The atmosphere is lovely, I personally like this style of interior. The starters were okay, we had the burrata and kale salad. But the tiger prawns were the best I've had so far in London! For main course I had the Lobster Tagliolini, it was nice but I enjoyed the same dish from Signor Sassi more. The prawn risotto was a bit too saucy for me, but it had some spices that I really liked. All in all, some place I'd like to come back to.
I do have a soft spot for Hush. This was my regular hangout when I used to work in the city. A return trip was definetly on the cards. I'd like to come for dinner one day but for now a gin and afternoon tea was the perfect excuse. Was it worth the return visit? I think
Great quiet place for a leisurely lunch. Enjoyed the fresh pastries and the coffee which was divine. Worth coming back for more. The staff is very attentive and willing to accommodate special requests!
Hush Mayfair has just launched a delicious Gin & Jam Tea. I was very kindly invited to try it out and hear about Hush’s own gin and the jams created exclusively for Hush by Wendy Brandon. If you follow me on Instagram you’ll know how much I love a good cocktail, especially with gin, so I was excited to see what Hush Mayfair has to offer!
Hush Mayfair is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Mayfair just off South Molten Street. There is a beautiful courtyard which I imagine would be a perfect place to enjoy a cold pimms on a warm summers evening.
The Gin & Jam tea is served in the decadent Silver Room at the top of a grand stair case. The staff here are very attentive and happy to help with anything. We were welcomed with a Pink Rabbit cocktail (Hush gin, lime, cranberry, vanilla, Wendy Brandon strawberry jam) served in a Tipsy Teacups martini glass. The tea is so beautifully presented. Hush gin is distilled in London with more unusual botanicals of jasmine lotus, tonka beans and lavender alongside more typical elements of lemon peel, grapefruit and juniper.
A range of finger sandwiches are served: smoked salmon, cucumber and egg mayonnaise. Another savoury offing is chicken mayonnaise and tarragon served on sour dough, this was one of my favourites of the tea. Then you move onto warm scones served with clotted cream and a trio of jams from Wendy Brandon (gooseberry, blackberry and rhubarb). The scones were light and I really enjoyed the range of jams on offer. Guests enjoy a choice of gin cocktails to accompany their tea. They are pretty lethal! The Paddington Bear is particularly good (Hush Gin, Amaretto, Orange Juice, Marmalade).
There is a choice of H. R. Higgins of Mayfair loose leaf teas to enjoy too. You must be sure to leave space for the mini macaroons and earl grey crème brûlée. The brûlée was really enjoyable but no crunchy top, that’s one of the best bits in my opinion!
Hush Mayfair is perfectly located to rest your tired feet and enjoy an afternoon tea after a day of shopping. There is a great atmosphere here and it’s a lovely place to relax.
a special mention goes to the mayfair cosmopolitan and the kiwi and cucumber martini’s and the nocellara del belice olives that we had. n and i split a forman’s smoked salmon on sourdough bread which was excellent.
Located in a hidden courtyard, you almost forget that you are still in London. Hush has a great outdoor area which is perfect for lunch on a nice summer's day.
The food is British, however it is very good. The burgers and pastas they serve are brilliant. Further, they have a large selection of drinks to choose from, however the martinis here are excellent. They are served in swanky glasses, adding to the unique experience.
However, the staff here are not that attentive as I would expect in an upscale restaurant.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and Hush's great hidden location makes it one of London's gems. Would definitely return!
Hush Mayfair is one of my favourite bars in London. Located in a quiet street Near Victoria Secret Store you are going to find Hush Bar and Dinner.
The Cuisine inside is more British, but I go there mostly for drinks.
I can recommend to order the Classic Peach Bellini, the Hush Champagne Coctail, Born Ginger or Mayfair Cosmo.
Definetely a Great place to visit and Enjoy your Friday or Saturday evening!
The nice place to have a drink outside. Nice coctails and tea. Calm place next to Mews, so really quiet - people are not comming across restaurant. Really good terace with heating, and on certain place during winter you have cinema in the evening...
Good!
Hush is located amongst the swankier end of New Bond St - designers and the beautiful frolic around you and as you search for your restaurant, you'll find yourselves in what I can only describe as the most dainty romantic courtyard outside of perhaps an old Italian village.
We are here for Hush's Hendrick's Afternoon tea - the usual tea combined with some quirky cocktails to add some pizzazz to the afternoon experience. The interior is smartly decked out in shades of charcoal, burnt orange and beige. Very classy.
Now onto cocktails - I opt for the Fuoco - a Hendricks blend with Chilli and berries while Husband chooses the Rosso Nobile - a mixture of berries and a dash of Shiraz. Cocktails are served in glorious teacups and are so expertly blended, one could almost forget they do have Gin in them!
Onto the food - sandwiches, scones and macaroons featured on this dining list. The sandwiches came in Smoked Salmon, Egg Mayo, Chicken and Cucumber and I'm afraid to say it but these were underwhelming. They appeared to have been made rather early that day as the bread was heading towards that slippery slope of dry.
The scones on the other hand were lovely - moist, tasty, warm and crumbly and went perfectly with the cream and jam.
But my accolades must be saved for the mini macaroons. Chocolate, Lemon & Pistachio - these were what I had been waiting for. Perfectly made, gooey and crispy all in one delectable mouthful.
My favourite was the pistachio - and I seriously resented sharing it. So if you find yourselves worn out by spending that plastic, head on down to Hush and the restaurants/ bars dotting the courtyard, have a drink and a take a load off.
I attended an event here recently and it was wonderful. Tasty food, perfect portion sizes, great staff and lots of wine!
Excellent food and overall experience. Had the lamb which was delicious, the burger and pasta were much appreciated by companions. Spritzer was very good too (the soda water one was super, wasn't so keen on the lemonade one which was too sweet for me. This is easily my favorite restaurant in Mayfair. Great service, fantastic cocktails and tasty food.
Was meeting a friend and it was great to have a cocktail at the bar before moving onto food. Service was good, food was tasty with a good range of options. Restaurant was off to the end of the upstairs bar and was far enough away from the main noise to have a calm atmosphere.
Will definitely wanna visit next time and try few more dishes there.
Planning to go with my partner...
A very picturesque entry. Really good atmosphere. Delicious cocktails and good, quick service. Looking for a quick drink, and this place had the highest score in the area. I agree with that, very happy we went. Love the wall of hush photographs too.
Although the prices are a bit high. Hush was my favorite restaurant when I visited London. We went for dinner and chose a table that had a heater. We were comfortable during dinner and the staff also made sure we didn't miss anything. The food was delicious and at the end we finished with a typical Italian dessert, Babà Napoletano.
It's worth visiting this place for the atmosphere out on the terrace - it's a lovely outdoor space in the middle of Mayfair, hidden away from all the hustle & bustle. I would say the food was OK but not memorable, especially considering the price.
On a warm summer's evening this has got to be one of the coolest places to hang out in London. The outside seating area is beautiful. The drinks a fantastic. Must admit being slightly underwhelmed by the food. But the service and decor in the restaurant was excellent. Maybe we had an off night for the chef, I hope to try the place again soon.

