The service is outstanding, it’s a hidden gem in London, and the food is incredible, especially their elderflower jelly with melon, it is just a reminder to be childish, and the taste is exquisite. It feels like you’re travelling back in time. The atmosphere is amazing.
Nice quiet location just off main road. Luckily warm enough to eat outdoors. Beautiful smoked salmon and fresh bread. Roast beef nice and aubergine steak was beautifully cooked. Nice wine and service. Quite expensive but nice food. Will visit sister sites
Our visit to this restaurant was truly exceptional. The cozy atmosphere, diverse menu, delicious food, and attentive service made it a remarkable evening. We can't wait to return and explore more of their culinary treasures. Highly recommended.
Had burrata and Elderflower Jelly with Melon— just exquisite! ✨👯♀️🙈🌼 Perfect for a relaxing, quiet spot for summer if you want to avoid crowded restaurants. Perfect Service from the team and the chefs.
The helpful, friendly waiter Kyle gave us a call after the cancellation on a very busy Saturday night. It’s such a nice gesture and great hospitality.
The food is absolutely delicious, absolutely love the starter octopus I had which dressed with some kind of amazing sauce. Beef fillet is a no-wrong
This visit was a bit of a curate’s egg -good in parts. The outside seating during the summer is lovely. The service is pleasantly relaxed and unhurried which is nice, except when it’s a little too relaxed. The fertgola and butternut yesterday was lovely, the pollock however was very undercooked. Its
The restaurant with the most insouciant and warmest charm I have almost ever been too. Food was pretty spectacular, too. Cocktails on point. Reassuringly expensive.
This delightful meal was made even better by the hospitality of the staff, especially Sonia. After saying, “surprise me,” I was blown away by Sonia’s line up of dishes & drink pairings that came my way thought the evening. My solo night out turned into what felt like a meal with family. I will ce
This was a great find - felt like a neighborhood restaurant. Lots of personality to the menu. Service was super friendly. Everything was excellent.
Everything was so excellent! I’m glad i found this place. Definitely come back to try another menu.
Lovely atmosphere and location. The food was all prepared nicely. The salt baked sea bream was delicious. All the starters we had were good too.
A little out-and-about in Notting Hill and a chance table with my name on it at Six Portland Road. This little European bistro is sheer delight, understated in its elegance and exceptional in its gastronomic offering. Reserving a table is essential if you're not to be disappointed. Great food in an intimate setting and lovely service ! Can get a bit drafty and cold from the old door in winter but otherwise everything is perfect
Just have the chocolate rolos, if you go and don’t have them you’re doing it wrong.
We booked a last minute early slot for 2, the restaurant was quiet (to be expected at 5:30 on a Tuesday), but they were fully booked from 7. We both work in hospitality and it’s a real art to be attentive without be
Friendly neighbourhood bistro vibe with delicious food and fantastic service.
We had an amazing experience at Six Portland Road. It is a gorgeous little restaurant in a lovely area. The food was absolutely divine, the ballotine was one of the nicest dishes I've ever eaten and the rest of my party raved about the food too. The service was exemplary, in particular the owner/man
