Fabulous restaurant. Great, friendly & attentive staff. the food was extremely good. as we have come to expect at ZIZZI's. our usual restaurant in St.Albans WAS our favourite, but i think Tower Hill has replaced it. Please inform your staff of our Gratitude.

A name you can trust for your Italian craving. And this joint being just by the Tower of London is a lovely place to be in on a summer night with the Thames flowing by your side...
Loved the fact that it was walking distance from the Tower of London :) cosy atmosphere and efficient plus friendly staff! Tried the risotto pollo funghi but requested to add on pancetta and they were happy enough to accommodate :)
It's a decent place.. tried Cassareccia pollo picante and it was good (6.5/10) .. the desert was very good.. banana and salted caramel sundae..must try this desert...
Pazar gunu etrafta acik bir cafe/restaurant bulamayip sinirli secenekler arasindan rastgele girdigimiz bir mekandi. Italyan yemekleri sunan bir restaurant. Pizza ve risotto denedik ve her ikisinden de memnun kaldik. Londra'da gittigimiz Italyan cafelere gore lezzet olarak biraz daha alt seviyede ama yine de tercih edilebilir. Fiyatlari ise uygundu ve lezzetlerine gore dengeliydi.
I went here for a birthday meal with friends and was pretty impressed with the food and service at this restaurant. I ordered the seabass as my main and garlic bread as a starter. This is a good place to come for a group dinner with people who like Italian food. They also do nice pizzas. The only disappointing thing is that I could feel the franchise of the business and usually prefer something a bit more unique and less chain-like. Overall, good but not one of my favourites.
Food was delicious and fast to arrive, however we had trouble with ordering through the QR code ordering service as the last table’s bill was the only thing to show up. Waiters felt very stressed and rushed so made the atmosphere quite tense, which is a shame as the food was very good!
I can warmly recommend this place for all the tourists and traveling families. There was a plenty of room and tables even for bigger groups. The service was very good and joyful. All the stuff seemed to be Italian speaking. We ate mostly pizza, which was excellent. I can also recommend desserts, those were very tasty too.

Enjoyed the food in Zizzi’s. Tried the Bruschetta, Ravioli di capra, mushroom ravioli, lentil ragu. All the items were tasty and delicious.

After a visit to the Tower of London we were all hungry but one of our boys is a picky eater, after checking the menu we found something for everyone in our family. We were greeted warmly and seated promptly, the service was good and food even better, I would not usually take pictures of my food, but I did take a few pictures of our dinner. We would definitely eat there again.
It was good, perhaps a bit expensive for what it is. We only ordered pasta and a side of fries so I can't speak about the pizzas (which I heard great things about) but everything tasted good. It is well located in London. The staff was neither nice nor mean, they were just doing their job, which is fine.
Went here with some friends for a quick bite to eat. The food in Zizzis is what it is and you know what you are getting when you go there. I wouldn't recommend the bruschetta as it was a little bland but the ravioli and cocktails were very nice. It was a nice place to go for a catch up and the customer service was excellent.
We were skeptical because of the 3.9 star rating, but it was across the street from our hotel so we decided to have a quick dinner one night. We were pleasantly surprised. The Goat cheese Arancini and the lasagna were great. My teenagers liked their goat cheese ravioli and Caesar salads, but they said they wouldn't rave about it. Desserts were a hit with everyone.
The service was great. Everyone is friendly and quick. I would go back.
Quiet place in the heart of London. I met friends and we enjoyed a sharing board and a glass of wine! I would highly recommend!
Friendly and welcoming staff. The food was good, especially desert. It was somewhat loud, but this is in a busy tourist area. A big negative was the restrooms. There is one accessible one that my wife said was extremely dirty. The mens room was clean enough, but down three flights of stairs. A bit much if you have any mobility issues.
Lovely quiet Sunday afternoon for dinner. Restaurant is nice, good location and easy to find. Staff were friendly/happy and food was delicious and delivered in good time. Recommended.
Food was delicious! We didn't love our drinks even though we ordered something that we thought sounded great. But the pizza was fantastic, so we'll be back if ever we get the chance.

Please note: This was my first visit to a Zizzi Pizzeria
Quality of food was at its best, though I spent a bill of near £50 for two, it was worth the experience.
Pizza's - good sauce, well cooked meat, amazingly cheesy (not too cheesy)
Garlic Bread - Zizzi's always has the best garlic bread I have eaten till date and would always go back for more.
Prawns- The prawn Starter has an amazing theatrical view and at the same time, great taste and flavor.
Desserts - Just try any they are all good (again rarely have I seen Pizzeria's having truly good desserts as well)
Staff are quick to work, friendly, hospitable and offer good suggestions.
Since the price can be a bit higher than most pizzeria's I would suggest to use this location for formal meetings, romantic evening dates, etc. and not for children who would drive you mad with the plethora of options this place has to offer. If you'd like to splurge do take your kids it has a great menu for them as well... but be ready to splurge.
Sorry I have really limited photos of this place, and I just dived into eating.

Good food.English was a problem here as some waiters didn't understand it.ordering food was a challenge as we didn't get proper suggestions. It was crowded,so the service was not that good.wanted to try it as it's a popular chain restaurant across London. Wish we could have received proper food suggestions as per our taste.it would make the experience worthwhile.
I went to other Zizzi restaurants , this Zizzi located next to the Tower of London. They only accept card, they only open right section seating, therefore queue is expecting, I suggest you do online reservation before go, it was crowded. Pizza king prawns and prawns linguine is good, courgette frites are crispy. Staffs are friendly!
I had dinner with my friends and everything was perfect we had amazing time and I think manager Kinga if I remember well, she was outstanding! She made our night perfect. Definitely coming back!
