Japanese Restaurant Miyama - London - Photo album

The decor is very simple - don't let it fool you. Food is exceptionally good with an extensive choice of Sake and the waiter was kind enough to explain everything thoroughly. The yellow tail sashimi is highly recommended - has a firmer taste than salmon. Alot of Japanese businessman which is a good
Tonkatsu, rice and miso soup set, green salad and plum wine. Paid £36. That was very very tasty. Every Japanese who would like to eat proper Japanese food should come over. The price is a bit high but it's worth it.
Great food. Delicuise sukiyaki. Wonderful service. Highly recommended
If you are after traditional Japanese cuisine then this is a perfect place! It’s been here forever and always delivered
Excellent authentic Japanese. Wonderful value fixed price lunch. Great a la carte. Impeccable service, quick and charming. Finest ingredients well cooked and perfectly presented. Fair prices and has never disappointed in the twenty years I have been lunching here.
Delicious, authentic Japanese food, served and cooked by Japanese staff. Had a set lunch with chicken teriyaki as the main. Each course was delicious, and the price was fairly reasonable. Mandatory service charge kept this review from being a 5.
Really love this place. So far it's the best value/quality ratio for Japanese food that I've found in London. The staff are extremely personable and it really comes across in the service that they provide. Can't recommend this place enough! :)
This was one of the best sushi restaurants I have ever been to. The quality of the fish and the skills of their sushi chef were both flawless. I had the large nigiri plate with a selection of 13 different nigiri, all of them were masterfully assembled and presented. I had sushi in restaurants twice
The sashimi selection here is excellent and the fish is very fresh. However, if you are looking to eat sushi rolls the variety here is very limited and they also put lettuce in them which I found strange.
Great sushi! I specially liked the grilled salmon and grilled tuna, so tender they almost melted in my mouth. And amazing teriyaki beef! Be aware that it won't be cheap though ;)
Great original Japanese place. Food delicious. Service fast. A bit smell of coming in the eating area hence the 4 instead of 5 stars
Huge, good value lunch sets. The decor could be described as "faded 80s stylish Japan", which I love - as soon as I step into the basement, I feel like I am back there.
Decent food. The Japanese menu has more options than the English one, especially the lunch set was extremely good value.
Unpretentious, authentic Japanese food without costing an arm and a leg. The 5 course set menu was fairly pricey but great value.
