I was a bit concerned if the little bacon cheese burger would taste as delicious as it always does in Naples, Florida - but it turned out to be exactly the same best burger taste here as well! Congratulations 🥇
The best burger ever..
Proper american style cheese burgers with endless (15) free toppings..
Its fresh & made to order infront of u..
Its super juicy.. munchie & basically delicious !!!
Must have but for the haters if u don't like the america ways or fast fatting food then please stay away then give bad reviews which dont do this place justice..
As its super clean & hygienic.. Has endless drink refills & endless supple of ketchup & mayo which nobody does in Europe :)
I love it.. My new favourite.. Cant have enough.. N cant wait to have even more :))
7 stars !!!
I love the small cheeseburger & regular fries as a treat goes with my diet, the peach Fanta is refreshingly different to the orange which used to be my favourite
The best burger in town and the chips are good as gold !! Stuff around very quickly and very polite..... good job guys see you soon
Great place burgers wicked home made chips only gorgeous
Great burgers done to you liking with all your favourite toppings, is it fine dining no but real comfort food
I love five guys anyway, but quick, efficient service as well as great food 😜👌🏼
I love five Guys my grandson Jamie and all his family love it there fantastic.
Had the bacon cheeseburger and it was awesome 😎👍🏻
Amazing place in London. I love the food. can’t wait to come back here again. Congratulations to the staff.
This place is the best burger joint ever been to. They are really good in the service they provide as well as the food they serve. I would love to go there again ❤️
The burgers here are HUGEEEE but really good. I had the bacon burger, fries and refillable drink SOOOOOOO good and i got some peanuts for my ride home. Would go there again and like a million times c:
The burgers are awesome, the shakes and fries are excellent too. I love being able to shell some peanuts whilst waiting for my burger. The only drawback is that everything is served in takeaway bags (even if dining in) which means that there is excess waste and the restaurant is always untidy.
So I was super excited to try this place for the first time, the burger was HUGGEEE I could barely finish half of it. However, all the ingredients were delicious ! But for me it was just too fatty, I'll definitely go again, maybe order the little burger instead
This place is great if you're craving a junk food hit. The burgers are huge and the shakes are awesome. Love that they almost their entire menu is gluten free too. I got a burger with the lot in a lettuce wrap and it held together surprisingly well. It was definitely messier than a burger in a bun but it was still easy to eat like a regular burger. The burgers are big and greasy but that's what you go there for, and on that count it delivers. Perfect if you're hungover.
One word to discribe it? Awesome! The best burguêrs in town! So fresh só well made so well porpotioned the you will never leave dissapointed ! 10 Out of 10!! One thing i noticied is that i didn't saw a fridge in the all place. It is all from the day? It taste lil it! Top top this one!!!
Just love this place! Every time coming to London this is a must stop place for me! Love the burgers with the cheese that melted and the fries that is made with peanut oil! When I visit UK again will definitely be coming back!
beautiful burger! a bit too pricy but of course better quality then usual mc or bk. chips are just "wow" and the refill option it is a conquest for me.
Delicious American style burgers. SO GOOD!
Their burgers come in 2 sizes: normal (2 patties) vs little (1 pattie) - and you can choose any or ALL of the toppings on your burger.
Their burger buns are super soft. Patties are cooked perfectly. The Cajun fries are amazing! They pile on the fries for "little" portion (£2.75) and that's generally enough for 2 people.
Oh, and free roasted peanuts while you wait. But don't fill yourselves up and ruin your appetite before your burger is ready.
Last but not least. They have vanilla coke! Free refills!
Not the cheapest burgers you'll find, but definitely worth it.
Staff are super nice and the food is just gorgeous! Very big fries portions so I would advise to get a small if you're kinda hungry but not too much. The place itself is very nice and the atmosphere is great ^^
(A great game to play ~~~ spot five hot guys XD)
High recommend this place
I liked the entire experience. They do have lots of options to choose from in terms of toppings, and the portions for fries is big. I got the small spicy fries, and it was enough for two of us. They have free peanuts to munch on while the order is being prepare right in front of you. The burger itself was pretty good, and I would def be ordering here again.
Wow what a burger place, appealing choices and lovely system to order and collect wile you can see in front of you how your burger is made!!! Lovely coca orange also!!
Juicy, yummy and amazing! 140 characters is alittle too much sometimes. The service was very quick, which is perfect because I am overly impatient. I like their jalapeños.
Heard so much about the place, had to go inside and take a little shopping break. It's the simple idea, but very effective. You can choose from loads of sides to ensure that your burger is just the way you like it.
