I went there for dinner a few Saturdays ago and although they didn't have vegan options in their menu, the chef created me a special and freshly made vegan dish. They were very accommodating and offered me several options from which I could choose. The staff were lovely and patient while I asked about everything! Will definitely come again and recommend it to others, vegans and non-vegans. Pic of my delicious food in the comments.

Very pretty restaurant and welcoming General manager and staff. We booked our child party there for 27/05/17 and truly enjoyed the food . Had range of food requirements and the restaurant kindly catered for everyone in our party. Would recommend if you want a relaxed atmosphere. Thumbs up √√√ and god value for money .

Locale is a fun and lively family restaurant with great food choices. Great care is taken when ordering from the menu for those with food allergies and intolerance issues. Staff are knowledgeable and keen to make your visit a lovely experience.

went for an aperitif last night and despite the fact it was packed we actually enjoyed the food and drinks. 12£ for a drink with stand buffet is fair even we queued for ages for few bites. staff really nice and pleasant atmosphere.

Great Italian local. Lovely staff, beautiful terrace, excellent food. The pizzas are a personal favorite, and the pastas never misfire. Half price cocktails every day from 5-7 also don't go amiss! This place runs lots of little promotions, so meals can end up being very competitively priced. Overall, would recommend to anyone.

Get Picked up at Locale!. My husband and I absolutely loved our experience at Locale Cucina Italiana. I have a full review on my blog, which you can see in the blog posts on UrbanSpoon. The tiramisu, which is Italian for 'pick me up', was the best we've ever had. All pictures of our meal are featured in my blog. You might not want to be hungry when you read the review. Just sayin' ;-)

August 22, 2014 - INNER SUNSHINE - Sunny London Locale Cucina Italiana in Fulham has one of the best pick up experiences in London! Ok, silly.  I’m a married lady, so I’m not referring to any type of flirting shenanigans. I’m talkin’ tiramisu. It’s an Italian dessert. The name of it literally means ‘pick me up.’ I have to say, Locale’s uplifting experience isn’t just limited to dessert. No, mi tesoro, it’s a whole lot more! After a ten minute walk from the Parsons Green underground station, Mr. Sunny and I arrived to Locale Cucina Italiana . Naturally, it was a beautiful sunny evening in London. We were greeted and given a quick tour. It’s a neighborhood Italian restaurant with an outside terrace and sexy cocktail bar. It was really tough for us to pick out our food. Too many menu items appealed to us. Foremost, they have a completely separate gluten free menu. Do you know how rare that is for Italian restaurants? I chose the Cappesante e Pancetta. It’s pan fried scallops, garden peas

The food at Locale Restaurant is absolutely delicious and their set meals / specials (like steak night) are incredibly good value.

I went recently to try the Tuscany tasting menu and it was superb. Fresh, high quality ingredients are used and all of the dishes are bursting with flavour! The food really is great.

The restaurant always has a good atmosphere and vibe, and the service is quick and friendly. You are guaranteed to have a good dining experience if you go. I would advise that you book a table in advance, as it does get busy.

When I first started SilverSpoon it was my intention to write about high-end luxury dining such as The Ledbury, or really cool hotspots like Chotto Matte. I also wanted to tell my readers about cool concepts such as Bubbledogs and Inamo, pop-ups like On the Roof at Q and quirky happenings such as the Edible Garden Afternoon tea.

But, sometimes you want to go somewhere that's just really fab food and excellent hospitality without all the bells and whistles that comes with luxury lifestyle...

Locale is one such place, the kind of place where a fun night and good food will always be the order of the day! If you live in Fulham or Blackheath, Locale is your perfect neighbourhood Italian to head to any night of the week. There's also a restaurant located near the attractions of the South Bank if you're down that way.

Mr S and I were invited down to the Fulham restaurant to check it out last Wednesday night.

Locale Cucina Italiana in Fulham has one of the best pick up experiences in London!

Sunny and I arrived to Locale Cucina Italiana.

It’s pan fried scallops, garden peas and mint puree, with rocket and crispy pancetta. Naturally, Mr. Sunny selected his standard squid and had Calamari Fritti. That’s golden fried baby calamari served with homemade tartar sauce. Both were molto bene! Mr. Sunny struggled between several options. The great debate ended with him choosing one of the Specials- Tagliata di Manzo with Lobster Tail, upon our Server’s suggestion. He says it was ‘Gorgeous!’. I had a couple sneaky bites, and I have to say… he is RIGHT!

It was a total battle for me between the Lobster and Prosecco Risotto, fresh herb and sour cream versus the Pollo al Madeira. Sauteed chicken breast, French beans with melted mozzarella cheese, sauteed mushrooms, madeira sauce and roasted cherry tomato. Do you know how I decided?

You’ll never guess!

I chose the chicken because it was gluten free AND photographs better than risotto. I guess you can say I took one for the Sunny team. ;-) We were blown away by the amazing flavours in both of our Main courses. Tender, juicy and cooked to perfection. My Madeira sauce was remarkable! In addition to these fabulous dishes, we also ordered the Sauteed Spinach and Creamy Mashed Potato. We enjoyed both of them. However, the mashed potatoes were without a doubt naughty. They were so creamy! I seemed to think they had a good amount of parmesan cheese mixed in to them. Soooooo yummy!

