Stunning pub, the food was a huge highlight. Group of 3 for dinner, great atmosphere and lovely staff. The pub was full of families and couples enjoying a Sunday roast! The beef was perfect and probably the best roast I’ve ever had. 10/10 cannot wait to visit again.
Staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Love the atmosphere and decor although wished there was more seating outside. There was live music which was great at first, but quickly became far too loud to the point that it was difficult to hold a conversation with others in the room. Otherwise,
One of the best roasts I’ve ever had in London. The staff were very attentive and food came out quickly and piping hot. I would have their fried potato gratins over the average roast potato any day. Can’t wait to come back again!
Hidden Gem!! Myself & a couple friends have been twice now for Sunday Roasts! The food is honestly so so good, portion sizes are ample. The staff are as friendly as you'd like. Guinness is 10/10. Highly recommend checking it out
🚇 Finsbury Park 🍺 £5.75 Madri ❤️ A delightful Finsbury Park boozer with a hint of the Emerald Isle. . The WB Yeats is located on a quiet residential street in Finsbury Park. The nearest tube is Finsbury Park, Crouch Hill overground is also close by. . This pub is named after the famous Irish poet an
Met a friend for Sunday Roast here. Fantastic food and awesome atmosphere. The staff where incredibly attentive and just on it. Would highly recommend.
Lovely small pub near Finsbury Park train station. Good atmosphere on weeknights with a mix of people drinking after work, groups of mates and dates. Very cosy on the weekends. Supports a local 5 a side league too. Sport on TV so busy when Arsenal play.
Busy and lovely on match day. Service at bar very haphazard - whatever the priorities it wasn't first come first served and not oldest woman either! Otherwise a great place and good 🍺
Staff are lovely. Pints are okay. Decor is aging nicely. Only problem is the fact the speakers are up to their highest every time. Does really limit ability for conversation, which is a shame in a pub designed for it.
Came here for the Sunday roast and it didn’t disappoint. We had the beef and pork. The slow cooked pork shoulder was a juicy thick cut, super tender and went really well with the caramelized apple. Staff were friendly but service was a bit slow (waited over half an hour for our food even though it w
I find this pub quite loud. The music needs to be turned down to half the volume it's at. Other than that it has a lovely little out door area, which will be lovely in the summer. The drinks are standard London gastro pub prices, approx £10 for a pint and gin and tonic. Loads of seating so not a pro
Popped in for a few drinks while in Hackney visiting my son. Decent pub. Very busy. Had a great time.
Lovely spot to meet friends and grab a tasty creamy pint
Great pub with a really nice selection of drinks. Cosy interior with a small outdoor area as well
Hands down one of the best roasts I have had, everything on the plate was absolutely delicious. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Will definitely be returning.
Went in here for some beer and some wine. Being a pub, they were well placed to meet our needs. One thing was bad though, the IPA was ice cold. Cold IPA gives me the full fear. What the hell is it about. Still, I guess there are plenty of numpties who simply adore ice cold IPA. Those guys don't real
