Mac & Wild - London - Photo album

Great place! Great food! Staff are really friendly but service gets really slow when the place is on full capacity. We had an early family dinner at Mac & Wild and when we arrived there were not many tables occupied. After 19.00 it became really busy and it took us a while to even make eye contact w
Meaty Monday visit! + Absolutely some of the tastiest meat I’ve had in London. Very strong and powerful but wow!!! + When there is a discount on meat this good, you can’t not come and try it! + Great vibe and atmosphere. + Really friendly and helpful team of people there. Ready to explain every dis
Discovered this place thanks to a Timeout voucher and so glad we did. We did the shooting gallery first downstairs and although 2 separate entities they work so well together. The staff were great, warm friendly, efficient and funny! Even if the food was not up to expectations the staff made the exp
This place is unreal! Mac and Wild won best burger of the year and its clear why! Absolutely delicious. The starters were a perfect size and tasty. We shared both burgers and sides and its hard to say what was better the flavours were sublime and meat cooked to perfection. Excellent selection of win
Meat ✔️ nice interior ✔️ good drink selection ✔️ friendly knowledgable staff ✔️ Honestly the food here is perfection - ethically sourced and traceable meat with chefs and butchers who clearly care about the industry and what they are serving. This place is a nice size to too big and not to small so
The location is pleasant, just like the staff. Tried the award winning and was impressed. I personally enjoy venison, but I still think the average person would really like it. The desserts were also delicious. Couple this with an extensive alcohol menu and you have a great spot. The only caveat is
Mac and Wild is in the Devonshire Sq quarter. It is a Scottish restaurant serving wild game, venison, beef and fish from family produce in the Highlands. We went for the Saturday Brunch menu which was a short list of classic dishes. I had the Scottish breakfast which consisted of Homecured bacon,
Food was excellent, service was brilliant, great atmosphere! Really enjoyed our dinner! The chateaubriand was perfect, we only ordered 600g which was just right with a salad main and a few sides. Will definitely come back!!
D cent spot for a casual lunch or dinner. It's very simple but the execution is very good. Had the beef onglet ans it was cooked slightly below the requested level (medium rare instead off medium), but was delicious mostly because of the beef quality. The French fries was good, yet not mind blowing.
Becoming a favourite of mine, great meats cooked perfectly. Fantastic selection of amazingly tasty sides and smaller plates as well. Great whiskey menu and solid wine and beer choices too. Look forward to coming back.
Veni-Moo burger a bit overrated, best thing in the menu was the Wilderness chips! *Edit* Having returned for a 2nd I got the steak this time and the food was much better, the sticky toffee pudding is a generous portion
Me and my brothers went here for steak on the recommendation of my brother in law who said he'd been before and enjoyed it. It's pretty easy to find, you exit Liverpool Street station from the main exit that leads onto the A10 Bishopsgate road, cross over and head down the alley with the cop shop. A
I loved it! It was my first time eating haggis (the haggis pops are amazing) and I can say I'm more than satisfied. Their burger really is awesome, it definitely deserved to win best burger in London 2016. I can't to go back for more XD What kept it from being 5 stars was the price for what you get
Venison steak with fries was very delicious, staff was really friendly and the atmosphere was pleasantly. It wasn't very busy when we went. Only downside is slightly expensive prices for the portion size and also limited choice on the size of meat when you want butcher cuts. Worth a try if you haven
Really cool place for a quick lunch and a beer. The food was fantastic, the Veni-moo burger had loads of flavour and didn't leave you too stuffed after but the main attraction was the black pudding scotch egg which was so good!
Love this place! Good drinks, whiskey and food. I don't have any photos of the sides but they're worth getting. We had the wilderness chips, Mac and cheese (both versions -- haggis and truffled mushrooms) and veg. I had the venison, 320g, medium rare with peppercorn sauce, should've got a bigger por
Great ambience and welcoming staff. The Venisson and Beef steak were delicious. The vegan burger is not great, but cant expect that from a beef place 😋
