Furiously Fast, Spicy and Fresh!
We enjoyed an early diner before going to the Shaw theatre and were pleasantly surprised by this true Canteen, expect no fuss, but the food is superb and fresh.
Plenty of staff, fairly pleasant. Loos are downstairs and in great need of TLC.
The food is lovely here! The bun bo hue was delicious; a great amount of beef and perfectly spicy. The interior is also nice to look at and I love the atmosphere. The staff are friendly and even asked us if we wanted student discount! Even though it was a little pricey, I will definitely be back to try other dishes.
Great evening meal. Had the beef pho & duck summer rolls. Very quick for food to come out but a while to have orders taken. Lychee iced tea really lovely also. Keen to come back and taste more from the menu.
The food was really nice and quite good value. Some decent vegan/vegetarian options. I had the summer rolls and prawn curry. Nice independent place
Yet another great Vietnamese restaurant.
Everything we had was delicious.
Ribs with chilli and salt + spicy beef noodle soup for me and tofu with chilli and salt and dry vegan noodles for my wife.
Chicken with chilli and salt to go.
All delicious and I will return as soon as I can.
9/10 would recommend

Service is quick, food is always fresh and tasty. Not a place to linger over a meal, the chairs aren't comfortable and it can get chilly , but as a quick in-and-out place for a good meal it does a great job.
We had the best experience here ! This is my new favourite location for some really good food in a chill setting. The food is so unbelievably good with great flavours and textures. We ordered 5 of the starters and shared them. Nice selection of Asian beers. I really can’t get over the flavour of the shaking beef and mango + papaya salad it was just brilliant.
Used to be my favourite local spot for dinner after work before the pandemic; and I am so happy to see it has only improved since I last visited. Went there yesterday for some dinner - had the beef pho as a main, alongside some Saigon beer; the star of our meal was the sweet and spicy squid, SO GOOD! Portions were pretty decent and service was good. Overall, it's a great spot so I would recommend to anyone looking for tasty Viet food in town.
A firm favourite and worth a repeat visit. The menu caters for many tastes and is sure to please fans of popular Vietnamese dishes. No booking in advance for lunch, arrive before 12.30 for a good table.
Busy little spot with tasty food and quick service at lunch. Vegetarian dishes are vegan (double check for allergies). Very busy at lunch so note that there is takeaway available.
What a little gem. 100m down Warren Street, this place is a goldmine. Serving takeaway baguettes on the street at the front and takeaways from the menu inside, they've got all the angles covered.
Inside, it's a cosy atmosphere with a real buzz, the central grill kitchen adding to the intimacy. The menu is big enough without being confusing, the staff really friendly and helpful.
There are appetizers and mains, but they all arrived at once. Despite being peak midweek lunch time, it all arrived very fast - You can easily get it, eat two courses and get out in an hour.
Flavours were fresh and clean, meats cooked to perfection, portions well judged, presentation attractive and colourful. We loved it.
First time at lunch, had looked up a restaurant in the region, and I love vietnamese food, so Bang Bang came as a lovely choice. We chose the al fresco dining, on a perfect sunny London Summer day.
Food came really quickly, and absolutely delicious, and all spices and Vietnamese tastes to which I had been looking forward

Atmosphere was perfect, of course for alfresco, you want a sunny day, but they also have indoors tables too

I don't often rate places with five stars because I am yet to find my perfect "I could eat this every day for the rest of my life dish". However Bang Bang for me was right up there in my food league tables. So much so that I went on Tuesday and Wednesday and very nearly ordered my lunch for the week too. The food was good they accommodated my dietary requirements amazingly, the staff was diverse, welcoming and made honest recommendations. The price was good and the portions where manageable! I did not leave with my jeans button undone. Definitely a return place.
