Blue Anchor - London - Photo album

I recently explored the Blue Anchor pub, where the interior exudes the charm of ancient London's history. What distinguishes this cozy spot is its breathtaking view of the River Thames, enticing me to come back. I must praise the exceptional food; the chefs prepare each dish with evident passion and
I came to the blue anchor with my parents who had just flown in from austria. We needed somewhere quiet and relaxing to sit and catch up over a nice lunch. Blue Anchor was the perfect place to do so with a warm relaxed environment and great service. A young man called Alfie looked after us and his h
Excellent Pub by Thames river next to Hammersmith Bridge. It was a beautiful Saturday, packed with people but we were able to find a table for 6. Very friendly staff. Kitchen opens about 12 noon but be quick to order your food, they may run out especially the popular choices. Other than that cosy at
The views....amazing. Outside if the weather is good, totaly recomended. Food was ok. Some dishes on the menu were not available. The service nice and helpful. We will come back.
Fabulous riverside pub. Great staff, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Good selection of local beers 🍻 🍻 🍻 🍻 🍻.
Very pleasant atentive staff. Food , Sunday roast with Apple Crumble foelr desert all very tasty.
Had such a nice dinner with my husband here last weekend. Food and drinks were amazing. Would like to make special mention to lovely Gabby who recommended a wine that was to die for and matched perfectly with my meal. Service was phenomenal.
Great view and nice food. We had a nice time there.
Just adore this pub! By the river with amazing views, even better to see if you sit upstairs for a quick meal. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere here is always buzzing.
Great spot at Hammersmith on the river!! Pub with real character. Food was just average though. Dog friendly
Nice atmosphere inside or outside. Upstairs floor offers great views of river and sunset. Tasty food and great service
Classic good Thames side pub. Great selection of tap beer and very awesome wine list. Felt a bit pricey but I've been out of London for a while so fair enough.
Great spot to have a chilled drink by the river, especially when the sun is out. Always feel well looked after by staff, especially Adam who went out of his way to make our drinking experience 10/10. Will come back to try the food, the burgers looked sooo good!
We hosted a drinks and nibbles event for our pre-wedding festivities with 60 guests upstairs at the Blue Anchor. The attentive and kind staff provided excellent and flexible service throughout the evening. Compliments poured in for the delicious food, and the bar staff efficiently served drinks, avo
From the moment I walked into this place I felt at home. Bartender knew her way around a pint I’ll tell you that for free (I think her name was gabby). Perfect pour, even better service and banter. You’ve got yourself a customer for life if she keeps pouring beers like that!
Pub located along the River Thames, before Hammersmith Bridge; has both outdoor and indoor tables. We went outside and were served well and quickly. We got haddock fish (I would have preferred cod) and a very good hyppo burger. Very flavorful crispy fries. Overall we had a good time. I would stay th
Excellent service from staff who were keen to support variations to the menu when requested. They were polite and friendly. The food could have been warmer but the fish and chips were fresh and not over cooked.
I rented the upstairs room for my 30th birthday and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. The space is so good for a large function; we arrived an hour early and were able to put up some decorations. The view looking over the river is gorgeous, and the open doors provided a welcome breeze
