Very good food and friendly staff. I'll return next time I'm in London.
Went to Prezzo Euston Road yesterday as trains were cancelled in & of London Euston. I was greated with a smile & looked after by the fabulous staff until my train about 9. Thanks for making me & my colleague Stan feel at home. Will be back there over the next two weeks 👌👍🏽
Amazing variety! The pizzas come in three styles - light flatbreads, classic stone baked, and the VIP (which is quite large). The service is quick and efficient and the staff are very courteous. Don't miss the tiramisu!
We had a catch-up with work colleagues, and the area was the most convenient. We were spoilt for choice on which restaurant to have our lunch. We ended up here. We were accommodated and were not disappointed. Staff were all nice and helpful. We had a fantastic time. We paid very reasonable prices and will certainly be back.
Emptier than expected on a Friday at around 4pm but that was a bonus! Plenty of seating, service was fast. Good variety in food so if you're vegetarian or vegan, or gluten free, you have a few options. First time I've gone to a main chain for pizza and they've given the option for vegan meat on your food, which was nice. You can scan a qr code on the table to pay the final bill, or split it, if you prefer. Location is about a 3-5 minute walk from Euston Station, in a very central location.
Food is quite nice and reasonably priced but there is a small room for improvement in terms of service. Portions of the pasta are on the smaller side btw.
Service was great but I wasn't a huge fan of the caesar salad - it was quite plain. The truffle fries were nice and the pasta is usually not bad.

Visited here on Sat 11th March 2023 for a birthday dinner. We were offered a table seated by the door but when I asked if we could sit elsewhere so we didn't have the draft from the front door, the staff member happily obliged and seated us at the back in the corner.
Nice ambience in the restaurant. Good atmosphere. Our waitress Iana attended to us quickly and was patient with us when we needed more time.
For starters we had Fried Mozzarella bites and Beef Ragu Arancini balls. Both very nice and tasty.
Food was very tasty. I had the chicken and peppers pizza, I couldn't finish it so asked for a take away bag. Drinks - The Strawberry Lemonade was very sweet, not like a light lemonade; but first time for everything. The Citrus Cooler on the other hand was very nice and refreshing.
Service was exceptional. Quick and attentive. Our waitress was very patient with us and courteous.
Overall a nice experience. Would say its a bit on the pricey side for what it is and the service charge is quite a bit, I think that should be discretionary according to how much you want to tip.
Location is very good. Opposite Euston Station across the road from the bus station!
A nice pre-travel meal close to both my hotel and the train station. I got an aperol spritz and the spaghetti carbonara and both were delicious. Good service, just a little hard to flag down to grab the check. Definitely best if you’re nearby and/or traveling, not someplace I would go out of my way to visit. Cin cin!
Came here before catching an onward train so a quick service was vital. We were served very quickly but the quality of the food was not compromised. The staff were friendly and attentive. This was at around 5~6pm and even at a busy period we had a great time here. Would definitely recommend

Nice little pizza place close by our hostel. Service wasn’t the best but it was still adequate. We started off with mozzarella garlic bread and it was delicious. We soon got our margherita pizza that was okay. Nothing special. Price for food was good, although almost £4 for a Pepsi is a little much for me. Overall was good.

ABOVE AND BEYOND!
We visited Prezzo Euston at the end of a day trip to London with 4 kids (8,7,4,0 years). The food was tasty and the service was brilliant despite a very busy bank holiday evening.
But the staff really came into their own when on the train home we realised my 4 yr old daughters beloved soft toy dinosaur had been left behind in the restaurant!
I called the restaurant and spoke with Tatiana who found him for us and reassured us he would be kept safe until we could collect him. She gave email details so we could send our address as she intended on sending him in the post if we were unable to collect.
During the week she kept in contact and sent photos of 'Rexy taking orders at the till and finishing his morning latte.
This really helped to reassure my daughter that he was safe and having a great time with the staff at Prezzo Euston. On collection the staff on shift were aware that he was due to be collected and he was safely packaged in a box along with a sweet note from Tatiana and Rexy documenting his stay. This could've been a greatly different experience without the attentive, thoughtful and caring staff of Prezzo Euston and my daughter and I are so grateful. Thank you so much x
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendliness, attention, and precision. Our server asked about allergies right away too, so while this wasn't an issue for our family, it was a pleasant surprise that they asked. The food was delicious, and there was no wait. Rigatoni Alla Rusticana was amazing! This place is fantastic!
Great location to grab a quick lunch on dinner before hopping on the train home! Good variety of pizzas, pastas and grill options. We made a quick pit stop for a late lunch after visiting a convention in the morning so chose our pizzas and drinks! We were able to use our taste card which gives you buy one get one free on starters and mains we chose to have the tre gusti which was lovely we were also offered chilli oil which we could put on to our liking. Great service from the staff and very friendly, quick and efficient.
