I've eaten extensively in Greece but this Greek food was as good as any Ive ever had with the Kleftico being the best ever. The waiter recommended an excellent bottle of wine also. Service good too. Definitely recommend.
A fabulous authentic place with only the best Greek food! Hospitable and welcoming with amazing staff who attend to your every need. They serve a mean Freddo Cappuccino! Would thoroughly recommend!

Had my 40th birthday at the life goddess store street for 16 people. The food was simply top quality, amazing selection and all guest left with a huge smile on their faces. The wines suggested complimented the food perfectly. Highly recommended place with lovely vibes, amazing decor and a true honour to amazing Greek cuisine. Amazing wine list. I love finding little spots in town that are great for lunch. In this busy, bustling city, it's so great to find somewhere where you can pull up a chair and enjoy a delicious meal on a lunchbreak or of an evening. Imagine my delight, then, when I met up with the lovely Charlie and we headed to The Life Goddess in Fitzrovia for lunch a little while ago.
This Greek place is tucked away in a quiet location on Store street. The service is slow and u will have to wait a good time 20 mins to get your order. The good thing about the wait was that they offered us their tomato soup to taste while we acted patient. But the food is well worth a wait. The souvlaki was tender and moist. The risotto was just perfect. The portions are quite big and we struggled to finish 2 mains between two of us. The cherry on the top was the orange pie. It was really very good. A must try
Love love love this place. Perfect for an afternoon coffee and cake, brunch on the weekend or dinner in the evening. Vibrant atmosphere and the food is delicious. Everything seems fresh and authentic. Staff are really friendly and there is the deli shop area to take some goodness home!

The place offers delectable Greek food. The food list is quite extensive and there are a lot of options to choose from. The food is delicious and is very well-prepared, full of flavor. The ambiance is great and is very cozy. The baked goods also seemed quite appetizing, and I went ahead with trying the carrot cake, which was absolutely delectable. I would surely recommend this place.
I came across this place while I was having lunch nearby with a friend. I found a lot of people waiting outside, which says a lot about its popularity. I came before time so I decided to just go through it. The food seemed to be quite tasty and very well presented. The cakes were very attractive and beckoned you towards them. The other items had a similar effect. Definitely worth a visit!
The place is great for coffee, lunch as well as great Greek wine. Their wine collection is quite good. The food is delicious and the quality of food is also great. Although the food is a bit overpriced, it is worth it. The Greek tea here is a must-have. I would definitely recommend this place.
I visited this place with a friend and was a bit apprehensive to order Greek wine. But to my astonishment, the wine was extremely good and so were the olives that we ordered along the wine. On the second visit, I ordered a cheeseboard, which was again delightful. The service is great and the staff is very hospitable. I would definitely visit this place again to try something new on the menu, and would definitely recommend it.
There is something about walking into this restaurant that feels really authentic and "homey" (if that makes sense!). It must be the walls lined with stacks of Greek products like olive oils, or the fresh breads displayed to catch your eye. The coffee is super strong for my taste...I will admit that I am someone who puts 6 sugars in my Latte but if you are unlike me in my coffee palette then you should give the Greek coffee available here a try!
The Life Goddess is one of those quirky lifestyle deli-cafes where you're invited to spend hours lazing about and the walls are lined with edgy artwork and authentic Greek foodstuffs to buy. We, however, went in just for an afternoon drink with some quick bites. The recommended Rose was gorgeous, while the stuffed capsicums with rice and the Cretan dakos were lipsmacking. The Greek coffee was bril as well, but I wouldn't recommend it to those who like their's weaker. It makes for a nice change from the overwhelming masses that head to nearby Soho.

The ambiance is nice.. It has been made like a deli with loads of stock in it.. really nice and inviting.. The service was quick..Being a Vegetarian, I had few choices to choose from.. I had the Roasted Beetroots with Orange Vinaigrette and Goats Cheese and Cauliflower Au Gratin with Greek Kefalotiri Cheese. Both were really nice. For two people it would cost around thirty five pounds. Four Stars from me :)

As a foreigner, I had an amazing time dining here. The vine leaves with the greek-yogurt sauce balanced well together. Had the pepper with rice inside. The feta cheese had a strong flavor. If you like feta cheese, you would like it. And Moussaka was good too.
We went here recently with some friends. The food was excellent. Delicious, fresh and well made. It has a nice atmosphere too and the service was good. The only downside is that it's a little pricey.
Not only charming little spot but also great coffee and food (spinach and feta pie excellent for a light lunch).
A sign on the wall claims there are 150 Greek wines on the menu here and looking at the walls adorned with full bottles you could feel tempted to count!
The place looks rather small from the outside but actually is quite roomy as it goes quite far back and there’s a downstairs room as well.
The experience is completed by kind and attentive service. There’s nothing I wouldn’t recommend about this place. Looking forward to coming back!

We went there for some take away pastries and the quality was amazing. The texture is delicious.

Last Saturday I had the pleasure to visit this Unique Greek Restaurant in London.
As we was a group of 4 we managed to try few different dishes and all of them was not only delicious but also had beautiful presentation.
We had the pleasure to meet Maria the chef from Creta and she explained the execution for the most delicious dishes.
Between slow cooked lamb , a delightful piece of Pork chops, to the Slow cooked short ribs it was very hard to chose what was my favourite.
No forgetting to mention that the restaurant owner was very kind to us and have recommended one of the most delicious wine I ever had in my life.
Greek wine is a superior piece of tasteful art!
I wish I would give this place 100 stars.
But I hope you can visit this place and have an extraordinary experience in the same way we did.

Excellent dining experience. The food was delicious and well cooked, the kind you can get in good restaurants in Greece. The atmosphere is great and the staff were very polite and attentive. The wine list offers a range of good wines. A bit to the expensive side, but it's worth it. Would definitely go back to try more!
A hidden gem of a restaurant. The staff are very nice and the food is incredible. The restaurant is extremely nice and relaxing. This is some of the best food I have had in London.
Great wines and a lovely atmosphere. The aubergine salad and kleftiko was very tasty. Greek cooks and manager work there so its modern and authentic Greek.
Good quality food (expensive but good!), lovely staff and nice interior. The Ekmek is not how I remember the one I had in Greece was - a little on the rubbery side.
