My favourite Zizzi. I love this place. Friendly staff and tasty food! Good value for money. I highly recommend!

A Mixed Experience at Zizzi

I visited Zizzi, a restaurant I’ve always held in high regard, for last Friday Dinner. However, this time around, the experience was not quite up to the usual standard.
The service was slower than expected, which was a bit disappointing. This is not typical of Zizzi, as they are known for their prompt and efficient service.
Additionally, one of the staff (Male) member was not as friendly as we would have liked. The warm and welcoming atmosphere that we’ve come to associate with Zizzi felt somewhat diminished on this occasion.
On a positive note, there was a new chef in the kitchen that day. While this brought about some changes in the dishes we ordered, it also introduced us to some new flavors. However, some of the dishes were not quite as we remembered from our previous visits.
In conclusion, while this visit to Zizzi had its ups and downs, I believe that the restaurant still holds potential for a great dining experience. I look forward to seeing improvements in their service and consistency in their dishes during my next visit.

We popped in for some food after a day’s walking around. They served some free snacks but I felt it was left on the bar a bit longer. In general the food was ok, but very weird that 2 of 5 things I ordered, didn’t have the corresponding ingredients so they had to offer alternative things. And the seafood pasta still contained sand in the shells. But the meatballs were nice.
The decor and atmosphere is great. The pizza is good too, but my friend said it was not the best in town, haha. And I like the appetizers, the cherry tomatoes are tasty!

We arrived on a whim and managed to get a table without a reservation. We chose the 3 course menu option. The food came quickly and very tasty as well as really good value for money. Recommended.
Lots of vegan options- garlic bread was my hot and fresh . Gnocchi was bland but very bright .meatless meatballs are alittle dry but the tomato is delicious and helps to balance out this dryness. Passion fruit mock tail was sweet and perfect amount of tango was
One of the places open on Sunday which we were super happy for! The pizza was amazing so does drinks. Dessert… well better to skip.
Why one star off? We ordered via app which didn’t work at the beginning and although should be “speedy” our experience is different. When we wanted pay it took such a long time and although we wanted to split (and option was there) the bill was in total.
We had a very delicious dinner. They pay special attention to allergies, which is very reassuring.
We went for a birthday dinner celebration, ordered a classic rustic Margarita pizza and Primevara pizza, Fries, and also King Prawns linguine pasta. Enjoyed it to the most. Freshly baked and delicious. Up to the mark and reasonably priced.
Hi there! Zizzi near St. Paul’s Cathedral is a very nice, clean and warm location. Use the very famous on social media elevator to get there and order some nice flat bread, then life is beautiful. Very good prices, a good quality-quantity balance. Fast service and tasty food! I recommend it!
The server recommended the Rústica Piccante Pizza. It was very spicy but yummy pizza. It had just the right amount of kick. I will say I miss my ranch back in the states for my pizza. I will say that this pizza was still very yummy on its own. Highly recommended for some of the best pizza you will have in London with the wood fire oven that you can watch as they bake all these delicious pizzas!
Great pizza, wine and customer service. Came in for dinner after work during the week and was very happy with my dinner choice. Staff were friendly and attentive and the food came quickly and was delicious (I had a pizza). Great spot.
Came here for lunch with a friend on Friday. We were so hungry and our mouths were watering as we were eyeing up the menu. We had a king prawn pasta dish and it came quickly! Very delicious. Great, efficient service. Left very full and content.
Booked a table of 12 online for my 21st birthday and had a lovely time. Booking process was easy to do online and they text you the day before to confirm and this allows you to alter your booking if needed. No deposit required to book either unlike some other places. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. They put some BBQ crisp type things on the table for you to munch on whilst you wait for food which was a nice touch. Would recommend.
