I went to the Fish Bome with my family for a lunch date. This is a really good place to go for a lunch.
Loved the sushi and fish. The interiors and decors of this place are very attractive.

Great fish & chips and the fried scampi are also great. The prices are quite reasonable!! Get ready for smelling like fries on your way out (at least all your friends will know that you had something fried that day, only by getting close to you). Better to order and take-away!
Great fish and chips, after almost 20 years after my first experience of fish and chips in Britain this little restaurant brought it all back!
Adequate. I go here often as it is only down the road from my work and sometimes you can't beat the odd craving for chips..or pie, or both!
Chips are adequate, not delicious but not horrible. There are often queues at lunchtime so best to go early, especially on a Friday.
If you want a pie or anything other than chips you may have to wait a while for things to cook, there's not much space inside to wait, especially if the queue is growing and one of the chef's is quite rude and generally tells you where NOT to stand but isn't very helpful! The lady that works there seems quite friendly though.
Fish Bone’s fish is fresh and the chips and fat and crispy. The fish is cooked to order and fried in groundnut oil then served with hand-cut chips. There are two tables outside and some seating inside but it’s best to ask for your meal to be wrapped and take it to Regent’s Park – save some money with the take-away! Unfortunately for us the weather was just too cold and wet, so the extra cost was worth a warm room and a toilet. Overall the fish was fantastic, the crispy and light coating used was nothing short of perfect. Its definitely not like the fish and chips we get in Australia. Unfortunately the chips were a let down, being a little cold, soft and simply disappointing. The Table Cafe
Now, I'm not a fish and chips kinda guy and honestly can't say I know much about this dish either... But one thing I do know is food, and good food. I have been planning to come here since I arrived in London and tonight I finally went for an early dinner, the place just oozes with authenticity and you know that what you're going to get is about as pure and authentic as you can find. Well I ordered exactly what I had planned, cod with chips and mushy peas, and was not let down. I ordered it to go because the ambience was kind of dull and had them pack it in a box (I hate take away because the boxes etc always ruined the crispiness of the food). The cod was stunning and the chips were great, had I dined in I'm sure they would have been better but whatever, the mushy peas were a nice touch of green and flavor as well. So great experience, and as far as take away price goes: 8:50£ for a LOAD of food!!

I will admit I've only had fish and chips at 3 or 4 different restaurants, and only 2 in London, but this has been the best so far. The breading was crispy and flavorful, and the the chips were incredible. Please tell me how they are so thick and so crispy at the same time. Good job, Fish Bone!
Best fish 'n' chips for miles around.
Simple as that. I normally ring ahead for the grilled haddock, chips and salad, but the traditional battered fish is just as good if that's your preference.
We had a great late lunch here today. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. I had the beef and onion pie with a salad, my husband had the chicken burger with chips They kindly traded out my chips for a garden salad. We didn’t have the fish and chips but they looked really good and made fresh to order. I will be back!!
Just landed in London and wanted some food. Everything was fried up fresh for out take away order and reasonably priced.
Oh so good food cooked just perfect and in the two weeks i spent in london it was the only place that had sticky toffee pudding.
We were just finishing our day at the London Soho area. After a tiring day of walking at the British National Museum, we were both craving some fish and chips. Being that this is in the middle of Soho, we had many choices for fish and chips. After looking at reviews of what's available around the area, we decided to go to Fish Bone. I ordered haddock and chips, my wife ordered cod and chips, and we shared an order of calamari. The calamari was really crispy and thick. Both the cod and the haddock were cooked to perfection! I really love places that specialize in a few good things! We will definitely revisit this place again.
This is my first fish and chips dish in my life. Fresh and tasty fish. Great sauce and the price is 12 pounds for haddock. Just go and taste it.
A small traditional fish and chips shop. We ate there and had the cod fish and chips with a mushy Peas side. Thank you for taking such good care of us.
