Good value pre-theatre meal. Food portion was good! Didn’t try the cocktails. Were in a bit of a rush to get to the show. Instagrammable interior.

We went here for dinner and the service and staff are great! The pale rosé was lovely but the bar food very pricey for the portion that was served. The atmosphere on the other hand is very relaxed and comfortable.

We found this bar by accident, and we we're very happy with our visit. The service was fantastic, and the bar tender had fabulous customer service. We ordered a few cocktails and some nibbles. The nibbles were perfect for what we needed, and the cocktails were delightful. Highly recommended.

Food was fantastic. We shared pea soup, hake, and beet salad and it was wonderful. We ordered the 2 cocktails for 15p and the server kept saying that would mean 4 cocktails but he finally figured it out. Only mentioning that I saw other reviews on their serving count being misunderstood.

Not all items on menu were available. Like, uh, all of the steaks! Hopefully, it was just an off night. I had the chicken and bacon pie. Like a shepherd's pie with mashed on top browned to a golden crust. Side of veggies. Delish. Roger didn't rave about his roast beef with potatoes and carrots. Looked like it could have used some gravy. Kind of a wannabe pot roast. Service was efficient.

I’m an American in London and have been here for a few days. I travel pretty well normally and have been here with my family, which includes 2 children. Honestly have been overall unimpressed with London in general. People are extremely rude, we’ve had multiple other bad experiences throughout the city. Stumbled here across this place and was so glad we did. They not only HAD a diaper changing station but they pointed me it when they saw me walking upstairs to the regular bathrooms with my toddler. The staff were friendly and hospitable. The food was incredibly fresh and well prepared. The chicken I ordered had an excellent flavor. The atmosphere was also relaxing. Our waiter and the hostess were extremely attentive, I cannot say enough good things about the experience and food here. This was the best meal we have had in London.

Pre theatre set menu was delightful. Food well cooked and flavorful at £20 for two courses. Cocktails at two for£15 was a nice surprise

Nearby Victoria Station, is a modern restaurant with an open kitchen and a very nice vibe. Happy hour until 7 pm, cocktails and food were really good. We will return to try some of the other options.

Very much enjoyed the food here. Good amount of meat, loads of options, nice potatoes and the sauces were good too, although the chimichurri was too spicy for my liking. Nothing absolutely blew me away but if was a very pleasant meal and I would come back I was in the area. Very spacious inside, not too noisy and a nice outside area too.

Walked by on a Saturday evening after a long day of touring. Was delighted that the had openings at a high top for dinner. Even more delighted that they had a happy hour. Two drinks for £15 I believe. We had multiple servers for our meal. We ordered a steak that he loved. Came with a salad and potatoes. I have a califlower steak and even though I don't remember the sides per day I do know it was delicious. The food came quickly. The environment especially outside is beautiful but a little chilly for the evening that night. Stop by this one if you are in the area.

Went here for Sunday lunch. It’s wasn’t busy. They have an outdoor and indoor seating areas. Outdoor has heaters for colder months. Roast lamb was £22. Service was good and toilets were spotless. It’s a bit on the expensive side here and they also add on gratuity to the bill rather than making that an optional addition and the happy hour cocktails is only for a select few cocktails, hence only 4 stars.

On November 6th, 2021, we had a most enjoyable lunch at the Stoke House. We didn’t book, but got a nice, spacious table to sit at. Our waiter, Piotr, was quick to bring us Last of the summer wine during the happy hour. This is a cocktail which was a little sour for my taste, but my husband was happy, as there was more for him. I opted for the house red instead which went down smoothly with the succulent lamb shank and mashed potato I ordered. The cottage pie was fantastic as well. I loved the eclectic decor and friendly vibe of the place, and will definitely recommend it.

I was here on a date last week and received an amazing service, within a really great atmosphere and both the food and wine selection was exceedingly good! This is a great after work/ date spot and that steak was really good too! I definitely plan on revisiting with friends again soon. The staff were extra kind as we were there for over 3 hours eating and drinking, until they politely asked us to leave as they were closing. ♥️👌🏾

We rented a flat right access the street for a trip to London and this was the first place the showed up on the mall that had steak. We were greetedted quickly and seated right away. Or wastes was great. The food was excellent. The girls shared a meat feast, I had the dry aged beef, and the other daughter had the smoked salmon with a side of Mac and cheese. All of the food was great. The Yorkshire pudding a were a little large and mine had some oil it absorbed from the plate of veggies. We all ordered non-alcoholic cranberry mojitos which were great. The paper straws, while good for the environment, wilted fairly quick though. For dessert we had the hot chocolate cake with ice cream. It was pretty hot (temperature wise). It was a little bitter, but when we mixed in the ice cream it was better. The restaurant was clean as we're the bathrooms. We would definitely go back. My rating system consists of a 3-star being exactly what you expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special and a 5 means you were blown away. A 2 star rating was disappointing and a 1-star rating is terrible
