It's an okay pub. It looks very pretty from the outside despite being on Vauxhall Bridge Road, which is generally quite ugly. The food is good but very standard as it shares the same menu as all the other Taylor Walker pubs. It's quite good for a cheeky pint if you work in the area and are on your way home.
First time being here, for a Thursday at this time. There is a great atmosphere, a good mix between younger and older crowds with a good selection of booze. The staff are incredibly kind and efficient, empty vessels aren't left on tables too long and food is served promptly from what I can see. A table next to me has just got a portion of halloumi fires and the portions seem slightly small! Apart from that great bar.
Stopped here on a sunday for some food & wine after visiting the nearby Tate Britain. The Albariño was excellent and the small plates we ordered were all really good. Looked like they had a decent selection of beers on tap too. Happy to visit again if ever in the area and highly recommend to anyone that is!
Great food, fun vibe. Busy, friendly. Good pub food. Good location.
stopped in for some food. staff were friendly and the food was as good as we had hoped. enjoyed my beetroot burger while my partner felt it fitting to have a pie. no complaints. cozy atmosphere too! if you’re on your way to TATE britain or on your way back, nice spot to grab something to eat or have a drink.
Excellent pub located in pimlico and not far from Tate Britain.
Came on a Tuesday afternoon during the festive period, was plenty of space, great atmosphere and big screens with the football on.
Staff were excellent. They have a wide range of beers, ciders, and cocktails on offer. Food menu looked excellent as well especially the fish and chips which seemed popular.
Highly recommend, this is a great pub offering great bar drinks and food.
Stopped in on a Sunday in May for a roast dinner and my favorite Yorkshire Pudding. I really enjoyed everything about the place. Olivia was wonderful and made me feel so at home, the atmosphere was fun and the food was great!
Nice pub with food. Good selection of beers. Food good. Only thing is I prefer larger portions. Fair value for the location. Staff very friendly.
This gastropub ticks all the boxes; wide range of drink selections, very tasty food, spacious, beautiful Victorian interior and lovely staff.
We had wagyu and Korean chicken burger and each were around £14. Portions are filling, burger sauces are very nice.
It is perfect for drinks, group reservations or a quick bite as well.
Lovely food, staff are polite and very welcoming. The 1st time i went here is to have the roast dinner was very nice and value for money!
wanted to find a place to chat over coffee or tea but this area every coffee shops tend to close before 5 pm so ended up here. pub with a nice ambience and helpful staff. service was good too. you can download their app to order things which was convenient. not in the picture but ordered burger with chips and the food was average.
Nice 18th century wide open McMullen's pub a stones throw from Pimlico Underground station and close to the Tate Britain. Had a decent pint of AK in here, and felt very welcome by the bar staff. The food menu looked inviting with plenty of options, but we had not long ate.
Just happened to stop in on a whim, but it definitely won't be the last time.
Great food, nice service and a modern “classic pub”
A great place for a pint in Pimlico (if you have a passport*). A fine pub with great staff. There is plenty of fine beer on offer, both cask and keg, very tasty. Plenty of food on offer too, of the pub variety, not fussy but wholesome. Another mention for the super staff from all over the place, everyone was just lovely. A beautiful building with an upstairs area accessed via a fine spiral staircase. A most enjoyable place for a beer or six!
* Passport to Pimlico: An Ealing comedy starring Margaret Rutherford. Nonsense about a bomb left over from the blitz. Great harmless fun, find and watch....then get your passport!
Friendly and fast service with reasonable prices. DJ booth set up with very loud music so it was very hard to talk and lost my voice yelling across our small table. Food okay not amazing but marked clearly for allergens.

Great experience! Tasty fish & chips and a good selection of beers. The place was really lovely and the staff was very friendly!
We were originally to head somewhere else for lunch but given that the place was close, we decided to venture in here and I do believe everything happens for a reason. The food here was good. The pies were good and I wanted so much to try them while I was here. The dessert was amazing.
