Prince Alfred - London - Photo album

Very friendly and knowledgeable employees. Had a good conversation with the bar keeps. Then we had to try 'fish and chips' London experience. This did not disappoint. Fish was a very generous portion and good tasting. Tried vinegar (first time) with the Haddock and I liked it. Great overall experien
Jolly and lively is how I would describe the Prince Alfred on the corner of Queensway and Porchester Gardens. A range of keg beers with Ghost ship from the cask, along with a cider I do not know. Super friendly service and a lovely place to drink in. A fine place for a pint.
The food was great, portion sizes were big so if you don't eat a lot I would suggest you share. The tables were a bit dirty, kinda sticky. The guy behind the bar seemed to be super busy, not very eager to answer questions. It's a good place to grab a bite or drink a couple beers after a long day, I
Amazing place! I came there at Friday 7pm with no hope to find a place. However the staff was so friendly that placed me at the bar and it was the best evening during my London trip. Live music, atmosphere of true English pub and Guinness… what could be needed more? Pint of Guinness around 6.5 so it

Friendly pub with an exceptionally friendly staff. We stayed at a hotel down the road and made this our "local boozer" every evening. Live music on the weekends was top notch and the locals that frequent the pub were very nice to us Yanks! We did have an unfortunate incident (that had nothing to do
They have live music on most days, which is super cool! However, the pub itself is very expensive, you'll pay almost £8 for a pint! The service is also slow sometimes due to the lack of bartenders. I haven't tried the food, but they even offer ice cream! There's plenty of seating even outside! The l
We booked here last minute because we couldn't find anywhere else and it was the best decision we made! The food was really tasty and good quality and amount for the price. Nice location as well, you can see Greenwich park from your window while you eat. Staff was nice and helpful too. Definitely wi
