A fantastic and reasonably priced restaurant with a great choice on the menu. Service is friendly and efficient but you are not rushed through your meal. We first discovered this place at our daughter's graduation ten years ago and have returned whenever in the area.

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise. I'd never had Turkish food before and was amazed to see similarities with Indian food. Although it is a tad less spicy, the food here is delicious and the ambience is perfect for a quiet evening with friends and family. Probably the most vegetarian options on a menu in London!
Amazing!. This place is amazing! You get olives, yogurt dip and pita for appetizer. Pides are less than £10, and the atmosphere can be casual or more fancy! Love it.
We went there after wandering in Tate for the whole day and we had some soup before we went there in Tate's cafe. They gave us a treat as soon as we have seated at out tables which was olives and some soup. The waiter was nice and i had closed vegetable pide which was like calzone. I dont really have much to say but it was an alright night not so special food really. i would say you would go there if you are at the area.
Great place for authentic mediterranean flavours! And the complimentary soup, bread and olives makes the whole experience much more enjoyable :-)
Great food that's not too expensive & within spitting distance of Shakespeare's Globe and The Tate Modern. Tas Pide is easily one of my favorite restaurants in London. It's clearly not like chain restaurants like Pizza Express. The service is a bit on the slow side, but the food is more than worth it. I like going with a pretty big group so we can all try each other's dishes. For something different (and delicious) go here!
Very friendly and accommodating staff, reasonable prices, great food but you'll be disappointed if you are expecting Turkish kebab. Plenty of other delicious food to choose from. Would return.
I liked Tas Pide. There’s a more of a ‘country’ feel to it than the other branches, so more relaxing to sit in for some time. The staff were friendly and the service quick and efficient. It’s good, simple, honest food at very reasonable prices. We’re not talking haute cuisine here but it offers something very different to the usual chains and is really a bit special. I’m sure Tas Pide is going to be added to my list of favourite haunts in central London.

This place is a delight. Our experience here was wonderful and they have already earned a second visit from us for sure. The place is slightly packed and feels cramped up but the efficient and prompt servicing makes up for it. Food is delicious and extremely flavorsome. Wine is superb, just sort the temperature!
This was my second visit to this place and it was as good as the first one. Even though the ambience is not that great, the overall experience is quite good. The food is excellent and is cooked to perfection. The service is pretty efficient with the staff being quite warm and friendly. On top of all this, it is not that expensive as well. Thus, I would love to visit this place again and would surely recommend it to others.
This place is a huge attraction for a meal before theater. This place is not a fine dining but is still worth visiting. To begin with, the atmosphere is immensely clean and the decor of dining room is very innovative. The staff is welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. The food is Qualitative and of good quality!

We went here along with forty people after which we had our business event. Despite our apprehensions, this place delighted us to no end! The staff did not disappoint us at all and invited us warmly. We tried our best not to disturb other people either. Despite having so many people to attend to, we were served amazingly delicious food one after the other, without much delay. Right from the warm welcome at the entrance to the cordial service by the staff to the amazing starters and the pocket friendly menu you will love it all. This restaurant serves authentic dishes from Turkish cuisine. Coming to food, we ordered calamari dish as starter. It was well served, good quality and delicious. Also ordered was Greek style salad. For main course we opted for vegetarian stew and eggplant stew! We had a great time. Definitely recommending this place to everyone!
This restaurant is pretty crowded most of the time and is hidden near the road along the Thames from the London bridge. We had to wait for around 10 minutes before we were escorted to our table, and the weather that day was pretty good as well. We ordered for some Meze dishes, which were nicely prepared and tasted amazing.
For the mains, we called for the pizza-like pide, which was well cooked as well and was delicious.
I would love to visit this place again in the near future.
This place was never on my list but its was a good little discovery none the less. The food was really amazing here!
The service is decent and the price quite appropriate. The interiors though are very small and the place has the tendency of getting quite full.The seating arrangement then gets quite uncomfortable.
But all of this is overshadowed by the wonderful food that is served here. My favorite and must try dish is the Pide, which is heavenly! It is perfectly cooked and rightly seasoned. Loved it!
This is a pretty great place in my opinion. The service here was beyond my expectations and in general quite good. The menu is slightly different from other places serving Turkish cuisine and has a Anatolian twist to it.But the taste is really smashing. My order of turkish bread and iskender were equally flavorsome.

