The menu is Greek and Italian and the food is always good. Excellent value for money. There is usually tables outside for a nice summery evening. Service has been inconsistent the last few times we have been.
Great food, but the service left something to be desired. Great place if you are looking for a hole in the wall, with an original feel to it.
Good food, wine, coffee and company. Al Santo has been part of the Fulham Broadway scene for several years now, and is a firmly established favourite for many people. There's excellent coffee with croissants in the morning, moving on to great lunches to eat in or take away, and the place is always humming in the evening. You'll meet plenty of interesting people, and the pictures and objects around the place are great talking points (with my favourite being the nude penny farthing rider ...).
Talk to Roberto (the owner, who's often around talking to staff and customers) about the wines - take his advice, and you won't be disappointed.
Highly recommended!
This place has been energetic and lively ever since it was established and is one of the favourites for many people here. They serve excellent coffee with croissants in the morning. You can either dine in or can also take away. The place is always busy in the evening. The pictures and the objects around the place are great talking points (with my favourite being the nude penny farthing rider). Take the advice of Roberto (the owner, who's often around talking to staff and customers) about the wine selection.
A bit pricey but the bolognese gnocchi are to die for. Very cosy and romantic atmosphere.
Exquisite Truffle Pasta and Impeccable Service!
I recently dined at Al Santo and was blown away by the exceptional food and service. The pasta with truffle was a heavenly experience—perfectly cooked, with rich truffle flavors that delighted my taste buds. The presentation was elegant, and the staff's attentiveness and knowledge made the evening even more enjoyable. Al Santo is a must-visit for a memorable culinary journey. Grazie Oreste!
Been here a few times but decided to bring my parents as they were visiting me in London. My dad said it was the best mushroom chicken he’s ever had! I got the truffle special and a tiramisu for dessert. Definitely recommend!
The food, the atmosphere and the service is amazing. The calamari was very tasty and fresh, it was a very huge portion for a starter. I forgot the name of my main but it was spaghetti with prawns in a creamy tomato sauce and it was just wonderful. And finally it was dessert time, the tiramisu was one of the best ones that I have had so far and the sponge cake with ricotta was delicious too. I would definitely go here again. I would like to thank Oreste and his team for their service.
Such an incredible restaurant! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, the food is some of the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is absolutely perfect. Highly recommend.
Great experience at Al Santo. They have a very cute retriever that will say hi to you during your visit. Highly recommend!
One of my favourite local Fulham restaurants. Great pasta, great meat board! Good for families, dates, lunches, dinners, or just drinks! And of course their dog Anni is a huge plus :)
Very nice place to dine in! My girlfriend and I were so surprised by the kind hospitality of the host and waiters (especially Paulo ;) ). The food is traditionally Italian and very good. Tables are placed near to eachother for a cozy atmosphere. Great wine card and as an animal lover you can't but love the friendly dog. I certainly recommend! This is a gem!
Absolutely gorgeous Greek/ Italian restaurant in Fulham! The most divine food and excellent atmosphere and service. Would highly recommend and will 100% be back soon
If I could tive this place a rating it would be an 8/10 in terms of how good the food was. I think it is amazing but it could be improved as a few other places but I honestly can't complain about the quality of the food and thre fact that you can see the staff slicing the cheese and ham, it just makes everything better.
The staff was lovely, always attentive and very helpful. The food was a bit expensive as I have been to KBBQs and you would expect them to be more expensive but this is not the case.
Logically speaking Italian food should be cheaper as importing stuff from Italy will be cheaper than importing stuff from Korea. However the food was great
Seriously - my favorite spot I’ve eaten in London. What more do you want? Gorgeous, delicious hand made pasta, goooood wine, chocolatey gelato PLUS, amazing service from a family run, cozy & romantic hidden spot, and a sweet golden retriever mascot?! The menu changes but there’s more offered than what you see online. It’s a true hidden gem. Can’t wait to visit again!
