I only found this place by accident last week and have already eaten from there twice already. The food is amazing, so tasty and lots of it too. The staff are great, friendly and serve up the food very quickly. There's always customers in there which is a great sign. They're going to need a larger premises if they keep this up. All success to Bento Bab, well done everyone.

I honestly love this place so much. I've been a regular for over two years since I moved and I always make a special trip for it. The guy who runs it is super friendly and the food is great, affordable and authentic. Highly recommended!

Really great little local Korean take away - I always go for a chicken bibimbap, which comes with a free miso soup. Bento boxes are great too! Perfect for those evenings when you're too lazy to cook. Amazing value and friendly staff.

I have a confession. Recently, I’ve become addicted to the little Korean eatery just around the corner from the office, also known as Bento Bab. It’s a bit of a guilty pleasure for a few of us in the workplace, what, with it’s fried chicken-ness and cheap, fast service. I’ve been rather happily dining at Bento Bab on a weekly basis as current, but I will definitely need to cut that down soon in the interests of a better diet. But that can wait, here’s my review!
Korean fast food eat in and take away. We had the bento and KFC soy garlic and they’re both delicious with generous serving. Had the morning rice drink which is really good. Little Korea in the city. Thank you!

Combo Menu so that came with some tasty chicken dumplings that was hot and sizzling from the frying pan. It's a great place for mindful eating by yourself and watch people from the window seat.
The food was really great although they could probably go lighter with the sauce. There was only one person working who seems like she couldn’t handle the service all by herself. It was only us when we arrived, we ordered a chicken burger and she gave us pork. It could have been a serious problem if it happens to someone who can’t eat pork.
We didn’t want to complain because it got really busy and she seemed very stressed. A lady walked in asking about an order she placed online 15 mins ago, yet it was not even started. Sorry to say but the way she managed the situation was very hard to watch although she tried to stay calm and smiley.
Will not come back during the peak hours again….

Great place to eat, the bibimbap with spicy pork is my go to. There are alot of pickled veg, it's delicious ! I usually come here after work for dinner as the place is quiet so you can hygge and enjoy a izakaya vibe

Quantity and quality wasn't bad but not the best Katsu I've had... Maybe I'll try the Ramen next time
Okay so the best toppokki I've had in East London☺ the Udeng was delicious too, (fish cake soup). Great service, great attentive chefs who come out for a chat and ask how the food was, lovely place will be coming here often now that I've found it👌🏽 Need to go through the whole menu now 🤗 decent prices too, Bento Bap chaegu👍🏼😊

Amazing all round,excellent service the staff were incredibly kind and thoughful ,it had an even more excellent cuisine it was exceptionally tasteful and has bang for your buck prices, portions are extremely filling, and also suprisingly very healthy. It had a nice and vibrant environment and mood,if you are near Aldgate or even anywhere in London I'd highly recommend going here,it's halal also ,I'd rate it a solid 10/10.

What a perfectly lovely Korean fast food cafe. I ordered sweet chilli chicken bibimbap served by a stunningly beautiful and happy Korean waitress. The food is wonderful, the grape juice is excellent to accompany the chilli. So pleased to find you haven't changed much and still offer amazing food. Thank you. David
A cute little place with half a dozen bar-seats. Great for a quick lunch or take-away. Great value for money with the KFC combo deal; kimchi fries and a drink!

Amazing korean fried chicken, good every time I've had it. With 3-4 different flavour options, slightly pricey. Little nook so more-so for takeaway.
The quality, authenticity and friendliness of the staff has stayed exceptionally high since they first opened 2 years ago. Big portions, reasonable prices and hands down the best Korean friend chicken I’ve had in London. Come at lunch for a hefty 20% off.
A bit expensive for what you get, but tasty. I'd never had Kimbab before, but it was flavourful and had a nice texture. The Korean Fried Chicken was also delicious.

Hi, I went to Bento Bab on the 22nd of Dec with my mates and let me tell you when it was the best experience ever, and do you want to know why it was the best experience ever? it was because of Rads, well her actual name is Radeyah but now i'm on nickname basis with her ;) but honestly she's the best waitress ever, like if you guys ever go there ask for Rads as she's so lovely and kind, like she was asking if we were okay and we was asking questions about the food and she would go in full detail of what it was and what was in it and stuff. She was cleaning the table for us she also gave the food on the table and tucked my chair in before I sat down so I proper felt like I was getting special treatment. She also gave us sweets at the end which were really good as well. But if you guys go here make sure to bring cash with you as I couldn't tip her cos I don't carry cash but yeah I had to tip her 20p which wasn't Ideal but if anyone could tip her £20 on my behalf that would be nice. Overall it was 11/10 and I 100% recommend for the vibes and the customer service. :)
My new favourite spot near work, not sure how long they have been around but I only just recently discovered them and I can't wait to patronize their establishment on a regular. I've had the Bento box and their fried chicken which were splendid. Service is friendly which I like.
