I used to leave next door when they transformed an old local in a super cool and young Pub. I love the atmosphere and the fancy pictures and art on the walls. Foot is nice, drinks selection is amazing. I pop in every now and then even if I don't leave there anymore. Love it

Great pub friendly staff and top live music venue
We went this place one time for dinner and was ok... The pub is very well decorated and has a good vibe! However, it took a while to the staff notice us and the food (we both choose burguers) was nothing special, just medium. I think this place is more a spot to meet friends for a drink and for that is great! :)
I've been to this pub several times now and it's definitely one of my favourites in the area. The service, atmosphere and Sunday roast are all fantastic. I would describe the decor as modern and stylish - tastefully using some of the local art (by the Turnpike Art Group I think). I'll be going back soon.
Had my engagement party here & it turned out to be a really good night. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We were able to go in earlier to decorate the area allocated to us which allowed us to add a little personal touch. The canapes went down really well & the chef even offered us an extra canape for free since he was trying out a new recipe which was great! I would like to mention a special thanks to Lizzie. She was made it really easy for us to coordinate the party details & really helped us pull off a super fun evening.
Excellent food when we've eaten here and a great range of beers on tap - Brewdog, Redemption, etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful and will give you suggestions of what to drink based on your preferences. I liked it before the refit when it was a bit of a run-down rock pub but in a completely different way, it's just as good now...
Try Yakima Red from Meantime which seems to be a regular offering; very nice.
I remember this pub when it was under previous ownership and it was always a very friendly and cheap local. The decor left something to be desired but it was well worth a visit being both cheap and unpretentious.
Since the refurbishment I have been in the pub twice and would say that whilst the place looks excellent, the atmosphere and soul seem to have left it. This pub could be anywhere and to me, it seems out of place in Wood Green. Hopefully this is just a pub trying to find its identity. Having said that, I suspect that the food is excellent as the menu looks both reasonable and appetizing and once sampled I will update my post accordingly.
This is a revamped pub catering to the new middle class residents who have moved into the area over the past years. First ...the good bit...the beer is top quality...my favourite being Trinity Ale from Tottenhams own Redemption brewery. It's also not at all expensive. Most of the real ales come in at well under £4. The staff are very switched on and even when busy you won't be waiting more than a minute at the bar. The Sunday Roast is also quite good. At about £11 with a good choice of well cooked meats and a decent veggie option. The roast spuds are well good. The bad news is that the weekday food is really not very good. They just don't seem to be able to do it sorry. Poor selection, badly prepared. If they get the message and change the menu and the chef......
New owners, pretty much a new pub. From a dowdy backstreet boozer this place had been reborn as a trendy gastro type pub. Great selection of really well kept real ales and cider. Plenty of other choices for drinks. The food is really good quality and interesting. My kids have loved sharing the ribs and fries and German sausage platter. Service is good and they clearly intend to push art and pub quizzes.
Local pub/restaurant. We had a Sunday roast, and definitely loved it! It was our first Sunday roast, and every Sunday, thinking about Sunday roast. Service was really nice, they took care of our table carefully, and friendly. And best Pimms cocktail ever! After this we wanted to make this cocktail at home, but it didn’t work well 😅 I’m wondering what the recipe is! Definitely recommended.
Me and my family had a fantastic experience at the Westbury Pub today! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, the waitress was friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. I especially enjoyed the Sunday roast and the red wine. I can't wait to return and make more great memories at this wonderful pub!
Nice pub with great selection of beers. I think I counted 9 taps and 9 pumps and was very happy to see Harvey's Best on offer!
Exceptional everything honestly, very welcoming, nice and professional staff, food was exceptional and 100 percent worth the price. Went today and had a roast with my family and all really enjoyed our food 10/10 would come back. A wide range of beers and ales to pick from and once again very good service. Great place reccomend.
Funky little pub - clean and light. Great selection of ales and a chill atmosphere. I was there on a Sunday when the roast was on. The Yorkshire puddings looked the part so I’ll have to come back hungrier. I would advise booking in advance as the tables were all taken. Lovely staff also.
I've been coming to the Westbury for years (before its renovation too) and it is our favorite local. Never had bad service, the staff are always friendly and helpful. The food has always been good and I think I've tried everything from the menu at least twice, Sunday roasts are spot on and they have a great selection of larger, ales and ciders on draft, which change frequently (and always a few local brews).
It's child and dog friendly, with pub quizzes and live music every week... All-round a perfect local.
A brilliant pub, lovely atmosphere and an amazing staff To go with it. Went today and it was jam packed but still managed to find a seat and have excellent service. 5/5 would endlessly recommend x
New to the area, came with friends for a drink after work. Great selection of drinks, really impressed with the cocktail menu. The bar staff (especially Sean) were friendly and made us feel welcome! Will definitely come back and try some food. Thanks Sean!
Food and the service was excellent. Me and my partner had mushroom wellington and trio of meats which were really good and tasty. We will definitely come back.
Great pub. Fantastic outside space with sun into the evening. One thing they need to address is the pint glasses. I've been 3 times this week and had to moan about how filthy they are. Please please please have a look at your glasses they are a mess. Particularly bad are the Deven most cider ones from my experience. Hopefully an easy fix and the pub would be a 5 star for me.
