The Perfect meal if ur on the go in London!!
Delicious, fresh, prepared in front of you in no time and pocket friendly.
My favorite is the egg noodles with beef with teriyaki sauce.
Wok is one of the good outlet in London, many outlets of wok in there in London, beg options available ,simple and feeling food on the go,one must visit this place
Nice and fresh food. Great taste, various options for sauce and good portion size. Friendly staff; we also instructed the cook through glass windows for how much of each sauce we wanted.
On the go food. Always being my companion when in hurry. Yet the taste never fails to impress. A real treat to eat it chicken breast and beef being the favourite
"London 🇬🇧 was heaven for me. WOK TO WALK fulfilled some part of it"😁😀
As a I am Chinese cuisine lover I was searching a good Chinese place to hog. After trying so many places WOK TO WALK attract me so here I'm writing a review honestly 😊 . First impression is the last impression but It is not everything. I had enjoyed from the ordering part to hogging the 'make my own noodle' . The order taker was so friendly and nice to have a word with. Order was made quickly and most interesting thing I liked was about you can make your own choice of noodles by choosing your ingredients. According to your budget and choice you can go with the meal. Is not that awesome? 😍😎
It is like first you will choose your noodle, then your ingredients/protein/vegetables then your sauce. WOW...😍❤😂😂
If you know a great combination I am sure you gonna have a lovely noodle and you gonna enjoy every bite of it.😎
Also the condiments sachet were available as per your requirements. Fresh juices, soft drinks available on side with the meal to go.
Food - 5/5 Mouth watering.
Ambience - 4.5/5
(Do you need an ambiance if you are in LONDON?)
Service - 4.5/5 Quick and Friendly.
Price - 20/30 GBP for 2 person 💳/💷
Recommendations - If you are in London and a Chinese food lover you should not miss this place. ✔
Location - It was easy to find. Just google it man as I did.
I have loved them in London and I am looking forward to them opening in India. I am so glad they decided to open up in India too.
They serve delicious meals in boxes. Just pick your meat, your sauces and the kind of noodles you’d want in your box and enjoy your meal on the go!
I love shrimps in black bean sauce with udon noodles and I love pork in their hot asia sauce along with rice noodles. They’re absolutely divine.
If your love for the Orient knows no boundaries, you ought to come here to expand those very boundaries to an entirely new lever. Grab a delicious portion on the go.
Come to India super soon!!
Excellent place for Chinese food!
Variety of noodles to order.
We need to choose our base first , then the topping & finally the sauce.
I loved udon noodles with chicken breast in hongkong sauce .
Definitely a place to go for quick snack
Brilliant place for some great food!
I have been to this place during my trip to London. Get down at Oxford circus and then 5 minutes walks. I used to stay at a hotel near St Pauls cathedral, so was near to me. This was my dinner place after a little shopping at Oxford street. Pick your rice/noodle, then your choice of items - chicken/veg etc and then your pick from wide variety of sauce. They prepare right infront of you and serve. I stood behind a long queue on my first visit and I will never forget but the service is real quick. And, and, I love the way they pack the meal. Great concept, great food at a very very reasonable price in a place like London. If I could recollect correctly, I paid 5.5 pounds for the meal. Ah, delicious! This should be my place every day during my next trip to London as well.
Go for it friends. You'll love it!
The first time I had tasted wok at Amsterdam. They have some amazing noodles. Ordered the udon noodles with hot Asia sauce with toppings of cashews, broccoli, and mixed pepper. The mix is freshly prepared as per order and was hot. Good for vegetarians.
Don't know what to say about this. My favourite meal. I would prefer eating here over any 5 star. Udon noodles with hot Asia sauce? All day everyday
When I got tired after shopping on Oxford Street, I knew I had to get my Chinese fix. Since it was my first time, I messed up with the sauces and ended up with a sweet-sour kind of wok but still I'd say it was pretty good. The quantity is generous and I couldn't finish my box. The place is competely no frills and there's minimum seating available. Plus they have really good vegetarian options so that's great!
