Had a great time! Food was delicious, service was great, and the prices were amazing! Quality is not sacrificed in any of the dishes, which is my concern when I see low prices. I went on a Friday night, with a few friends and it was the perfect spot. My friend ordered the saki sour, and I was mildly jealous, because it was so good! But I had the jai-alai IPA for $4, so I couldn't complain. Although the beer and cocktails selection isn't endless, the few they have are really good. As for food, we started with the mouth-watering cheese bites and spinach poofs. It's hard to put into words how amazing the spinach poofs were, the flavor was enhanced with each bite. I secretly hoped I was the only one that liked them, unfortunately I wasn't and had to share. We were also surprised with a complimentary dish from the chef, and it was the pork belly! It was tantalizing, we had to stop ourselves from ordering another plate because we still hadn't received our entrees. Which I had the kale salad, deliciously light and refreshing. My friends had the roasted heirloom tomato salad, which looked amazing, and my other friend had the crispy snapper, everything was truly outstanding! Definitely coming back soon!

Great experience . Stopped in during a volkswagen show, the place was crowded but the ordering process and arrival of our food was surprisingly quick for the circumstance. The food was excellent and the service was also good. I was a little confused on how to tip because numerous employees took care of us throughout the experience, but the bill included gratuity in the total which made it easy. Too bad I'm traveling through and may never be back, but would recommend to anyone who enjoys a great gastropub.

Ordered takeout through Uber Eats from here after trying their food at Sobe WFF last year. Great appetizers and great buns. Will definitely come back.

Delightful place for a quick bite, drinks, or a full meal - whether you're solo or with a group. It's in Covent Garden so sometimes there might be a waiting time to be seated. The servers are friendly and helpful. Food is delicious and there's lots of variety. Don't forget to try their signature bao buns which started it all.

Location is good, great to feel outside but being “inside” so as per London weather you need cover in case it rains… the good is good, really filling, the buns, especially the pork belly one was amazing, melts in your mouth. The service was okay, didn’t appreciate getting all the food at once when we had clearly ordered starters and mains separately. The drinks are good too. A bit overprice for the quality but that’s what you pay in a touristic area unfortunately. Wouldn’t recommend the chicken satay nor the rice (as it was dry) and calamari were too sweet.

Great place, very quick service and tasty food! Good selection in the menu, it has everything without overwhelming you. The only thing we didn’t enjoy is how loud it got during the performances that get place directly outside. So it got very noisy and loud at times.

Great restaurant in a fantastic location. A little overpriced, but that is to be expected. Service was really quick and we had no issue getting a table on a weekday at lunch time.

Had a selection from menu including calamari salad and soup... Food was fresh, soup nice and spicy... The prawn bao had a weird texture to the prawns but taste was good... Service was great - interested enough to be invested in my dining experience without being too much. Service charge is a bit cheeky but I was going to tip anyway.... So...

Before the play, "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child", it's wonderful that we had bunch at Buns and Buns in Covent Garden. We enjoyed a satisfying breakfast with a cheese omelette and toast. The black beef pepper with rice also had a great taste. However, my favorite was the mac burger bun. It's not only because I have a preference for Chinese-style white buns, but also because it's a fusion dish that combines elements from both Eastern and Western cuisines. It's always exciting to try unique and innovative food combinations that aren't easily found elsewhere. #KissKidsFamily

Our favorite place in London. Great steamed buns — I loved the duck and my friend loved the Mac buns. Drinks are lovely too. We sat at the beautiful bar and watched the market performers. Highly Recommend!

Buns and Buns is a fantastic restaurant in Covent Garden. Great Asian food. We loved the buns, green curry chicken and prawns. Alpaslan, a very nice waiter, hosted us great. He helped us pick the right food for adults and kids. His service made it a more pleasant experience. Thanks to Alpaslan and the entire team for serving such delicious food. I look forward to eating there again.

Buns and Buns is a fantastic place to satisfy your cravings for delicious buns and fresh fruit juice. The Mac Bun is an absolute standout, with its incredibly tasty and savory filling. Although the prawn bun didn't quite hit the mark, there are plenty of other options to choose from. The fresh fruit juice is also a highlight and a refreshing accompaniment to any meal. Moreover, the customer relationships at Buns and Buns are top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who go out of their way to make sure you have a great dining experience. Additionally, the quick service ensures that you can enjoy your meal without any unnecessary delays. Overall, Buns and Buns is a great place to visit and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
