Too noisy for a meeting, though very nice environment. The best waiter ever we had - an Italian guy who made an excellent presentation of the food and a funny story about the monkfish. Certainly will remember. :) The food was also delicious and well-served. Overall, an excellent, high-quality place.

Had breakfast here at 0730 and Happenstance is serving some of the most current breakfast meals. Some healthy like beans on toast or just delectable like fried chicken and waffle. I tried my first bullet proof coffee which is a latte with butter and XCT oil (coconut oil). Might not be to everyone's
