We had a lovely girls night out. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and very helpful as one of my sisters had a seasame allergy and they made her a platter without the ingredients. The belly dancers performed excellent and the music was fab. Will definitely be coming back to this restaurant
Great food and excellent service .A hidden gem would recommend for a fun night out
What an amazing beautiful place .Thank you Kenza we had an epic night ,the food and the staff was outstanding.
Thank you again
Wonderful food, great atmosphere and lovely staff
Had a great time. The food was good and the company even better. The belly dancers added a delightful touch to what was a great evening. The servings were plentiful and catered to my pescatarian needs. A second visit warranted. Xx
Excellent service, amazing atmosphere and great food! Thanks so much for giving us a wonderful experience.
Amazing staff, great place to have fun
Kenza is famous for their food laden nights with entertainment on point
Lebanese food, belly dancing and a fully loaded bar with a rather enticing food menu.
The ambience is very Turkish, dimly lit and adorned with lamps, cozy tables and corners.
The food is essentially Lebanese with a lot to choose from.
The food is over priced yes, portions are decent and the flavors are good too.
Service is prompt and efficient. The belly dancers come along in between they are good.
Perfect for a weekend hang out with friends or family as well.
Went here on a Friday night for dinner. The place is beautiful - from the moment you step through the door, you feel like you've been transported away from London. Went for the vegetarian set menu which was a lot of food and all very tasty. They had belly dancers come around for entertainment - personally I could have done without but people loved it. From 10pm the music got very loud and we basically had to stop our conversation as we didn't want to shout. That was a shame. So overall, great food, not massively overpriced, but go there before they turn up the music..
I went there for my 20th birthday lunch, the interior decor was amazing, it felt like I was somewhere else. The food was amazing and service was top quality, deffo going there again !!!
Went here for my best friends birthday dinner, great place for both casual lunch and a occasional dinner, food was AMAZING the best chicken and lamb I've had in a long time! Starters also were amazing chicken wings especially, one waiter was very pushy to constantly order more however the rest were extremely nice the belly dancers lifted the atmosphere insanely and were so lovely and offered us to join too, great place would definitely recommend x
Kenza is a middle eastern restaurant near Liverpool St, in Devonshire Row. When we walked there at night, there was a security guard by the gate to Devonshire Sq who asked us quite literally 'what our business was' before letting us by. Other than being in a business district compound, when you approach Kenza its like a place tucked down a back alley in Marrakech which when you go through the big wooden doors, you are transported into a majestic and lavishly decorated
I took my boyfriend here on a Friday for his 32nd birthday! Food was amazing and the belly dancing exceptional. Beautiful decor and basement stairs entrants. I would strongly recommend this to any one looking for great food in a beautiful Middle eastern atmosphere. Loved loved loved!
Kenza is really a special little place! A group of eight of us had been up to 40/30 The Gherkin for some sundowners and found this place nearby to dine at afterwards! We really were not disappointed! Everything from the belly dancers to the food amazed me, and I thoroughly enjoyed the evening! I loved the combination of Lebanese and Moroccan flavours and you will see from my pic that we ordered: Lamb, prawns, salmon, beef, chicken, couscous.. Really a beautiful night out!
We had booked the table for Friday after work, we were able to be sitter right away with no troubles. The interior is beautiful and I was even considering coming back for my birthday. The food was delicious and was cooked to perfection. We were surprised by the belly dancers that came out as we weren't expecting entertainment. It got busy but we were still able to get the waiters' attention. Can't fault the place. Spend about £60 for two ppl
If you want to eat a lot of delicious food, Kenza Restaurant is the place. You may have to pay over £80 for two plus drinks, but with the combination of Lebanese and Moroccan cuisines, it is definitely worth it!
Quite close to Liverpool street station, it is my favourite place for both dining in and coctails. My top dishes are the moussaka and the farowj meshwi which is a marinated baby chicken and its absolutely delicious.
Definitely recommend it!
Diners are greeted with beautiful interiors inspired by a distinct Middle Eastern theme, including rich fabrics, carved tables, low seating and glittering lamp light. Not only does it instantly engage the eyes, but Kenza pleases the other senses too, by playing aptly relaxing music which mingles in with the mysterious scents of incense sticks.
There is a bar areas and an equally lavish dining area full of secret alcoves and private dining sections. The decor here definitely creates a real atmosphere. However depending on whether you like to see your food and company, some people may find it a bit too dark to eat in.
Would I Want Seconds?
The cuisine in Kenza is described by the restaurant as celebrating subtle scents and complex spicing. I would agree with this as the food has a distinct but not over-whelming spice to it.
The menu is designed to be shared, as with many Lebanese restaurants and there is a variety of hot, cold, pastry or hummus based Mezza at about £6 per plate. The main courses from the rather limited A la Carte Menu are around the £20 mark, including a few fish, meat, vegetarian and grill options.
In addition to the food, Kenza also have a very unique cocktail menu displaying equally lavish and opulent combinations for about £8 each.
I would probably have tried some seconds but I don’t particularly find belly dancers appetising, and they perform almost every evening here to some very loud music.
Could I Afford Seconds?
Definitely not from the A la Carte Menu. However the Express Lunch offered by Kenza is definitely value for money and a great way to avoid the belly dancers who only come out in the evenings. The menu is offered 12pm to 5pm each day and diners can choose 2 courses from a set menu for £9.95 or a main courses from a more extensive menu for £8 and hot and cold Mezza from £4 each. This all includes unlimited pita and Lebanese pickles.