A brilliant way to change the perception of spicy noodles that I was usually served. These were just perfect. Not too spicy or bland. Perfect dinner for a cold night and on the go. I had Wheat noodles, chicken breast, onion, duck, and baby corn with Beijing sauce. Loved it!
On our way back from regent and oxford street, my husband and I stopped here for asian dinner. Love the concept and the food - wish there was more seating.
I ordered the egg noodles with mixed peppers, baby corn, fried onions, and a mix of the hot asia and saigon sauce - it was perfect!!! Steaming hot noodles with a delicious mix of sauces and well cooked veggies was just what I needed on a cold winter night!!
My husband ordered the egg noodles with chicken, peanuts, fried onions, baby corn, and saigon sauce. His was equally delicious and some hot sauce on the side made it even better.
Love the food and the fact that you can watch the chefs cook your food - it adds a bit of theatre while you wait!
I have never had tastier street food: especially noodles. I tried many different styles and I love the fact that you can customise it the way you want. Yummy!!
I walked past this no frills outlet in Soho one evening and had decided to get a meal from there. It looked very inviting on account of the open kitchen making fresh Asian meals.
So when I was in Soho next time it had to be done. Basically one needs to choose the type of noodles, veggies, protein, sauce and voila. You get a fresh hot cooked meal in a box without any fuss.
I got the udon noodles with chicken and Bangkok sauce (coconut based) and it was delicious. It was cooked perfectly and tasted really good to be served up in a simple looking small restaurant.
Absolute must try if you're in the area and want a cheap Asian meal.
Pros : Clean hygienic street food, Awesome taste, quick service, amazing value for money
Cons : Can have more chairs around to sit !
If you are looking for some spicy amazing food in oxford street look no further this little place will blow your mind and remind your taste buds what different flavors feel like :)
We were attracted to this place thanks to the TV show F.R.I.E.N.D.S which created a visual of anything related to Chinese food should be served and eaten in a take away box, so we
decided to experience this way of eating and boy oh boy we were just blown away :)
The menu is pretty simple, they mostly serve noodles and they have 3 step to arrive at your mouth watering noodles :)
Step 1 : Choose the type of noodles you want to have, we chose the veggie noodles, You can have your choice of meat as well :)
Step 2: Choose the toppings you want to have we chose ours was mostly veggies.
Step 3: Choose the sauce, we chose the peanut sauce, they have clearly mentioned the veggie and non veggie sauces for ease of choice.
Now wait for the magic to unfold, the guys take the order and get to work and you can see the kitchen and the guys working on their magic to make that special meal. They generally take
about 5 to 10 minutes to cook your meal and serve you pipping hot meal in a box, all ready to enjoy the magic :)
You can either choose to take it away and eat it on the go or may be use one of their chairs to have it there itself.
Drool Factor ? Would love to get my hands on the veggie noodles in peanut sauce any day!!!
Hole in the pocket ? Its practically a steal at 5 Pounds, grab it soon before they realize the true worth and over price it like the rest of London !!!
Pro's: Delicious noodles, assorted items can be mixed n match, quick service, value for money, lip smacking good.
Con's: it's take away place, they have some 5 to 6 chairs for quick eat.
Its very easy to locate it's just beside Oxford circus underground exit. Close to currency exchange.
I strongly recommend this place, over anything else in this street. While I was having the food there I observed that even other customers were enjoying their noodle.
This place offers whole wheat noodles, which tasted good. They have got vegetarian option.
A noodles box is of 5 £ average.
I would love to return to this place if I am around Oxford circus.
Food : We had Bali and Asia sauces they were absolutely lip smacking.
Had nice time with Mohit Pai
There used to be a wok to walk on Dean St. It was awful when it closed (along with Escape of course) so now we have to 'walk' further to get our wok on but it is the perfect drunken food, none of the grease of a kebab but with all of the flavour.
Amazing place to be in. Variety of noodles that cannot be missed. Different sauces mixed with noodles tastes great without even making a hole in your pocket. Quick food while shopping is a bless. I would love to this place again and again.
