When three zomato colleagues, including one Indian, decide to go for Indian food at a place on India Street, it feels like there's a lot of pressure for it to be good! Luckily the Rajasthan 2 didn't leave us disappointed for a casual Thursday curry.

We ordered a few sharing platters to start including seekh kebab and lamb chops which were pretty good, I loved the flavour of the lamb but would've liked there to be a bit more to the starter for its price. The chicken was okay but had the texture of cheapish chicken that's only just quite cooked.

For mains, we ordered a spicy lamb curry and a medium spice chicken curry to share between three - the sauces, whilst not overly spicy (despite Sunny's protests to the waiter that "it's okay, the girls can handle spice!") were fantastic and really tasty but the lamb was a little tough. We also had cheese, garlic and peshwari naans which were delicious.

Overall I'd say it was a typical affair for Indian food in terms of the decor, service and food could've been a bit better but I'd go back again to try the tandoori dishes.

In our London tour, visited this restaurant for dinner. Service was good and restaurant was neat and clean. Visited on weekday after 9 pm , and it was not crowded. The food was ok but with less spices. Garlic Naan was good and very soft. Price was on bit higher side and quantity of food was less.

This is one of the best Indian restaurants I have eaten at. Their food is very authentic and fantastic. The flavors were delicious, and the service outstanding. This is not, however, a place to go on a first date as it can be quite noisy. Located close to the tower of London, a walk along tower Bridge is a great way to burn off the calories.

Nice ambience and hidden gem of a location. Overall nice dining experience. They had ample options, and overall food quality was good. However, there is room for improvement in some areas like taste and service quality.

I visited London for 20 days. During this period we visited this restaurant twice for dinner. The place is too crowded before 9pm and less crowded after that. Staffs were friendly and polite. We ordered chicken biryani, King prawn puri, curries, naan and pulao rice. King prawn puri is must try in the starter and other tasted good.

Wonderful service, very attentive and polite staff! Upon any questions they were able to give detailed answers and explanations and the food was very nice too. I chose the butter chicken which was quite sweet to my pleasant surprise and very tender, same for the Naam bread! Another pleasant surprise was the small snack served before the main course, which, at other Indian restaurants we've been to, costs a lot (Papadam, if you're curious ;)). All in all I do recommend this restaurant but it has to be said, the mild dishes (like the butter chicken and the korma chicken) are fairly sweet!

Absolutely awesome food. We had chicken Biryani (asked for Indian style), butter chicken, garlic Naan and spinach/onion veggies. Everything was tasty and couldn’t stop eating until everything was cleaned off the plate! Service was very attentive and courteous.

We had a wonderful dinner there. Engaged stuff, very friendly atmosphere and real Indian foot. Consequently we went there the next day also. And greetings to Sultan - we really appreciated his advice!

Nice lunch yesterday. Very friendly staff. Compared to other Indian restaurants close by the food did seam to be quite oily though.

Visited this place yesterday for lunch as it was closer to work. Went here with less expectations having bad experience with few Indian restaurants i have already visited in Central London. Their food made me think I’m wrong, I would definitely recommend their Briyanis for anyone visiting for first time. Taste was outstanding, best north Indian dishes I have had in central London. Friendly staffs and good Ambience. Rating 5 for their food and service.