I had the fries, which are fried in peanut oil (you can definitely taste that). They were really good, and definitely a healthier alternative from McDonalds. The burger that my friend ordered was lovely and very juicy. It was as delicious as it looked. Definitely a burger worth trying! Another good thing about 5 guys is the fact that they must have around 200 different soda flavours, which you can chose of the screen. You can try things like lemon Fanta zero, or vanilla Coke.
i have heard about the simplicity of this restaurant so decided to visit it for myself. they serve the best burgers that you can hope to get in the shortest amount of time. the quality of the food is commendable. they have a tasteful concept of keeping an open kitchen with a theme of red and white dinner style surroundings.
I came to this place yesterday with my son at around seven pm and still there was queue at this place. The menu is very short and simple, but whatever is there is quite delectable and impressive. I went for a fully loaded burger with toppings and it was amazing for my taste buds.
This is an amazing place to chill and eat the American fast food along with drinks. The burgers are delicious. The sides portions are also adequate. The food is a great deal for money. The drinks are also superb. The service is pot on. The ambiance reminds of Mexico and is both lovely and interesting.
We went here along with a few friends as they had mentioned this place and spoke of it highly and boy! We are so glad that they did that. I can easily say that we had the most delicious burgers and the crispiest of fries over here. I really doubt if any other place can match up to their standards. Will definitely be returning here!
The place is great for some tasty burger and chips . The burgers here are perfect , the patty well cooked and the meat just melts in your mouth . The order can be customized to suit you , and everything is so fresh and wonderful . The sides were amazing too , very filling .
This joint is situated inside a shopping center and serves amazing burgers. This place is good for a quick bite. The ordering process is quite simple. Chose you burger and add toppings that you want from their list. They also have good options of sided consisting of fries and refreshing drinks as well.
It looks like MacDonalds. It smells like MacDonalds. But thank a burger-loving God, it doesn't taste like MacDonalds. Five Guys serves up creations about as far from a centimetre-thick patty in a cold, dry bun as you can possibly get - juicy, gooey and fantastically naughty, it's not hard to see why this is the fastest growing burger chain in the United States. But is it really all it's cracked up to be? I'm undecided.
The concept is simple: stay rooted in fast food, hone the American diner garish décor vibe and the crowds seem to come running queuing.
Whilst you wait, you are reminded of the restaurant's glowing media reviews about as discretely as a motorway sign on the wall of a bungalow; when the capital letters are human-sized, you've entered into the higher stratospheres of self-promotion. It only begs the question, do 'the Willy Wonkas of burger craft' live up to the sound of there own trumpet?
As we got closer to Willy Wonka's oompa loompas, we learnt that ALL toppings are free - maybe, just maybe this will be as heavenly an experience as Charlie & the Chocolate Factory after all. D went for a large (two patties) hamburger with mayo, ketchup and lettuce and I plumped for a little bacon cheeseburger 'all the way'. With large fries to share and a 'soda' each, we shelled out just over a tenner per person.
You can munch on peanuts whilst you wait - a basic but very nice touch - and indulge in the zillion and one flavours the magical 'soda' machine has to offer. Oh so exciting but sadly, oh so disgusting unless synthetic flavoured lemonade floats your boat. The screen boasts raspberry, peach, cherry, lime and more but the idea that any fruit has come within a mile's radius of this machine is laughable.
The much coveted brown paper bag arrived very swiftly, I don't think we had been waiting any longer than five minutes and it took us less than that to find a table and get stuck in.
The chips are a real triumph - skin on and gloriously salty they are served in a cup but the generous portion overflows into the bag. The burgers are truly delicious and my bun somehow managed to stay relatively intact given the huge amount of sloppy toppings stuffed in there. Equal volumes of yummy noises could be heard on the other side of the booth so it's fair to say we were both impressed.
So where does Five Guys fit in in the burger wars dominating the London food scene? When the two American burger giants (Five Guys and Shake Shack) set up shop in London within a few days of each other last year, there was hot anticipation to see how they would fare not only against each other but also versus the longer standing, British offerings of Patty & Bun, MEATliquor and Honest Burger. My verdict is that as indulgent as my Five Guys experience was, I'd rather have a British burger any day. The plastic cheese, gherkins and soft seeded bun make for a very American taste which, for me, doesn't measure up to the Burger gold we serve here in the UK. But if American style burgers are your thing, there's absolutely nowhere better than this joint, which you can find in Westfield (Shepherd's Bush) and Covent Garden.
And just to brighten up your Tuesday afternoon... Here are five things you may not know about Five Guys:
1) The 'five guys' are the founder Jerry Murrell's now five sons: Jim, Matt, Chad Ben and Tyler. It used to refer to Jerry and his four sons but a fifth son, Tyler, was born and he kinda messed things up. Jim helps manage operations, Matt is in charge of opening new locations, Chad handles manager training, Ben does IT and Tyler liaises with the bakeries who make the burger buns.
2) The oldest sons Jim and Matt didn't want to go to college so their father Jerry gave them the money he'd saved up for tuition and told them to invest it in a hamburger joint. Good work, guys.