One of the best place for a quick meal which is easy on the pocket as well, egg noodles with hong Kong sauce(sweet and sour) is just amazing. Different types of noodles and variety of toppings to choose from. A must visit for anyone who loves spicy Asian food.
OMG OMG OMG literally the best noodles I've tasted thus far!!!! I ordered egg noodles with king prawn x2 calamari with Hong Kong sauce (sweet and sour) and I think the total was something near £10 Omydais it fills you up on such a beautiful way (I feel) the prawn with the sweet and sour sauce was amazing! It complemented eachother soooooo much! I would order that specific order over and over again. Not because I'm not a fan of the rest of the toppings (it's just I tried the rest of the toppings.. But I don't know not every topping is complementary with the other sauces.) I feel the one I picked is the best mix and you've gottah try it!. I usually have mine HOT I don't know feel the impact of flavour is present whilst hot! When it goes cold it just goes all soggy. It's such a cute experience, you order your pick and watch them prepare it right Infront of your eyes. It doesn't take long to prepare. BUUT I gottah say,, during their rush hours Boooy that que is LOOOOONG! (I don't blame them they're soooo good!- I would even wait that long (almost 30hour)) and I've tried the Hammersmith branch.. Meeeh wasn't as impressed. If you were to follow my recommendation : soho branch: order: egg noodles with prawn calamari with Hong Kong sauce.
Wok to Walk is one of the best choice for every Indian or anyone who misses spicy Indian Chinese when in London. I have been here 4 times in 15 days and loves the Jasmine rice or the egg noodles - both are the good, they are added with vegetables and eggs(optional), you have the choice of your sauces - the spiciest is 'Hot Asia' and my fav is Saigon(Garlic and Pepper). The service is quick and hot, well packed and you can add-on hot chili to make it more spicy -.. Every bite of my WokBox is Yummy... 1 box is a good for a complete meal for 1 and will cost around 4-6 pounds depending on your choice of add-ons.
Great food and reasonable prices
Even ranked as good as it was, I walked in “Walk to walk” with suspicion. I wasn't sure how this take away Thai bar would taste. I mean, if it wasn’t come out from Thai restaurant list on Zomato I probably wouldn't have gone. Well, thank god I did.
This has been one of the best Thai meal I’ve had so far. I'll admit that I do prefer sitting and enjoy the meal but if you want something at a good price and good quality this place is for you.
Every single thing we had was great!
Basically, you can compose your box as you prefer. Again, everything you will pick up is very good.
The staff was very attentive and fast.
For this quality of food I saw higher prices. So, it's not going to break the bank.
My friend and I both had a box and a drink and we paid £12 in total. So, pretty good!
Wok to Walk is a good option of pick up for noodles if you need to have a quick lunch in the area. There are a few stools to sit down in the restaurant but it's really more of a takeaway place. It's also pretty nice that the place doesn't get too crowded, which is maybe due to the fact that there's two more restaurants of this chain in the area.
They cook the noodles right in front of you and your food is ready really quickly, mine just took about 5 minutes. I had the udon noodles in duck saigon sauce and it was really tasty. Even though their portions don't look huge, they are really filling.
Oh i loved this place... the perfect pocket friendly eating place... this place served way better noodles as compared to many so called authentic chinese joints of china town... Big portions with generous topings and you can have a really good meal to go in 5-7 pounds which is a steal in the city... my personal favourites are the egg noodles with either bangkok sauce or saigon sauce...
word of warning during lunch hour this place gets packed tighter than a can of sardines
Fresh and delicious Asian food. Good atmosphere, quick service. Good selection of noodle toppings. Good located - I like that place especially after shopping around Oxford Circus, grab something and go for more shopping!
Wok to Walk is a great fast food Asian restaurant, selling quick and easy personalised noodle dishes. It's open quite late so it's a good place to get some portable food after shopping or before drinking at the nearby pubs.
You can opt for the simple base noodles with sauce for just £3.95 or add/swap different ingredients to appeal to your tastebuds. You can also choose the spice rating of your meal.
