One of my favourite place to be.. Amazing food and Great Ambience
A bit of an improvement from latter years. There are vegan options and lots of other menu options to choose from. Good for a casual family meal.
Brighton'daki berbat Fish n Chips deneyimimden sonra Londra'nın bir ucunda, Greenwich yakınlarında O2'de (gösteri merkezi konser alanı aynı zamanda birsürü restoran var benim çok hoşuma gitti) Frankie&Benny's gözümüze hoş geldi ve çok güzel bir Fish n Chips yemiş oldum. Balığı lezzetli ve taze, dışı iyi kızarmış ve kocamandı. Patatesler, bezelyeler, sosu güzeldi. Klasik bir Fish n Chips'ti. Kesinlikle öneririm (eğer Greenwich Gözlemevine gidecekseniz de yolunuz buraya düşerse zaten O2 hemen tren istasyonunun yanında). Konser zamanı gelinebilir zira Beyonce bile çıkmış burada. Sertab Erener de çıkacakmış. Aynı zamanda Elvis sergisini ve dükkanını da ziyaret edebilirsiniz. Greenwich kasabalarını da yokuş da olsa gezmenizi, kıyı köşelerdeki barlara gitmenizi öneririm. Gerçekten güzel bir yer Greenwich.
Decent place to grab a quick bite before or after movies and concerts. Open till pretty late. The location is quite good and service is quick.
If your looking for an American style dinner with a a drop of Italian, then Frankie & Benny's might just be it. The restaurant is pretty big and the staff are pleasant. Now the food is not amazing but it is good. I have had chips and burger here which is nice. They also serve a triple layer pancake with egg and bacon as breakfast here for £5 which is a bargain and very delicious.
Every time I happen to be in Greenwich at or around the O2 arena, I make it a point to go around a meal time. I am a self-proclaimed lover of Italian food. Frankie & Benny's is a haven for New York Italian food. I can never get enough of the cheesy pastas with loads of flavour. I love its ambience. There are old pictures of new york italians from the early 20th century which gives the place the aura of a small kitchen restaurant in the 1920s in NY. I can't resist a good cheese pizza and they certainly don't disappoint. But the real treat is the desserts and waffle section. MUST HAVE- chocolate fudge brownie.
Frankies and Benny's have come a long way in the past few years before wouldn't even contemplate going here but food is so much better! Guy who served us was fab, friendly and fast! Quick service, Ordered mozzarella dippers - the sauce is amazing! Pizza and spaghetti both were lovely! Would recommend booking if going to a busy show after but managed to book 2 days before a sold out show! Fairly priced as well. Would come again.
Had lunch here today after a disastrous attempt to get food at TGI Fridays..
Overall would say that F&B is fairly standard and very middle of the road. Partner had a hotdog that he really liked and my chicken burger was OK but nothing special.
Staff however were really friendly, polite and kind. We really appreciated how nice they were cosidering this kind of venue is often very busy at the o2.
Reasonable enough prices and if you go on Sundays there is a two for one offer. I would advise that you stay away from the steak. Pricey and somewhat bland tasting. However, the cheaper rack of ribs are next level amazing. Huge size and great taste. Go on a Sunday and get two of these treat for the price of one.
Good place to go to for a bite prior to a gig. Relatively quick service, the servers are plesant, cheerful & general all round nice people. Camden Hells served on tap too (always a bonus). The Black & blue burger was lovely & the skin on chips are really nice too.
Great food and very accommodating of allergens. Vegan cheezy garlic bread was lovely, meals great size, steak cooked to preference perfectly. Friendly and prompt service even on an event day
Delicious food and friendly staff. Wait times were short despite the restaurant being very busy on an event night. The system to alert us when a table was free was helpful. The food didn't come out all at once which is the only minor downside but not really a huge inconvenience. Would definitely recommend a visit!
Garlic bread with cheese was awfully dry and thin, burger was good.

Frankie and Benny's usually gets a kicking from reviewers and falls out favour compared to TGIs or comparable restaurants. I strongly disagree, went here before a very busy gig and was served very quickly and food arrived rapidly too, service was great. Food was great for the price in London too. Overall, great to see this business carry on
Food was fast and loverly even though it was really busy. Staff were really nice and polite
Nice food , stingey on the chips glad we orderd extra side chips , milkshakes are very nice the glasses are a little small . Seats comfotable , the seating area is not the best very small amount of space to get in and out the resturant. Service was good , seemed a little short staffed. One of the employes commented that we our a big family 4 kids and me (dad and mum ) make of what you like , i dont find it rude to much but some would say its a rude comment. Turnt up for our booked table and first thing the employee who greeted us at the door said we are a big family. Hmm not great ,maybe a hi guys you had a good day so far etc etc. Anyway we will be back as we enjoyed the food and music.
Friendly staff, good service, nice food and drink. Food came out quite quickly too. Enjoyable family meal.
This was one of the best nights I had there in Frankie And Bennys in the O2.
It was a very great evening : warm, welcoming, good atmosphere and very kind and friendly and good staff.
The food was great and so was the service 5 out of 5 totally well deserved.
Thank you for giving me and my brother a great time here we will be coming back whenever we can again, they knew us both straight away as we went many times before our visit here tonight and they showed us to our table straight away.
It's nice to nice to people and it's great to get it back.
nothing was too much trouble for the staff and I made friends with the staff so nice.
It wasn't packed or busy since we went on Wednesday during the week it's nice to have less people around not so busy or noisy.
