This is an outstanding restaurant with excellent service. Tried some very well-made cocktails at the bar whilst waiting for our table, and was made to feel very welcome. Enjoying the cosy atmosphere, we were then seated near the open kitchen where we witnessed dish after dish of mouth-watering food being made. Our festive sample menu was as good as anticipated and we enjoyed many beautiful, generous-sized courses, and a myriad of flavours. I loved the atmosphere and friendly, fun staff, and will definitely be returning.

Great spot for group brunches, friendly service but (as expected) gets busy and a bit slow on the weekend. Good pancakes! But the coffee was very meh. Lunch/dinner menu looks good though so- would come back!

I had a very good hamburger here. It was a bit of a wait, but worth it. I like very much the ambience in front of the open kitchen. The bar area is also very nice. At the restaurant you feel a little tight in terms of space.

Very enjoyable lunch, on a relatively quiet Tuesday. Good cocktail options, as well as lunch. The Reuben sandwich was a delightful mission of a sandwich, and the chips strangely addictive.

Amazing food and very good service bearing in mind it was packed. I loved the beetroot arancini. I'm definitely coming back to try other things in the menu. Quite a few vegan options, which is rare

Nice vibe and testy food. The menu has all the classics, from Sunday roast to full English breakfast. Coffee is good. Sadly, it's under staffed and you wait at least 30 min for everything. Not a good pick if you are in a hurry.

The Sunday Roast is amazing! Good value for quality food. The interior has got a cosy rustic feel to it. One of my favourite restaurants on Bermondsey Street.

We had a brunch here and really enjoyed our meal. Off the bat, the service was superb. From the front door greeters to all the different staff we interacted with everyone seemed genuinely interested in working there. Our main waiter - Marco was especially attentive to anything that we needed and was the best waiter we had during the whole of our stay in London. With strong service I think you are more likely to enjoy a meal and they appear to have a very good front of house staff. We sampled several items from the menu, ranging from a relatively normal full English breakfast to a turkey confit hash. All of the food items were excellent. The coffee was very good too and the non alcoholic cocktails on the menu were great. One was a pistachio based cocktail that was something I hadn't previously had before and worked brilliantly. The pricing was perhaps marginally higher than some brunch places, however given the package of the food and excellent service I thought it was really quite reasonable.

Always enjoy a weekend brunch here. Great coffee to complement unique and wholesome meals. If you're in a lazy mood, you can always pass a few hours as caffeine turns to pints. Fun decor. Helpful staff. Ask for gluten free options.