We've been to this place a lot of times and most of the experiences have been truly amazing. The dishes we ordered were perfectly prepared and tasted absolutely delicious. The waitress was a little upset to see that we hadn't finished our meal, and so got us a nice dessert and two mint liqueurs.
The overall experience was amazing and the prices weren't quite high either.
As soon as we went to this place, we knew we are going to have an amazing culinary experience and we were quite true. They served us soft bread along with yogurt dips and marinated olives on the house. I ordered their Sahan set meal- a pizza along with a feta salad. It was delectable! Service was not really efficient, a bit slow it was.
I cannot stop complimenting this restaurant enough. As soon as you enter, you are hit with a warm and comfortable atmosphere which makes it a perfect place to meet your friends for a nice, long chat. The menu offers a huge variety of equally delectable dishes. The food is of the highest standard and there is something for everyone. I love this place and I am sure you will too.
I would return to this place for the overall experience that it had to offer. From a well trained staff to sumptuous food, nothing at this place was a disappointment. Having said that, it may however be noted that the Turkish kebabs are not the dish you would want to order as it may fall short of your expectations.
If you are looking for a different kind of experience from a chain restaurant, do give this place a shot!
With a menu that is pretty diverse, you would always keep coming back to try more from it. It is really one of my most favourite places around London as it is nothing like the other fast food joints.
The service may be on the inefficient side, however, the chef makes sure that the food more than makes up for it!
This place has anon metropolitan feel to it and is surely rustic in essence. The green trailing plants with the enchanting pottery on display, this place is your solution to a good ambience. If you want to take rest from the busy life of the city, this place serves as a good getaway!
I recently visited this place and had a decent time here. The food was average and nothing special which could compel me to go to this place again. I opted for closed vegetable pie which was not that good. The service is pretty efficient with the staff being quite warm and friendly. Overall it was a fine experience.
Lovely place to sit back and enjoy a relaxed meal . This place has country like feel to it , which just adds to the experience . The staff is polite and amicable , the service timely and well managed . The prices are reasonable too , with some simple and wonderful dishes . A different and enjoyable experience .
Pide was freshly made in a brick oven in front of us, and all the other dishes were amazing too. The atmosphere is fantastic, you can either dine outside or in. The decorations and the flavours reminded us of our trip to Istanbul… If you are gg for a stroll after that, Tate Modern is only a 7 min walk away.

If you have not been, I would highly suggest going!! We didn't know what to expect, but had been told it might be worth a visit. We ordered the Globe menu, which comes a house drink or soft drink, 2 meze dishes each and a main. For the meze dishes, we ordered the Borek, Kalamar, Mantar and Sucuk. There was not one thing we did not like! I particularly enjoyed the Borek. We were also given some bread to accompany these and oh.my.god!!! Some of the best bread I have ever had!!
For main, we both had the Tavuk Sis. This was so tasty!!! You really need to eat it to understand just how tasty it was! The only thing that would have made it any better would have been a bit of yoghurt on the side. I don't know if they offer this and to be fair to them, I didn't ask. This is also just a personal preference. There was absolutely nothing wrong with how it came and I finished every last bit! I would recommend eating here and I will be returning! Next time, I think I will try the Pide.

The atmosphere feels you like between oriental culture and a fine dining which is very nice. I felt the portion was a bit small and some of the products quality was not the best but it was enough delicious. The location is very central and it is a perfect dish before theatre. My total experience was nice and i would go back again.
This restaurant had an amazing atmosphere that we just adored. It was calming, peaceful, and we could really just be embraced in its culture. Many dish selections & we look forward to coming back when we are in town next. Highly recommend!
Oh my God! I loved the interior and exterior design, including the toilets. If there would be a design contest this would win a gold medal.
It is a place near to Shakespeare's Globe and you might not notice it while you are walking alongside the Thames river if you don't know this place.
The staff is friendly, service is good, it can be a good stop for food, drink and chatting in your walking.

You can choose a main course and, along with it, there are several sharer starters. I tried the mixed grill meat platter and all the starters.
It's not easy on the pockets. The food is tasty but, considering the price, I think it could be better.

Definitely a good taste and super service that you get in the heart of London! Very delicious meals and a very clean place to visit! I also liked the decoration and the place itself! The only thing that I would change are the size of the portions of the meals. It could be a little bigger.
Visited this restaurant on many occasions over the years as it’s ideally located for pre-theatre dinner before attending performances at Shakespeare’s Globe.
The Anatolian menu is relatively simple but the food is consistently good. The house red wine is also very drinkable. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and the dark wood decor is attractive.
Prices have certainly increased since the COVID-19 shutdowns, as they have in most restaurants, but still a great choice.
The food was incredible. The service was the best that we have experienced in London. We arrived at about 4:30 pm on a bank holiday. There was not a lot of people in the restaurant. I asked if the restaurant excepted cash payment and they said they did unlike a lot of establishments in London city at the time. We ordered as per recommended by the waiter and had one of the most wonderful culinary experiences of the trip. Thank you so much for your hospitality and wonderful food.

Came by chance upon this genuine Turkish restaurant. It's just a young the corner from Tate Modern. Better choice than anything near The Globe. Loved the decoration too.