Overall:
Kenza is a slightly unreal restaurant. This is partly because of its over-opulence as dining here is a hyper-sensory experience. This makes the restaurant ideal for large work outings where someone else if paying for the constant flow of alcohol which is needed in order to stop questioning and feel conformable in a so obviously contrived atmosphere like this.
We had a great time in Kenza (devonshire square) although when we arrived, we were told that they had been trying to call us to confirm the table (I had no missed calls) and given that I had only booked the table 2 days earlier... So we were told we would have to vacate the table in less that 2 hours which was fine but wasn't the best start to the evening. The waitress was lovely and the food was great! I was full to bursting point! Have been many times before and would definitely go again!
This is a very beautiful well decorated Middle Eastern restaurant with Lebanese cuisine. The starters and desserts are good but the main course is not that great. There is generally belly dancing on a Saturday evening. The food service is slow but it's a good place to go for a nice relaxed weekend evening.
Most restaurants manage to satisfy just one carnal sin, Gluttony, this one manages two – Gluttony and Lust. Built underground, it is almost a symbolically descent into unholy territory where dinners ogle Belly Dancers at leisure!!
The restaurant décor is unique. For groups of 4 or 5, there are semi circular tables in a cubicle covered with satin curtains. It does a remarkably successful job of recreating Middle Eastern restaurant. If you haven’t seen belly dancing, then you needn’t think twice, this place is a must.
If you want to try the set menu, do try the feast menu as the portions are small and Lebanese food generally is not heavy. Highly recommended place for an entertaining night out.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!
I have been to Kenza many times for lunch and dinner and it is one of my absolute favourites places!
It is a hidden gem and it almost feels like you are walking down into Aladdins cave.
The decor is absolutely stunning and the vibe and atmosphere is perfect.
The food and service is good and for central London prices are as you would expect.
Would highly recommend!
This was one of the best dining experiences! The food was delicious, drinks were perfect and atmosphere was beyond amazing. The belly dancers were so nice and danced with my daughter and added such a great touch. If I lived in London I would 100% come back. Highly recommend!
The food was very nice specially appetizers, the staff are very friendly
I only didn’t like that it’s a bit loud and you have to scream when talking to others
Really well decorated, down to the bolt on the toilet cubicle door! Really cool vibe in there. There was also belly dancing, which I always find a little awkward, particularly as I was there for a work dinner. I saw some groups got a kick out of it though.
The food was fantastic, I shared one of the feasts. The entrees were light and fresh, the mains were perfectly cooked and tender and the desserts were sweet as is expected from this type of cuisine, without being overly so. The pouring of the tea was quite cool to watch and the desserts were well presented on a high-tea-like tower.
Prices weren't as high as I would expect given the quality of the food, restaurant location, presentation and decor.
I'd definitely return.
The food was out of this world! Wonderful experience altogether. Riad was super personable and made sure our experience was unique. Very satisfied. Definitely one of the best restaurants ever!
Great experience!!!
Went out with friends and enjoyed thoroughly.
Food was delicious and service was polite and fast.
Grateful “Totally Grateful”

Tucked away in Center of the square you find this Lebanese restaurant lounge that takes your imagination to what the Middle East dining looks like 💯
Staff very friendly and genuinely full of warmth and their hospitality is second to none.
The food was tasty and the belly dancing was superb 🙌
The food is delicious here. Service was good for a Fridah night. They had bellydancers, which I loved. Nice drinks and a good range of music too.
If in the area and you like your grills and middle Eastern food then you must visit.
The food is great and I couldn't order enough. Service is brilliant. The atmosphere and vibe is excellent. Entertainment was a bonus.
Great choice on the menus and everything was as you would want. All halal.
I will definitely be going back.
It was a super lovely experience with excellent service and the most incredible food you can get in Lithuania
Mums 50th birthday, food was amazing and so was the staff. We spent £200 between five of us.
Kenza Restaurant & Lounge, what an incredible place! The staff were so amicable and attentive. The restaurant itself is beautiful, the style, colours, lighting and ambiance is also great. Authentic food, everything was flavoured with fragrant herbs and extremely delicious. The belly dancing performance was also great. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The only down side is that the music is too loud - loud enough that it drowned everything else out - would be also nice to hear a certain level of music that fits the mood and does not drowns out conversations in the future. Overall, this place is a must-visit.
Kenza got full points for nearly everything especially their original dishes asa middle easterner.
Their dishes are 10/10
Atmosphere wise you feel like you are in Marakesh
Service is great as well.
On top of it Belly Dance performance was a great attraction.
Price point it is not the cheapest but having all above it is very well resonable prices.
Defiently will return.
Such a great vibe place! Great food with massive portions!
Belly dancers ladies are a great entertainment and you can dance with them if you’re not shy.
Great service as well, even tho seems to be short staffed they’re doing great job.
We were served by a lady with a long brown hair, I think she was Polish.
Very nice and polite.
Definitely we’ll be back. !
First time at Kenza. Was taken here by my son for a pre birthday dinner on Saturday. Service on arrival was very good. The food was well cooked, tasty and there was a lot of it! Starter amazing and main course amazing. The dessert was very sweet! Was not kept waiting too long between courses. which for me is very important. Belly dancers was a nice surprise and very entertaining.
Atmosphere was also good. I would definitely go back. Highly recommend!
Wow - you definitely come here for the experience! This restaurant is stunning, the design is beautiful and brings out the cultural element of the cuisine. Absolutely loved the atmosphere, the belly dancers and the music. There was clearly one belly dancer who seemed the most authentic, the others hmmm not quite sure and need to work on their skills.
Food was decent although strong taste of lemon through everything which made the food taste a little unpleasant at times.
All in all we loved the atmosphere here but unfortunately wouldn’t go for the food, just the entertainment and the aesthetics.
