The White Swan - London - Photo album

Excellent so long as you like meat. Fine game terrine and excellent Barnsley chops, steaks, pies and burgers. Good fish too. Imaginative wine list with good wines by the glass and cask ales.
Nice pub/chop house, very friendly and attentive staff! The food is good quality.
Midway through a busy week, I decided to be a little bit naughty by skipping off work for a couple of hours. One quick text to my friend and a fabricated client meeting later, I was on my way to a boozy lunch. We’d heard the buzz about the recently revamped White Swan near Chancery Lane. Mr Flavour
Classic pub fare in a classic London neighborhood. The upper dining room was closed but we were able to get full service from the bar. Felt like I was in another time.
Good food, beautifully presented and well cooked. I had cod, which was delicious. The others all enjoyed their food and said so. They are adept at catering for large tables and service is superb. The wine list is good. A good place to hold a team dinner.
Great pub with a traditional feel, good food and atmosphere.
Fantastic gourmet experience! We were very surprised by many tiny dishes before what we have ordered arrived... Place looks classy but atmosphere is a relaxed, strange combination. Main dishes are almost magical in taste and wonderfully served. Portions are small so you have the chance to order from
Ambience hip and casual. Service impeccable. Love the huge underground space. Good energy in here for food and drinks! Our steaks/lobsters and sides were all delicious. The meat was cooked at the perfect temperature medium rare and perfectly seasoned. It's official, This city of London does not over
Nice pub.friendly staff.
Tasty food and not bad pricing for a city restaurant (around £15 for a main). I am saying restaurant rather than pub since the bookable dining room definitely feels like more of the former. I arrived around 1215 and the place was empty, but by around 1240 it was heaving. Service was a little slow by
I had my best dinner in London at The White Swan without any doubt. This bar somehow integrates classic British food (including pies, fish&chips, Scottish Haggis etc.) into a "more modern" setting without sacrificing the comfortable feel of old British pubs. It also offers more authentic dishes incl
Hearty British food and drink at this old school favourite. You can imagine getting holed up with a few pints and tucking into a comforting venison pie. The theme is pub grub done in a fine dining style. Hunting lodge style theme inside is what you would expect and makes for a great atmosphere. Try
We held our wedding reception here in June 2015 and had the most amazing time ever! From countless emails over the preceding 6 months with their wedding planner up to their help in decorating the venue and making guests welcome, it was perfect! The venue was perfect for less than 52 guests, with the
Sometimes you eat a dish that redefines your understanding of exceptional and the White Park steak we enjoyed last night did just that. Apparently, this is the original wild cattle knighted Sir Loin by king James 1st in 16th century because of its supreme quality. And the chef certainly respected t
Went here on its final day. A cozy, galleried pub that has been with me for many years. Now gone forever. Closed, and tossed out upon memories dimming in time inside me.