3) Five Guys once received a call from the Pentagon with a delivery request for 15 burgers. Jerry told him they didn't deliver, only to be told that "everyone delivers food to the Pentagon". This prompted the guys to get a 22 ft banner which said 'ABSOLUTELY NO DELIVERY' to hang in the front of the restaurant.
4) Obama visited a Five Guys in Washington in 2009. His order: cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños and mustard.
5) Kitchen rules at Five Guys include no timers in the kitchen (because good cooks know when food is done), the chips must be shaken exactly 15 times and onion/bacon go below the patty while pickles/tomatoes go above.

I remember going to this place last week on a Saturday, when my stomach was craving for some delicious food after three long hours of shopping at Westfield with my friend. It was for the very first time that i had entered this place. Five guys offers you American food depending on your taste buds. It was a pleasant time having dinner there. Their service was also amazing as there are so many hands working on your order. Even though there was a long que waiting to get their order i did not have to wait for very long to get mine.
This place offers treasure in that lil brown bag, and is definitely not to be missed.
Due to the extreme hype about the Five Guys restaurant from my American friends, we decided to have a light lunch here during a shopping spree in Westfield, W12. Walking into the restaurant immediately gives you the feel of an American diner with the pungent smell of grilled meat and toasted burger buns. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger topped with grilled onions and Bar-B-Q sauce, whilst the others in my party ordered the cheeseburger topped with pickles, grilled onions and tomato ketchup and a cheeseburger topped with tomatoes, lettuce and mayo. Each burger was very juicy and pink in the middle, with the infused blend of spices creating a mouth-watering meal. The large variety of toppings allowed us to create a personalized burger which satisfied our differing tastes.
Five Guys is a really laid back restaurant, perfect when in need of a quick lunch. The décor isn’t anything to rave about but the simplistic style and speedy food really makes for a pleasant dining experience.
Food was typical good 5 Guys standard, although the fries were maybe a bit rushed.
Something needs doing about paper straws for milkshakes though. I know we're doing it for the environment but they just aren't fit for purpose!
Good luck to the new member of staff learning the art of burger making, you look like you're rocking it already!
Delicious burger, cleanliness, efficiency of staff. Very patient lady at the till this lunchtime. Thank you so much . Flavour prime, toppings fresh and savoury. All the way from start to finish it’s a wonderful experience to be able to admire the work they all do. Thank you
Great fast food experience! The food was fresh and very tasty, the service was great and fast. And it's always nice to snack on peanuts until the food is ready!
Tasty burgers and delicious milkshakes. It was busy in the evening.
Great customer service from our server was incredible and very happy with the quick and accurate service. Tried a chocolate, salted caramel and bacon milkshake.
Burger 🍔 was fresh and very tasty.
If you love burgers and fries get down to a five guys.
Two Patties and unlimited choice of extras and sauces.
Lots of fries supplied too. Even have a beer 🍻 if you would like.
Will be back again soon.
Very nice location.
Good waiting time for the food.
Peanuts are every time a good company that Five Guys offers us.
My burger was amazing, cheese burger with delicious sides.
Chips were good and hot.
A place that I definitely go back.
I love a good burger, and honestly five guys is one of my go-to when I’m craving some good fries and meat - I always choose pickles, lettuce and tomato for my cheese burger.
The staff is amazing especially Mohammed , always smiling and attentive. They always throw some extra fries in my bag.
I found out about this amazing place in New York. It was a surprise to know that they are also in London. Probably the best homemade burgers you can eat. It's a bit pricey but the miniburguers have a reasonable size and they are almost half the price of a normal one. They offer free drinks refill and free peanuts. And also they always give you extra french fries. They also use local and natural products.
I went to five guys last saturday and I was served a man called Valentine who was perfectly helpful and has amazing customer service and walked me through how to order and customise my burger even giving me recommendations on what to get. If you want a great food and wonderful customer service experience go to five guys Westfield and ask for Valentine.
First time in london. This five guys is amazing!! The staff was really kind especially Tiffany! She was so kind, positive and her beautiful smile is contagious. Most definitely will visit again
Most recommended place to eat specially fries which they are making fresh every day and thick shake is also very delicious and fabulous, and yes the service provided by one of the five guys member name SHWETA PATEL is very friendly nature and very nice
Wonderful and amazing experience. Staff are so friendly! Fantastic and tasty foods, cheese dogs were so delicious.
Consistently good burger and fries. When I was there at 7:00 pm on a Friday night, there were plenty of empty tables to choose from.
Cheese beef burger is big and delicious, but the beef need more salt. I like that we can add 15 toppings. Cajun fries were nice. They have many nice flavors for Fanta. Prices from medium to high. Employees are nice.
Great food as always, food was slower than normally it is so only negative of the experience. Most food places are noisy and five guys is no different.
Great customer service! A delicious burger with fries
