Amazing cocktails, perfect service. If you are a fan of Harry Potter, you should definitely go and check the special “wizard and witch” cocktails.
Although I work from home and enjoy a flexible lifestyle, I seldom take a full day out from work. But, right now my house is full of builders who have been refurbishing the living room – the space directly above my study. So, an invitation to spend a day at the St Pancras Renaissance with a spa treatment and lunch thrown in, not to mention the odd vodka cocktail, all rounded off with drinks at the Belvedere Spritz Bar, was far too tempting.
The Booking Office is an impressive space in the original St Pancras Station ticket hall. The service is friendly and efficient and the atmosphere is buzzing - perfect for a drink with clients/friends. The cocktails are exceptional - beautiful presentation and flavour combinations. I had the Islay Heritage: Ardbeg 10yrs Islay Whisky, Antica Formula, Italian vermouth, white chocolate liqueur, served in a smokey decanter. It's pricey (£14) but one of the best cocktails I've ever had. Highly recommend!
As you get off of a train at St. Pancras international station you’ll notice an imposing statue of a couple in an embrace. It was one of the first things I saw when we stepped off of our train, and next to it a small cafe area. But just to the side is the old Booking Office, the service long ago replaced with ticket kiosks, but the space inside is still bustling with life. The Booking Office St. Pancras has been transformed to a modern restaurant inside the original vaulted ceilings.
Incredible atmosphere inside the old St Pancras booking office, which is now a classy restaurant.
I was very impressed with the menu that contained many original dishes, and the staff were extremely friendly!
It was actually my birthday dinner and the waiter surprised me with a birthday cake slice at the end - on the house! I felt so spoiled!
For a starter we had salt and pepper squid, which were delicious!
Then I felt adventurous and went for cattle liver with mash, which was one of the tastiest meals I've ever had! Though looking at the online menu, they don't seem to have it, which is such a shame!
My boyfriend went for a buttermilk chicken burger, which was also very tasty!
I would highly recommend this gorgeous restaurant as the ambience and the food is something everyone should experience!

One of the first things I check for when organizing a trip to a new bar is the variety of wines available by the glass, which all too often is a poor thing indeed. I’ve had a thing for Ruinart for a long while now, but there are so few people I meet who enjoy Champagne enough to splurge on it by the bottle and, until it closed last week, Rex and Mariano was one of the few places that understood my inner struggle and offered flutes of Ruinart Brut. I’ve not had any luck since then, but in a fortuitous turn of events it is while organizing a drinks meet up that I come across The Booking Office in The St Pancras Renaissance Hotel with its enviable glasses of both Ruinart and Veuve Cliquot, two Champagnes who share a similar flavour profile of buttery brioche, vanilla and white fruits. With a reservation going at the perfect time on the perfect night, this is too good a find to let pass.
We went to the Booking Office for a friend's birthday party (hence the lack of photos, was enjoying the company so much forgot to get snapping). The food we had was a variety of canapés which were delicious - sliders, spicy sausage rolls, cheese croquettes, scallops. The wine & beer lists were great, and the staff were super helpful. The space is amazing, a capacious red brick room with lots of wood and brass to set it off. A lovely place for a few drinks, will certainly return for dinner.
The luxurious St. Pancras Renaissance London Hotel is definitely one of the most gorgeous looking hotels I've seen. Its façade serves a picturesque and romantic background that can withstand all seasons. I mean, come on... when you rock up into a place looking like a castle (unless you're born into royalty and think it's normal) in your horse-drawn carriage (aka UberX for us earthly creatures) won't you feel part of a fairytale, too?
Absolutely. I love the atmosphere, which is relaxed but has a real buzz. The staff are delightful and friendly and if you like classic English cuisine cooked well you need look no further. And if you like live music, then pop along on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday evening.
In celebration of the 200 year anniversary of the birth of Charles Dickens, St Pancras Renaissance Hotel has added a special punch to their menu at the Booking Office Bar. Dickens was notably a fan of punch and this special recipe was concocted by the man himself.
Took the team of 10 here as a reward at the end of a hard week.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful - they spent years renovating it and it's so elegant, like stepping back into 40s and 50s luxury. The ceiling in the bar is really high and you find yourself staring at the wonderful beams.
Setting is just right - lights are dimmed, music relaxing and furnishings very cosy. It was busy so we all had to stand around a table which was fine.
Excellent selection of cocktails, wine and beers. For a change I had pale ale which is served in a pewter tankard, very funky.
Defo worth a trip.
Gilbert Scott restaurant looks fab too.
A superb bar with a great British style in the recent luxury Renaissance Hotel. A perfect moment to get relaxed in a warm and elegant atmosphere.
