The Ship - London - Photo album

My dad and I happened upon The Ship on a Wednesday in October after our tour at the Globe and just before visiting the Tower of London. It was a little before lunch and we went upstairs (tight nearly spiral staircase) for lunch. The main server was training a new hire, but she was incredibly attenti
Typical London pub, great local food options. We enjoyed a sausage roll and fish and chips.
What a gem tucked in between the skyscraper doted city of London. Great little place to pop in after work or just come over for pint. Pub manager Joe is the guy to have a word with about your choice of the drink. Pub itself has remarkable history. Well worth a visit.
Great little hidden pub in the city. Perfect for after work drinks in a no frills environment. Mens toilets are falling apart but it's not a deal breaker for a pub of this type.
Such a pleasurable find. Amazing to stumble upon an historic pub tucked between the skyscraper monstrosities. The staff were super pleasant and warm. Food was standard pub fare but delicious. Hope you make a backstreet diversion to this spot on your journey
Great little Nicholson pub with upstairs dining. Nice owners. Good selection of beers and ales.
In a secluded corner between streets of Sky Gardens and the Phone Building you find this little gem once distroyed in the Great London Fire of 1666 and re-emerged from ashes under his actual name in 1677
Great London pub, tucked away down an ally off the main street. Great selection of beers.Seats outside for any good weather.
Had booked for drinks only so can’t comment on the food. We had the whole of the upstairs which was great and everyone liked the space. Friendly and attentive staff from start to finish
Absolutely fantastic! Very fast service, super friendly staff, and the drinks were amazing 🙂
Great inner city inn. Nice booze at typical Central London prices but certainly enjoyed the evening
Quaint little pub with friendly staff and great food!!
Was able to take advantage of the new VIP Friday offer for groups and regular customers today. We often bring clients to the ship but today was even better, a reserved area, table service and fantastic offers on drinks (including their very well kept Doom Bar) with complimentary food. The sandwiches
Really nice place, good bier, amazing fish and chips, great area!!
Brilliant cosy gem tucked away with good meals, great beer and excellent service! Many pubs around this area tend to be quite packed with overspill congregated around the front so don't be surprised to fight your way through a crowd of smokers to get inside. We'd already tried the nearby Wetherspo
Packed due to weather but staff did a good job. Beer good and a great tucked away pub