Prices do increase quite steeply however once you stray from the starter base. When you're choosing the type of noodle you want I'd go for the udon noodles - they're wonderfully thick and soft. The beef wasn't too bad but a bit chewy. Make sure you mix the noodles a bit when you get them as the gravy tends to sit on the bottom.
For all those people out there who love their Chinese noodles, wok to walk is a place you must visit! The concept of this small fast food restaurant is quite perfect, you get to select your noodles or rice from a vast selection that they offer, then move on to the toppings your would like and finally your sauce! My personal favourite has to be the udon noodles with the peanut sauce! The quick preparation of the meal not only satisfies an individuals hunger immediately, but having it served in an authentic chinese box makes the experience all the more enjoyable! Ive always had a fascination for having food in chinese boxes, so this little additional element really made me want to keep coming back! After a night out, during working hours or any point during the day, stopping by for a bite here is worth it. Especially since its open till the early hours of the morning, the number of people queueing and waiting for their meals is always moderately long! For the price that they charge, a definite recommendation by me to all!
Undoubtedly my favourite take out joint (and probably wayy healthier than the chip/kebab shops.) The food here is as fresh as fresh can get, giving one the liberty to customise their dish - pick the carb, add veggies/meat, choose the sauce, and voila. Efficient, quick, delice. Love it. (Also, it is open until 5 am or so for those out in the area..)
This place defines value for money - fantastic food, quick service, great price! I strongly recommend the egg noodles + chicken/prawn + saigon sauce combination. I love it! This place is a good street food experience concept - something you would want to do after a long day of shopping on Oxford Street or after partying. Also, the eating of a folo pack experience was a first for me and I enjoyed every bite of my hot meal.
I have definitely visited this place far too many times. It is a cheap and quick stop for dome yummy noodles.
I am a sucker for the satay sauce with tofu and rice noodle but there are so many options with meals costing around the 5 pound mark. Definitely a good choice for an easy takehome meal!
Perfect place to grab a meal after a late night our! Yummy food is a plus point!
The best take away in the heart of London, to be precise, in the heart of oxford circus. Nothing beats Wok to Walk, their freshly made meals look beautiful and taste so delicious. If you are in London, you have to visit Wok to Walk at the Oxford circus branch or in Soho or at Leicester Square. Highly recommend.
This was a great little find.. freshly cooked noodles and they’re super tasty! Great to have some lovely options & then able to watch your food literally cooked right in front of you. With some cars containers & wooden forks or chopsticks 🥢 to enjoy. You have to love their sustainable packaging, top marks on that front!
A lovely little seating area cordoned off from the Main Street, enables you to sit, eat & soak up all the Asian yumminess.
Loved this place.
Great experience, you can build your meal which is cool. The price is fair. I ordered the pad thai and it was delicious! Super flavourful, tangy, crunchy and sweet. The service was fast, too. Totally recommend it, if you are looking for a quick and cheap lunch.
I went a couple of times during my lunch break and it was consistently good. I had the tofu noodles and also chicken rice. All great, delicious and prepared very quickly on the spot.
I will surely recommend and come back.
Decided to grab a quick munch after a long day in London. The food was served quick and tasted really good. Very decent prices as well. Only thing is the seating arrangements. As it was raining we didn’t have many seats. Most of the seats were wet and not covered.
Absolutely delicious! Great value, especially for London. Really really tasty - portion was so generous I thought I would keep some for later, but it was so good I ate the lot!
Food was good. Cooked to order of course. Cheap for this part of town.
The difference with the lab is that they have a pre made menu rather than the choose your own toppings menu of the non ‘lab’ store.
Super tasty hot food just to your liking
The best chinese noodle in the UK! If you are an asian, this place should suit your appetite. This is basically a noodle shop that you can choose what type of noodle, meat, and sauces. This place is also affordable. The price start from £7 and have a quiet portion.
Really nice food and great portion sizes!
Excellent option for vegetarians and sauce lovers
