There are two places I will go to when I am on the King's Road when I want Asian food. One is Eight Over Eight for sure and the other is Oka. It's a cute little place, more for the casual visitor, but still offering amazing food. In this small chic spot people are just concerned with good food. Between the yummy mummies and yoga pals, you can settle and eat some darn good food. The usual pan-Asian affair appears here with sushi, sashimi and hot dishes like beef teppanyaki, miso soup and black cod. All these options look fabulous as they pass you on their way to their destination table.
For our visit, we started with pepper salt squid served with sweet chilli mayo and a portion of vegetable tempura. For mains we shared a miso black cod. For the black cod - it was a really good portion size. All was well priced, but was is additionally unbelievable is that they offer a fantastic lunch set menu for £11.50 with some great options for the lunchtime lover of pan-Asian - dishes include salmon sashimi, crispy duck salad and tempura Sea Bass - definitely one to try.
This comfortable spot is lovely for a lunch time out. Not sure what it is like in the evening, but that period is firmly reserved for Eight Over Eight.
I love their miso soup and seaweed salad. It's always busy in the evening so I recommend booking. Generally delicious sushi and I am told their hot cookie pudding is to die for too

I can highly recommend their sushi especially The Dragon roll and Spider roll! You can order the main courses either with rice or noodle depending on your choice.
Their sides are quite big portions. Love the mushrooms!
Ohhh and lastly the COOKIE DOUGH!! They have two flavours; dark chocolate and white chocolate, also two flavours for the ice cream on top of the cookie dough; coconut and vanilla. I tried white chocolate cookie dough with vanilla ice cream as the waiter recommended this way. I wasn't disappointed at all!!

Recommend the sushi but the Mee Goreng was a miss for me. Preferred other authentic Malaysian restaurants for that.
Tasty sushi, fresh ingredients! The truffle salmon roll was an interesting one to try.
Exceptional quality of ingredients and flavours, the price is reasonable and the service is very good.
Lunch set is £15.50 for a starter, main and tea. A la carte is also available with mains around £12-18. A few option for kids on the menu.
The space is neat with the ground level accommodating about 14 and several more seats available near the kitchen on the lower ground floor.
If there's a small wait, stick around as food prep is quick and at lunch, so are the diners.
A bit tight for a wheelchair but pick up/take away is available.
Saturday night dinner was packed but service was good! Food was very delicious especially the miso salmon! The veggies beautifully complemented the salmon! Each sushi was not disappointing
One of the best sushi spots in London. The best part is the seating downstairs near the kitchen where you can see the chefs preparing the sushi. The bar is also very nice. Mostly - the sushi is just so fresh and flavoursome. The mains are also really delicious including the beef starters. Top!
Delicious pan-Asian restaurant in the heart of Chelsea. Located on Kings Road, next to few other restaurants, this little gem is worth a visit. Their menu is full of delicious options from sushi, sashimi, ramen and noodles to main courses such as salmon, beef and chicken.
The prawn tempura and the California rolls are delicious.
The best part of the entire meal is their signature dessert. The cookie dough skillet with icecream.
Book in advance as it’s quite a small restaurant.
Food was delicious, clean place , nice atmosphere, and the waiter Nikoleta was really nice and attentive , thanks a lot , will come again !
I had the most amazing dinner date with my husband here. While it was a little cramped and super unusual to sit so close to other people (after covid restrictions), the service and the food was worth it. We had to wait for a bout 15 minutes before we were seated, as it was very busy, but it was a pleasant evening for a little stroll so we had no problem with that.
Sushi tasted great and the Ramen was perfect. My husband loved his marmite chicken and mochi. We both agreed that this place deserves a 5 star.
The team working there is wonderful, very cheerful and polite, despite the super busy environment.
Definitely recommend visiting, make sure to book a table in advance, as even on a working day it's packed.
Their food is soooo goood. Best Asian restaurant in London. There waitress were so nice and so helpful even when we arrived late and 2 min before the kitchen closed yet they still served us. You need to try this restaurant, it’s a must !!!!
Lovely restaurant, I have been with my family we had such amazing experience, great food and also the service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again thank you luma you made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing night.

it's a beautifully organized restaurant with staff who are always smiling and always behaving exemplary! The handler is an open person, smiling, has an exemplary dress, which defines her in being handlers! congratulations to the restaurant for everything!
That’s a high-end sushi rolls place!
I ordered a bulgogi beef with rice and it was amazingly good. The beef is soft and the sause it gives to rice makes wonderful flavour. 5/5 for food
But the service is a bit slow. It was quite hot outside and I asked for cola with ice. I had to wait around 5-7 minutes just for cola...
Great food quality with affordable prices. Super friendly staff 😇 It’s already on my favourite restaurants list.
Lovely, quaint place. Friendly and helpful staff. The head chef accommodated for my little niece and allergies and made her something off menu with no fuss. The sushi and the hamachi carpaccio were light and refreshing. Definitely a must try and not over the top fancy like other sushi places. Highly recommend!