We had a lovely meal at Hush, couldn’t fault the food. We all had the half lobster 🦞, which was great. Only slight criticism was that we weren’t given something to assist getting the meat out of the claw or something to crack the rest of it as we knew there was more inside but just couldn’t get it out. We were recommended the Delizia del limone dessert, so went for that. It’s nice, but at £12 I wouldn’t go out of my way to have it again as it’s small, the tiramisu was definitely better value for money in our opinion.
Great location and courtyard, very hidden away. I recommend trying it.
Fair portions in prices in such a central location. One of the best babas I’ve ever had! Moist without being soggy whatsoever.
Having luncheon at Hush for the first time with my dear friends and it was just amazing.
David looked after us and he was just top-tier at his job...We didn't want to leave because he was that good at his job.
Thank you Hush

What a great find. I was eyeing this place for a while but only decided to give it a shot yesterday and what a pleasant surprise it was. The setting itself is enough to make it stand out from other places, tucked away in a cosy road off the street in Mayfair. The food was superb, delicious from the appetisers to the desert. I’ve gone for a Chicken Milanese for my main which was one of the best I’ve had. The steak is really good as well. A must visit in my view.
Hush Mayfair is a hidden gem in the heart of London. The courtyard's ambiance is truly amazing, providing a serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle.
The Italian cuisine is a delight for the taste buds, with a menu that offers a mouthwatering array of dishes.
The staff at Hush Mayfair are exceptionally helpful and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
In summary, Hush Mayfair is a must-visit for those seeking a charming courtyard setting, delectable Italian cuisine, and outstanding service.

Great atmosphere, cozy decor and service 5star. Food is good although bit overpriced, however one of the best spots in central London. Modern european kitchen main dishes are Italian. I had Risotto with truffle which was quite decent. Good selection of wines. Would recommend.
Lovely restaurant with friendly staff and good vibe. Food is alright and price reasonable. Nice outdoor seating.
Very nice decoration. The food was delicious, in small portions but very tasty.
Also, the cocktail I had overcame my expectations.
Nice and polite staff as well.
Is not a posh restaurant but is not an ordinary one either.