Even though we were full, we were coerced in to trying the tiramisu. I say ‘coerced’ because tiramisu is a tricky dessert. Both Mr. Sunny and I love it. The problem is, often it’s not made right, so it can be very disappointing. Plus, he and I both make it ourselves. Because we were ‘assured’ Locale’s tiramisu was excellent, we decided to give it a go. After his first bite, Mr. Sunny assessed it best with, ‘Damn! We should’ve ordered two!’ To die for.

Oh! Ooops. I was so excited about getting to the sugary, creamy part of the post that I forgot to mention the booze! (Now, that’s a first!) Mr. Sunny loved the frosty beer glass that came with his Moretti. My Chianti (which if you’re a Sunny reader, you know I never order) was fruity and smooth. Again, I went with this wine because our Server said so. I did have a second glass. Mr. Sunny switched to one of his Italian favourites, Peroni.

And, just as the sun was turning the sky a beautiful shade of orange and saying goodbye for the night, two limoncello shots arrived for us. We were a bit surprised when we picked up the glasses and they were warm. Neither of us had ever had limoncello served this way. Another gold star! They were la la luscious.

Our entire experience was stellar at Locale Cucina Italiana. From our outstanding service to the fabulous flavours of the food, this restaurant gets a gold medal from us.

Their menu changes often to reflect seasonal changes and specials. Love that too. If you think this restaurant is too far for you, my suggestion is… well, get picked up! And a tiramisu ;-)

This has to be the best Italian restaurant I have been to in South West London/ West London. Despite the meal being free, we had excellent service throughout the evening. Gulliana was attentive and friendly to us.The restaurant is very easy to find on the main road with huge signage. Inside, it is very big but was still busy and full for a Friday night. The ambience is dim lighted and is suitable for romantic evenings for couples but still had better lighted areas for large groups or families.

The food is the best part. Calamari and soft shelled crab were both yummy ( I would recommend the calamari sauce over the crab sauce though). I then had the seafood linguine which was cooked to perfection and had fresh seafood. The dinner was topped off with a heavenly chocolate fondant. It was dark chocolate but not bitter at all and had yummy hints of nuts. What a great night out. I will be back as I am a local Fulham foodie!

Amazing food!! I have been here for drinks a few times and always found the staff to be so welcoming and drinks great. My partner had been here for food a couple of times before he insisted we went for food. We had the truffle pasta and sage butter ravioli - the sage butter ravioli in particular surpassed my expectations. It would absolutely give some of the top central London pasta places a run for their money. Excellent all round - we will definitely be back for more :)

Short menu but excellent food. The waiters are really nice and very accommodating. The place has a very cosy feel inside and the small terrace is a plus.

I was there last night and I’m definitely going back this weekend! Incredible food, very friendly staff. We had the seafood sharing platter and I regret not ordering more because it was perfection. I haven’t been this impressed with a restaurant in a long time. Well worth a weekly visit. I used to come to this location when it was named Locale and served Italian food and it was alright — but the new management has made the Fulham Tavern spectacular.

Ferki the owner is a great host and the staff incredibile! The food, no matter what you choose, is well balanced and delicious. Pizzas are outstanding... the best, light and crispy. Great outdoor space and fantastic cocktails! You can't ask for more!

The place has a great potential. Love the outside eating space, good location. Nice staff. But as much as I love mint tea, this one was completely tasteless.. lacking leaves, would be nice with honey. But just really way too weak to call it mint tea.. didn't know one can go wrong with that. Prawns as a starter were good. But not sure if they were worth the asking price. Seafood linguine really lacked taste.. it was very bland. I would expect more from a restaurant. I will be keen on coming back in a while, as I am hoping we just got it on a bad day..

A gem of a place in fulham. Great ambience with hearty food at reasonable prices (for London that is). Had dinner on a bustling Friday evening. Great place for family.

Sara & Douglas have created a beautiful restaurant atmosphere at Locale. They were amazing with allergies and when I learnt the reason why I was even more touched. From the bar staff, waiters and chef they are so polite. I really enjoyed my meal there. A go to place to dine in Fulham and always thinks of the local community. I was very honoured when Sara kindly offered her venue to us for free to host a social and networking night for business and local residents for the benefit for the community.

Been here a few times with my wife and toddler. Service is always excellent and friendly. They can accommodate my Coeliac wife with gluten free pasta, and make a mean pasta pomodoro that my discerning toddler eats. Reasonably priced. Good space with a nice outdoor terrace, separated from the pavement by greenery. 4 rather than 5 stars as the food is good but not particularly special (eg pizzas have been average when I’ve tried). We’ll keep coming back as we like it!

Ok so let us be clear this establishment used to be locale.... . We moved from munster road 18 months ago . Decided to pop back to check out what the new ownership has done to the place .... early days so no major change decorwise , service very good , food very good , not a lover of mixers added to drink personally , too much tonic for me in my gin ( its an old man thing) , I recommend locals give it a go

Lovely place. One of the best kid's menu I've seen. Regular menu is awesome too and broad enough to cater for every taste. The wine list could do with some expansion, but the few that we had were great and well priced. Service was amazing.

Lovely atmosphere in this Munster Village Italian restaurant, you can easily forget the outside and relax in this friendly restaurant. The menu is not big but that is usually a good thing. We found the food attractive, well cooked and very tasty. Our only problem was that there were a couple of unavailable dishes and also some unavailable beers. When the menu is limited, that could be a problem but our second choices were good.

We’re lucky that this actually is our local! It’s not fussy or gastronomic, but always reliably good food and a nice atmosphere. Really recommend the ravioli, which really is divine, and the sharing starter of focaccia and dips.
