice and a coffee or tea. Coffee was done well in Italian style. Not too pricey for the area. Would come back again.

I have been here a few times, and it’s a bit hit or miss. Being in a place we’re it is busy all week due to it being a hub for business. I have found that you get a different level of service at the weekend when it’s quieter. In the week they tend to rush you through your dinner so to get the next people seated. I have never had an issue with the food. Although I did have the waiter take our water to give to another table without asking us or apologising. The best restaurant I have been to in this chain is the Covent Garden one.
The restaurant is good and the food was decent. The food in take away at lunch time is very nice, you have choice of different combinations of pastas, and the price is reasonable as well. The ready to go food on the shelves are nice such as the biscuits and the raviolis, but a bit over priced.
